About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds since I can remember. I grew up with at least 3-4 dogs in my household at all times, volunteered at the local animal shelter to help take care of the overflow of dogs, fostered a litter of puppies, and of course the occasional dog sitting for a neighbor or family friend. I am currently working 2 part time jobs at the moment, but they usually include short days and hours. I am mostly available from mid afternoon to nighttime on any given day, especially weekends! Schedule is subject to change weekly. I have a big kennel in my home if it’s ever needed. I also have plenty of toys, treats, and other equipment like poop bags, leashes, or harnesses.

My main priority is ensuring your animal is comfortable and safe while you’re away. I can medicate, give insulin and prepare special diets. I’m also trained in animal first aid and I excel at following directions. Animal care is all I do. I can do daily walks/visits up to 3 times a day. I’m also available for house sitting and overnights. I have a number of clients in the Baton Rouge area with different pet care needs and I make my own schedule. I stick to their usual daily routine or follow whatever instructions are left. I like to keep a consistent visit/feeding/potty time. I have a lot of patience and will encourage your pet to socialize with me. We can do whatever they like, play with toys, take walks, eat treats, rub backs or just sit together. I also water plants, check mail/paper and keep a general an eye on things.

Each visit covers feeding, fresh water, litter or potty breaks, and plenty of attention and play. For walks, I follow your dog’s usual route and pace, and I’ll happily go longer for high-energy pups. I’m comfortable giving medications, and I’m glad to keep your home looking lived-in too: bringing in mail, packages, and watering plants. I always stick to your pet’s routine, watch for anything off, and send photo updates so you know they’re doing well.

About: I have cared for and owned dogs almost my entire life. I have worked in best stores and worked in conjunction with vets. I may not know everything, but I know enough to care for animals in a compassionate manner. I currently have a lot of flexibility with my job, and I know what’s it is like not having enough time for my pets. So I am always eager to help. I wake up around 6:30-8:00 AM most days and get right to work caring for the pets. Everyone is let out in backyard, or leashed up for a walk around the block. Pets are diligently cared for. Usually this consists of at least 3 walks per day, a visit to the park, and plenty of backyard time. I spend all day with the animals, leaving only for a personal errand or visit to the store. Each animal is analyzed carefully & fit into proper schedules according to their personality, levels of energy, and socialization. I provide a secure, fenced-in yard and individual kennels for each pet’s comfort and safety. Dogs start their day around 6:30–8:00 AM with a 10 to 30-minute walk, followed by supervised backyard playtime and snacks. Kennels are used only for rest and feeding—pets spend the majority of their day active, social, and engaged. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that includes frequent park trips, light obedience training, short backyard outings or bathing. My goal is to ensure every animal feels safe, loved, and enriched in a clean, well-maintained environment.
