About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I have experience with many breeds and all ages. Having two rescues myself I am also comfortable with rescue dogs who may need more time to warm up and trust you. I also love cats and have always had one-I just don’t currently have one. Fur babies aren’t just pets-they are family. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! I am happy to use crates if that is preferred. While I don’t mind your dog staying here with us, I am also able to come to your dog in your home if that is more comfortable.

About: I am an animal obsessed graduate looking to fill my free time taking care of pets while I am on the hunt for a job. I’ve had my fair share of caring for dogs of all sizes and cats too! My pets are my family, and I will treat yours with the same respect. I know you want your pets left in the best care while you are away, so I am able to come do a meet and greet if preferred! Fun fact: I just went through a training program on how to better understand dog body language when they interact with other dogs and how to handle emergency situations when they arise! I am currently working part time and taking a couple courses for my Master's degree, so I have plenty of time (and energy) to care for your lovely pet. When I house sit, I will have to leave for a few hours a day for either class or work, but will spend ample time with your four-legged friend! In your home, full respect will be given to both your pets and your home. Walks and drop ins will not be spent browsing my phone, your four-legged friend has my full attention! Drop in visits can be tailored to the needs of your pet, and walks can be as active as your pup likes (I like to get those steps in). If your pup has decent leash manners and would like to take a run, I can provide that as well.

About: I am a huge animal lover who grew up with many pets. I’m responsible and will make sure they receive the best care. I am well educated in knowing how to take care of pets including grooming, feeding, walking, bath time and and am prepared should an emergency arise. I will treat your loved one like I would my own. They will have plenty of love, attention, playtime and updated photos/videos to show you how their experience is. I have owned every type of dog, puppy, kittens, cats and a few reptiles. All were very happy. I have a fenced in backyard and plenty of room inside. At my house your pet will receive the best care. Available for July 4th after 12pm. I only accept one family at a time. Only says otherwise to show I'm available at that time this weekend. I work rotating eighty hour weeks in the education field. This gives me seven consecutive days free every other week to give your loved one a lengthy time of undiveded attention. Sit for one family per booking. I have a fenced in yard and spacy home to make pet comfortable while getting all the exercise they need. I am comfortable with giving baths and any most any other requests. Must be house trained

About: Hi! I can’t wait to be introduced to your furry friends. After many years of looking after my family and friends’ pets, I’m well prepared for various types of pet personalities. I began pet sitting on Rover in 2021, but took a break after moving and life events. I’m thrilled to get started again! I have two pets of my own: a cat named Kitty and a mini dachshund named Benji. I take pride in my love for animals and I’m excited to begin working with you to provide your furry friends a safe and loving human to look after them😊 I’m currently working remotely as an Actuarial Analyst. About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is my diverse and extensive background in animal care. With experience working in clinics, vet hospitals, rescue centers, shelters, I have gained valuable knowledge about the specific needs and behaviors of various animals. I am also a current vet student at LSU school of veterinary medicine, which has further enhanced my knowledge and experience in animal care. When at the client's home, provide a safe and comfortable environment for the pet, ensuring their access to fresh water, nutritious food, and a clean living area. Regularly engage in exercise and playtime to keep the pet physically and mentally stimulated. Lastly, administer any required medications or treatments as instructed, while also keeping a close eye on the pet's overall well-being and promptly informing the client of any concerns or changes in behavior.

About: I work from my house that I own so I’m home all day with the animals! I supply my own treats and toys! Two furrbabies Work from home so I have full time pet care capabilities. If need be I own a large crate, can use the cage if want I have two furr animals that will keep your pet company. Fenced in yard with doggy door complete free access for all doggos in/ out

About: I have been surrounded by animals my whole life. I worked at a dog day care and vet hospital for 2 years and have owned horses since I was 7. I have years of experience with animal care. I love spending time with people’s cats and dogs! I have experience with administering medication and experience with dogs of all ages. I am available most afternoons and some mornings. I work part time during the week so I can be flexible on visit times especially on the weekends. Their needs are my priority and I will make sure they are well cared for at all times. All pets will be be made comfortable either in my home or theirs!

About: I have owned dogs my whole life! Nothing gives me more joy than loving on our furry friends! They truly are man’s best friend and especially mine! My husband works from home and I am fully devoted to caring for our pups and yours! We are true dog lovers and will spend our days loving on your fur babies as if they were (and along with) our own! We have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur babies company. However, we can crate your pups or ours if needed as well. Our dogs love to play but if yours don’t, we can accommodate to keep them safe.

I’m comfortable with all personalities, energy levels, and special requirements. Whether it’s walks, cuddles, or specific routines, I’m happy to follow any instructions you provide to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I truly treat every animal like they’re part of the family. Can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! It depends what the owner wants for their animal/home I’m happy to be however flexible they want me to be. Some families prefer pet sitters to stay at their homes overnight and spend most of their day caring for the pet while other families prefer sitters to drop in every 4 hours or so to feed, provide water, entertain, and walk the animal. I’m ok doing which ever but my schedule might differ depending on the week but communication is all that matters! I cannot offer boarding since I will be moving into a non pet friendly apartment soon but for overnight/day pet sitting I will just follow your directions and rules!
