About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

About: Hi! I can’t wait to be introduced to your furry friends. After many years of looking after my family and friends’ pets, I’m well prepared for various types of pet personalities. I began pet sitting on Rover in 2021, but took a break after moving and life events. I’m thrilled to get started again! I have two pets of my own: a cat named Kitty and a mini dachshund named Benji. I take pride in my love for animals and I’m excited to begin working with you to provide your furry friends a safe and loving human to look after them😊 I’m currently working remotely as an Actuarial Analyst. I can provide thorough care throughout the day at my home, or visit/drop-in to your home before work, after work, or on my lunch break. I also would be able to work from your home if that works best for you! :) I’m able to adapt to any routine requested. At my home, I have a fenced in yard that my dog, Benji, loves to sunbathe in throughout the day! I do have a friendly cat, but he’s very shy and will stay in one of his numerous hiding spots or his gated, out-of-reach area when strangers come over. At your home, I will be very respectful of your area and remain focused on your furry friends’ needs.

About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I have experience with many breeds and all ages. Having two rescues myself I am also comfortable with rescue dogs who may need more time to warm up and trust you. I also love cats and have always had one-I just don’t currently have one. Fur babies aren’t just pets-they are family. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! I am happy to use crates if that is preferred. While I don’t mind your dog staying here with us, I am also able to come to your dog in your home if that is more comfortable.

About: I’m comfortable helping out with your Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs… possibly other animals, just shoot me a message! My family, friends and neighbors have trusted me for all of their pet care needs and hopefully you will too! My hours are flexible at the moment. I’m available for pop in visits for feeding, walks and/or outdoor play time too. I’m super patient and don’t mind spending a little extra time with the needier fur babies. My cats are beyond spoiled, so don’t feel bad about what you may think are silly special requests. I completely understand. I’ll treat your fur babies like they were my own.

About: Before Rover 👵🏻 I would get recruited as a kid to watch my relatives’ pets while they were away. In college, I would house and pet sit for my boss and coworkers. I have two cats, but have a very soft spot for pups, too. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I’m available for walks during the day/ evening and for house sitting or check ins. I will treat your baby like they’re my own! I know they get sad when you’re away, so I am available for extra love and keeping things as normal as possible.

About: I am an animal obsessed graduate looking to fill my free time taking care of pets while I am on the hunt for a job. I’ve had my fair share of caring for dogs of all sizes and cats too! My pets are my family, and I will treat yours with the same respect. I know you want your pets left in the best care while you are away, so I am able to come do a meet and greet if preferred! Fun fact: I just went through a training program on how to better understand dog body language when they interact with other dogs and how to handle emergency situations when they arise! I am currently working part time and taking a couple courses for my Master's degree, so I have plenty of time (and energy) to care for your lovely pet. When I house sit, I will have to leave for a few hours a day for either class or work, but will spend ample time with your four-legged friend! In your home, full respect will be given to both your pets and your home. Walks and drop ins will not be spent browsing my phone, your four-legged friend has my full attention! Drop in visits can be tailored to the needs of your pet, and walks can be as active as your pup likes (I like to get those steps in). If your pup has decent leash manners and would like to take a run, I can provide that as well.

I’m Lillian, and I’ve spent years caring for dogs of all kinds (more frequently larger dogs) mostly for friends and family but now I’m excited to expand my horizons and offer my help to fellow pet parents in the community! Growing up, I helped care for a physically challenged dog, which taught me patience, attention to detail, and how to adapt to any pup’s needs. It depends what the owner wants for their animal/home I’m happy to be however flexible they want me to be. Some families prefer pet sitters to stay at their homes overnight and spend most of their day caring for the pet while other families prefer sitters to drop in every 4 hours or so to feed, provide water, entertain, and walk the animal. I’m ok doing which ever but my schedule might differ depending on the week but communication is all that matters! I cannot offer boarding since I will be moving into a non pet friendly apartment soon but for overnight/day pet sitting I will just follow your directions and rules!

About: I work from my house that I own so I’m home all day with the animals! I supply my own treats and toys! Two furrbabies Work from home so I have full time pet care capabilities. My compassion for animals lead me to my career of being a Vet Tech which i have been for the last 4 years. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every breed my entire life. I’ve always consecutively (2 over 16 years) owned Huskies. They match my energy and personality. About: I’ve lived in a household with cats and dogs ever since I was born. I then started caring for other peoples animals at the age of 10 and practically was running a business for it by 14! Now, I’m 21 and my love of caring for animals has only grown. I love all pets and want to ensure they have the appropriate care while you’re gone at work or vacation!! You shouldn’t have to worry about your sweet sidekicks while you’re away. I am currently an online student at LSU and I work a full time flexible job. I also now have my own pup as I couldn’t resist! I love to be active, so therefore I can make sure that your pups get the right amount of exercise daily. I know how to give a good bath to ensure a fresh smelling pet at all times. I know how to throw a tennis ball to keep your dog running for hours! However, I also know how to love and snuggle up and just be a couch potato with both cats and dogs! I also have had experience of having to take a dog to the vet and emergency vet while her owners were away without cell service and she needed an emergency surgery. Thankfully, she is still alive and happier than ever with the most grateful parents! I will always be willing to go above and beyond for your bundles of joy as I would hope a sitter would do for my own.
