About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
