About: I’ve been caring for animals from a very young age, growing up on a farm where tending to a wide variety of animals was part of my everyday life. That experience gave me a strong understanding of animal behavior, responsibility, and the importance of consistent, attentive care. About: As someone who has worked with a variety of domesticated felines, I’ve learned that the last thing a cat wants is a sitter. Lol. Most just want someone who can scoop their box and open their can of food. I’m a professional in that area. I’m also good at reading kitty behavioral cues. I can usually tell if a feline is going to be my friend or not. I know when to give them their space. I’ve watched kitties who are social and some that are shy. I’m pretty good with a laser and always enjoy playing with or sitting with a sweet cat or cats. I can also prepare special diets and give insulin shots. The Kitties always train me well!

About: I’ve grown up around all types of pets and began pet sitting full-time in 2016 when I became a mom. Once I returned to full-time work, I shifted my services to part-time. My weekday schedule is 8–5 with an hour lunch break, so I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays. As a single mom, my dogs are usually with me for house sitting and overnight services (my son may join depending on the schedule). They’re both friendly—my bigger dog has had lots of socialization through doggy daycare and in public, and my Chihuahua is only with me part-time since he goes with my son when staying with his dad. About: I’ve pet sat for friends and family for years and have been walking neighbors’ dogs for a few months. I have a large dog myself so I can be relied on to walk and care for large dogs. I currently keep a neighbor’s dog for doggy daycare about 2-3 hours during the day. They LOVE to play with each other and I have plenty of enrichment toys and treats to keep them occupied. I currently keep a dog for doggy daycare from 12:00-2:00 on weekdays, but my schedule is flexible. I am available during weekdays for walks and check ins from 8:00 am-6:00 pm. I am also available for weekday and weekend boarding and house sitting. I have a fenced in backyard and a fairly open floor plan offering a lot of play space. My dog and the dog I keep during the day are both very sweet but can be quite rambunctious at times. They are both well trained and very friendly with people and other dogs. Before moving to Baton Rouge, I used to own my own business cleaning houses and have a lot of experience working in other people’s homes. I understand how difficult it can be letting someone new into your home, especially when you may not be there. I am a great communicator, very trustworthy, and have a flexible schedule. We have cared for all types of pets at many different stages of their lives: Senior dogs on medication, hyper puppies, dogs with disabilities, birds, cats, hedgehogs, lizards, guinea pigs, ducks, chickens, and rabbits. My schedule is open and I'm eager to meet you and your pet! :) Since my gf and I work as a team, we will usually be available 24/7. Rarely are we both house sitting, but my availability in Rover will reflect that. At our home we require dogs to have rabies, bordetella, and lepta vaccinations up to date. They are allowed on the furniture and they can sleep with us :) We have extra bowls, extra blankets, and beds. We feed dogs separately, and we have gates that separate our stairs and kitchen. We also have a dog door that leads to the secure fenced patio where they can potty anytime or be walked or let out. At a client's home I am usually there fulltime with the exception of errands or getting food. I like taking notes and following your pet's schedule just like you were there yourself :)

About: I’ve lived in a household with cats and dogs ever since I was born. I then started caring for other peoples animals at the age of 10 and practically was running a business for it by 14! Now, I’m 21 and my love of caring for animals has only grown. I love all pets and want to ensure they have the appropriate care while you’re gone at work or vacation!! About: I absolutely adore animals of all shapes and sizes! I personally have 2 dogs and a cat but I’ve had snakes, a chinchilla, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, among other family pets. I’ve never sought out an animal, I’ve only taken in animals when other people couldn’t continue caring for them. I adore any animal and love connecting with them. I also previously worked at Camp Bow Wow so I’ve worked with 100’s of dogs with different temperaments, personalities, and personal needs. While working there I had to give all sorts of meals and medicines. Everyday, I have to do basic pet tasks such as feeding, changing water, changing litter, and medications. I also walk my dogs multiple times a day. I follow any basic rules set out for me, i.e. diet, walk time, social time. They are the children of the owner and I understand they sometimes need special care or the pet and owner have a certain routine in place. But I have basic knowledge on plenty animals and can gladly care for them as if they are my own.

About: With a dogs of my own and watching friends dogs, they are treated with so much care, always. We go for walks, work on commands and of course play! I have not experienced any aggression while watching but it will not be tolerated. I have a small fenced yard and a dog of my own to keep I currently work full time, but there’s still plenty of time for your pups! I’m available for boarding during the week (providing plenty of walks and play time) but always available on the weekend! I have a small fenced yard and a dog of my own to keep yours company! About: I have had and taken care of pets of all kinds (but especially dogs) since I was very young! I’ve had experience with puppies, young dogs, and older dogs, male and female. Even now I help take care of relative’s dogs and I love it. I feed, watch, walk, and make sure they’re happy! I stay in good shape and walk / workout every day, so I am able to handle larger breeds if needed! I live near LSU lakes which is a great place for walking, I usually go around the lakes when I go for walks, so I am familiar with the area well. It’s a great experience for people and pets! I’m pretty flexible and usually available for any activities! I am going to be taking 2 online classes this summer which requires me to be home, it works out well to watch some sweet pups! I do not have any dogs or cats within my home currently. Any pet works just fine to be inside or outside! The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all fairly large open spaces and connected together.
