4. Janee C.
“Our dog Randy just loves her. He really enjoys going for walks with her. He gets so excited when she comes over. We never have to worry when we go out of town. She always comes over with ideas of activities and things to do with Randy. She’s even kept him for two weeks while we were out visiting family. She’s really respectful of our home and we’ve never had an issue. She’s great with our senior dog and have no problems giving him his medication. She even recommended a good vet for Randi when our previous vet didn’t work out.”

6. Grayson M.
About: My name is Grayson, and I’ve always had multiple pets throughout my life to care for. I grew up with 3 dogs, a cat and 2 hamsters, and dog sat for my neighborhood throughout high school. In college we had 4 dogs in the house that I routinely fed, walked and sheltered. I have experience with taking care of dogs, and I currently own a cat. I’ve lived in Baton Rouge since 2015 and know the perfect activities for any pet! I also live with a LSU vet student who has taught me interesting facts about pets! I’m a law student who is in class MWF 9am-11am and on TTH 11am-3pm. I am available anytime outside of those class hours. Besides my classes I wake up at 6am to feed my cat then again at 5pm. I’m free all weekends as well! Growing up watching my neighborhood’s dogs, I would call the owners letting them know I was on the way to the house. I’m a rule follower, so anything I was told to do I did. My main duties with my neighbors’ dogs were to walk them, bring them to the dog park, and hangout with them. Once high school ended, I moved to Baton Rouge to attend LSU and that’s when my roommates and I decided to adopt sheltered dogs. When my roommates had 4 dogs in our house, I would walk them first thing in the morning around the LSU lakes and made sure they used the restroom. Once the walks were finished it was breakfast for the doggos followed by teaching them simple tricks like sitting and shaking hands. Around lunch I’d let them outside for the restroom again while they had milk bones and learned more tricks. I always fed them dinner at 5:30pm followed by a 7pm restroom break. Now as a cat dad I wake up at 6am to feed and hangout with my cat. My cat won’t eat all her food unless I’m with her so I’ll drink coffee and wait for her to finish. When I come home for lunch, I give her 2 treats until I see her again after work for dinner. After dinner my cat and I either play with her toys or sit on the couch. I’ve learned to diversify my pets, including with the help of my LSU vet med roommate.
7. Grace D.
“Grace is my roommate and helps tremendously with my giant german shepherd. Everyday that I’m at work, she’s at home playing with him and bringing him on long walks. For as long as I’ve known her (most of my life) she’s been great with animals. She’s even helped me take care of cats, rats, turtles, even a chinchilla. She’s patient and cares for them like her own.”

12. Virginia M.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was young, and have experience with animals of all kinds. I love animals and have experience in giving dog insilun. I do not have a grassy yard, but have access to large grassy areas. I’m currently an LSU student, and school takes priority, but due to my roommates schedules, your pet will never be alone for more than 2 hours. I will care for your pet as if it is my own, and I can work with you for any specialized care your pet needs, but my own cats and school take priority, and you will be contacted if there is any issue.
13. Tanner M.

20. Sierra S.
“Sierra went above and beyond to care for my sweet pup Lulu. Very dedicated and always on time for her visits. Lulu also stayed overnight numerous times and I never had to worry about her, because Lulu had separation anxiety. I would get plenty of photos and videos of my pup being happy and loved on, as she was very needy when I wasn't around. I would highly recommend Sierra for your pet needs, as she is without a doubt a passionate animal lover. She has pets of her own, and I also know she has helped to find homes for some strays she has saved.”
