About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. I grew up with multiple dogs in my home and loved every second of it. I don’t mind watching dogs of all ages. I’m also used to walking dogs of all sizes big and small. I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to watch or walk your animals! I am definitely available to work weekdays and most weekends. My home does not have a yard so I prefer to watch your animals at your house. I don’t mind crating your animals while I’m gone if you need me to. They will definitely get a lot of attention from me because I love giving them pets (if they want it of course).

About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

The last 4 years I have worked primarily with exotic animals and all kinds of birds, and I am very comfortable with husbandry, handling, feeding, and medicating. I currently have 3 cats of my own, but I’ve always had a dog in my life up until my chihuahua passed away a couple of years ago. As any dog lover knows, a loss like that is devastating, and it has been hard for me to get another dog. Until then, I have been enjoying spending time with other people’s dogs! I can do dog walking, drop in visits, pet/house sitting (though I am unable to stay overnight), and even specialized care for your exotic animals if need be! Favorite dog: spicy 🌶️ chihuahuas Favorite exotic: Guinea pigs 🐽 Favorite 🦜 bird: cockatiels Full time veterinary student and that usually means I’m in class from 8am-3/4pm with studying all evening. If you have a lazy pet or an inside only creature that wants some company in the evenings, I’m your gal! My ability to provide mid day walks in addition to evening walks or play times are limited to my schedule. I am unable to provide services at my home because I rent. I will of course ensure that your house stays tidy and clean while caring for your pet!

About: I’ve worked as a veterinary technician for over 2 years in Baton Rouge and am starting veterinary school at LSU in August. I am not only trained in caring for pets and watching over them, but am able to medicate and fulfill any extra needs they may have. I am currently in veterinary school at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine! My class schedule varies day to day, but I am always available to come 6:00-7:00am and in the evenings 5:00-10:00 pm (possibly earlier then 5 if necessary). Depending on the location, I can most likely fit in a walk or potty break during mid day 12:00-1:00pm. I am not only professionally trained on proper animal welfare and care, but how to medicate pets (including injections) and notice any early signs of illness. I am responsible with the animals I help provide care for everyday at work, and that will not fall short of providing that same care to your fur babies! I will be gentle, caring, and loving to each and every animal that is in my care! I will make sure your pets are fed and walked, and give them extra play time in the yard or activity. I can keep up with training, if you have a puppy, or provide gentle care for an older dog. I am comfortable caring for all ages of dogs and conform to their exact needs. As an LSU veterinary student, my schedule varies slightly throughout the week, but I’m generally available in the early mornings, between classes, in the evenings, and throughout the weekend. About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. Each animal is analyzed carefully & fit into proper schedules according to their personality, levels of energy, and socialization. I provide a secure, fenced-in yard and individual kennels for each pet’s comfort and safety. Dogs start their day around 6:30–8:00 AM with a 10 to 30-minute walk, followed by supervised backyard playtime and snacks. Kennels are used only for rest and feeding—pets spend the majority of their day active, social, and engaged. I tailor care to each pet’s needs, whether that includes frequent park trips, light obedience training, short backyard outings or bathing.
