About: Happy to spend time with your fur babies! Having two Great Pyrenees of my own, they are a large breed dog that has to have consistent maintenance! I often already doggy sit or help out my friends with their own pets. I’m currently not working just studying for a test to get into a program for a while. I have lots of flexibility and free time currently. At my own home I have two fluff balls who enjoy free roam inside during the day and have a large fenced backyard. They are spoiled down to getting pets when they want it and plentiful of treats! Lots of play time

About: What sets me apart is my patience, attentiveness, and natural caregiving personality. As a future nurse currently studying at Southeastern, I’m very detail-oriented and comfortable following specific routines while paying close attention to any changes in behavior. I’m especially gentle with young pets who are still learning and need consistency. I also have a senior dog of my own, so I understand the extra patience, comfort, and attentiveness older pets need. Whether your pet is energetic or needs a slower pace, I will care for them like they’re my own. Pet care fits easily into my routine. I’m currently enrolled part-time at Southeastern University, which gives me a flexible schedule and availability throughout the week. I’m free everyday after 1pm, Wednesday I have class from 6-7pm but I am free before that time. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and comfortable as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, walk times, and any specific care instructions provided. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and affection while also monitoring their behavior to ensure they’re feeling well. In a client’s home, I respect the space, keep things clean, and provide updates so owners feel at ease. My goal is always to create a safe, loving environment where pets feel secure and cared for like they’re my own.

About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I am available on weekdays and most weekends. Just message me ahead of time for weekends! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. If I am ever confused on an instruction my first instinct is to contact you to make sure and not just “assume”.

About: I’ve had the privilege of making animal care my life for the past 30+ years. I’ve worked at 2 zoos, a wildlife preserve and now I pet sit full time. I love meeting new pets and their parents. My main priority is ensuring your animal is comfortable and safe while you’re away. I strive to give peace of mind to any worried pet parents. 😊 My favorite activities with your Furkid include enrichment with toys, fetching, dispensing treats and rubbing backs and bellies. I can medicate, give insulin and prepare special diets. I’m also trained in animal first aid and I excel at following directions. Animal care is all I do. I can do daily walks/visits up to 3 times a day. I’m also available for house sitting and overnights. I have a number of clients in the Baton Rouge area with different pet care needs and I make my own schedule. I stick to their usual daily routine or follow whatever instructions are left. I like to keep a consistent visit/feeding/potty time. I have a lot of patience and will encourage your pet to socialize with me. We can do whatever they like, play with toys, take walks, eat treats, rub backs or just sit together. I also water plants, check mail/paper and keep a general an eye on things.

About: I’ve grown up around all types of pets and began pet sitting full-time in 2016 when I became a mom. Once I returned to full-time work, I shifted my services to part-time. My weekday schedule is 8–5 with an hour lunch break, so I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. As a single mom, my dogs are usually with me for house sitting and overnight services (my son may join depending on the schedule). They’re both friendly—my bigger dog has had lots of socialization through doggy daycare and in public, and my Chihuahua is only with me part-time since he goes with my son when staying with his dad. Depending on the dates, it may just be Dolly with me. Occasionally, I can arrange care for both dogs if it’s a short booking—just reach out and let me see what I can do! For walks and drop-ins, I always come alone. I love animals like they’re my own and will do my best to accommodate your pets’ needs—whether it’s playtime, walks, or just extra love and attention. I work Monday-Friday, 8-5 with an hour lunch break. I work 10 minutes from my home and I also have security cameras to check in on pets if they stay with me. I follow any directions provided to care for their needs. If they need a long walk, I am happy to do so. I also don’t make any major plans during the time I have your pet in my care.

I have experience administering water IVs and shots and most topical medicines I'm available all week for long term or short care bookings. I work from home so I am able to play with pets, watch them run in backyard, and help them to enjoy their stay away from home. I have a spacious house and backyard. Can accommodate dogs that need to sleep crated and dogs that just need the favorite bed. All dogs must be cat friendly, and be up to date on shots and flea/tick medicine. I have a very large backyard with a pool and some trees for shade. We will take several potty and play breaks throughout the day. Dogs will be free to roam either outdoors or indoors. Your dog must behave well with others. I'm here to make you and your dog happy and I'm committed to doing just that!
