About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. I often send pictures or videos of pets to keep you updated and let you know your fur baby is safe and happy!

About: Hi! I can’t wait to be introduced to your furry friends. After many years of looking after my family and friends’ pets, I’m well prepared for various types of pet personalities. I began pet sitting on Rover in 2021, but took a break after moving and life events. I’m thrilled to get started again! I have two pets of my own: a cat named Kitty and a mini dachshund named Benji. I take pride in my love for animals and I’m excited to begin working with you to provide your furry friends a safe and loving human to look after them😊 I’m currently working remotely as an Actuarial Analyst. I can provide thorough care throughout the day at my home, or visit/drop-in to your home before work, after work, or on my lunch break. I also would be able to work from your home if that works best for you! :) I’m able to adapt to any routine requested. At my home, I have a fenced in yard that my dog, Benji, loves to sunbathe in throughout the day! I do have a friendly cat, but he’s very shy and will stay in one of his numerous hiding spots or his gated, out-of-reach area when strangers come over. At your home, I will be very respectful of your area and remain focused on your furry friends’ needs.

About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I have experience with many breeds and all ages. Having two rescues myself I am also comfortable with rescue dogs who may need more time to warm up and trust you. I also love cats and have always had one-I just don’t currently have one. Fur babies aren’t just pets-they are family. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! I am happy to use crates if that is preferred. While I don’t mind your dog staying here with us, I am also able to come to your dog in your home if that is more comfortable.

My family, friends and neighbors have trusted me for all of their pet care needs and hopefully you will too! My hours are flexible at the moment. About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I also previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

About: I’m 18 and home for the summer, and I’ve been pet sitting for about 4 years. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, having had 9 cats and 6 dogs with varying ages, so I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities and needs. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, play with, and care for their pets while they’re away. I’m reliable, attentive, and always make sure pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I take my dogs for walks every day around noon to make sure they get plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention. I also feed my dogs and cats twice a day (morning & night) and stick to a consistent routine to keep them happy and healthy. I’m home for the summer, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give your pets the care and attention they deserve. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their environment. I follow all instructions closely and keep pets on their normal routines, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I maintain a clean and safe space, pay attention to their behavior, and make sure they feel relaxed and loved. I treat every pet like they’re my own.

About: I am an animal obsessed graduate looking to fill my free time taking care of pets while I am on the hunt for a job. I’ve had my fair share of caring for dogs of all sizes and cats too! My pets are my family, and I will treat yours with the same respect. I know you want your pets left in the best care while you are away, so I am able to come do a meet and greet if preferred! Fun fact: I just went through a training program on how to better understand dog body language when they interact with other dogs and how to handle emergency situations when they arise! I am currently working part time and taking a couple courses for my Master's degree, so I have plenty of time (and energy) to care for your lovely pet. When I house sit, I will have to leave for a few hours a day for either class or work, but will spend ample time with your four-legged friend! In your home, full respect will be given to both your pets and your home. Walks and drop ins will not be spent browsing my phone, your four-legged friend has my full attention! Drop in visits can be tailored to the needs of your pet, and walks can be as active as your pup likes (I like to get those steps in). If your pup has decent leash manners and would like to take a run, I can provide that as well.

About: I work from my house that I own so I’m home all day with the animals! I supply my own treats and toys! Two furrbabies Work from home so I have full time pet care capabilities. If need be I own a large crate, can use the cage if want I have two furr animals that will keep your pet company. Fenced in yard with doggy door complete free access for all doggos in/ out

I am currently a full time student. I have a flexible schedule for your pets needs. I can do house sitting, dog walking, drop ins during the week and weekends. I grew up with dogs and cats then eventually a mini pig. I currently have two cats that love to be played with and needs constant attention. When I had a dog and a mini pig I would take them on walks and play fetch with them. I would overall give good care and keep them from being bored.

Some families prefer pet sitters to stay at their homes overnight and spend most of their day caring for the pet while other families prefer sitters to drop in every 4 hours or so to feed, provide water, entertain, and walk the animal. I’m ok doing which ever but my schedule might differ depending on the week but communication is all that matters! I cannot offer boarding since I will be moving into a non pet friendly apartment soon but for overnight/day pet sitting I will just follow your directions and rules!
