About: I’ve been caring for animals from a very young age, growing up on a farm where tending to a wide variety of animals was part of my everyday life. That experience gave me a strong understanding of animal behavior, responsibility, and the importance of consistent, attentive care. Over the years, I’ve become comfortable working with dogs of all ages and needs—from energetic puppies who require patience and structure, to senior dogs who benefit from a gentler, more attentive approach. I also have experience caring for dogs with medical needs and am confident in following detailed care instructions, including administering medications when needed. I’m especially mindful with anxious or shy dogs, taking the time to build trust and create a calm, reassuring environment so they feel safe and secure. I am currently working full-time less than 5 minutes from home. I feed my dogs and let them out around 7:00 am before work. My husband is home with our dogs until 2:00 pm before he leaves for work. I arrive home around 5:00 pm and I spend most of my evening in the backyard if possible. I have a fenced in yard and a basket full of toys. I have 2 dogs of my own that enjoy playing with others, so your pet is sure to be in good company.

About: I have had and taken care of pets of all kinds (but especially dogs) since I was very young! I’ve had experience with puppies, young dogs, and older dogs, male and female. Even now I help take care of relative’s dogs and I love it. I feed, watch, walk, and make sure they’re happy! I stay in good shape and walk / workout every day, so I am able to handle larger breeds if needed! I live near LSU lakes which is a great place for walking, I usually go around the lakes when I go for walks, so I am familiar with the area well. It’s a great experience for people and pets! I’m pretty flexible and usually available for any activities! I am going to be taking 2 online classes this summer which requires me to be home, it works out well to watch some sweet pups! I do not have any dogs or cats within my home currently. Any pet works just fine to be inside or outside! The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all fairly large open spaces and connected together.

About: I have over a year of experience in animal daycare and/or kennel settings, and can quickly assess a pet's body language and accomodate for discomfort or unique needs. I have a part time job Monday through Wednesday, but I can make myself available with enough planning ahead, and usually have afternoons and evenings free. I need at least two day's notice for weekends. I follow client's intructions to the letter when caring for pets at their home. When needed (e.g. for brachycephalic dogs) I will ask for a safe harness or collar option to avoid restricted breathing.

About: My friends and family have trusted me with drop-ins visits for years. Every cat is special and I love them all like my own. I’ve never met a cat that I couldn’t pet. Even skittish ones can sense my heart; we call it my superpower. I am a freelance court reporter. I primarily work from home. I make my own schedule and can fit in daily drop-ins where they’re needed. I have two cats, Doug (15) and Noodle (7). Noodle loves long walks in his stroller. He is half Siamese and all talk! Doug is a cool cat that is very skittish. We are always considerate of his fear of loud noises and take pleasure in maintaining a peaceful home for him to feel safe in. Justice for skittish cats! Doug has arthritis and requires injections by me and liquid meds weekly/daily, respectively. Cat health is important to me. Both of my cats are very fluffy. We vacuum and ChomChom our furniture often. I’ve always got a lint roller on me. My cats are very spoiled, as they should be. I scoop the litter daily and schedule feed them morning and night. My experience with cat sitting is primarily drop-ins. I am open to discussing a more hands-on routine if that’s what your cat requires. I have keys to many colleagues homes. They text me when they go on trips and I happily scoot on over to care for the cats. I’ve been doing this for years and just decided to see if it was worth offering as a service in my neighborhood. As an owner who feeds twice a day, I am happy to go twice or just once a day if your cat is a grazer. My cats leave trails of litter all around the box area, so just tell me where your broom is and I’ll take care of cleaning your floor, too! I have a camera in my home and would understand you having one as well. If you want pictures of your cats while away, you don’t have to ask twice because I’ve probably already taken some. Cats are complex creatures, and as an owner who has a complicated one herself, I’m all ears to hear your cats likes/dislikes, quirky needs, and any other “silly requests”.

She went above and beyond in his care- taking him for walks, letting him play with her dog in the yard, and feeding him on time. I trust her completely to care for Kaju, and I know he trusts her too because he was able to take naps at her place (something that he is not always able to do due to trust issues). “My experience with Robin was exceptional. I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. Robin was incredibly patient and reassuring. She allowed me to observe and helped me feel confident that he would be just fine, and he truly was. Another thing that stood out was how much my puppy liked her right away. As soon as he got out of the car, he was excited and curious about going inside, which meant a lot to me. This afforded me the opportunity to hone my instincts about what constitutes an emergency, what to do in an emergency, and, more importantly, how to prevent emergencies. Throughout my career, I have remained dedicated to pets and animal welfare. I am always seeking out opportunities for continuing education, such as attending the Humane Society’s annual animal welfare conference or completing an apprenticeship at Austin Pets Alive!, or binge-watching animal training tutorials. In my personal life, I’ve had dogs, cats, reptiles and amphibians as pets ever since I was a child. As an adult, I was privileged to adopt a special needs dog named Fizzgig, who introduced me to the rewarding experience of caring for seniors. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. About: We live in a 2nd-floor apartment that has 12 stairs leading up to it. I have had dogs in the home since the age of 2 and been a primary caregiver for my last 3 family dogs. My partner and I both love all dogs, especially larger breeds. We are experienced in basic leash and command training, basic medication administration, and house training. We firmly believe you can never have too many dogs around and would love to host your furry family member while you are away! We have a cat named Mitties who keeps to herself and tolerates her brother Lincoln as well as his friends who visit. Lincoln has never met another pup he didn't like. He loves to play and wrestle but also knows when it's time to give his friends space. He has regular interaction with dogs of all sizes and adjusts his play style accordingly. We are available for most weekends, and most weekdays from a week-to-week basis. Isaac works from home and is almost always around during the day to supervise! Dogs can be crated if needed over night or while we are away. Our dog Lincoln does not use a crate, however, so it is not necessary if your dog doesn’t usually use one either.

About: I’ve raised my dog, Tino, since I’ve been 10! I’ve gone through all the stages from a pup to now a senior dog. I am also currently studying to become a DVM so I love all furry friends! :) I have 100+ volunteer hours at animal shelters and I currently work part time at a pet boarding facility. I’m free mostly every weekday and anytime on the weekends. I usually take pets out 3-4 times a day for potty breaks. I love every pup size and I’ll enjoy snuggling with them or running around with them! I have a fenced backyard with a super chill senior dog that would love to meet other animals. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and have always had one by my side. Over the years, my family has owned a variety of breeds, including a Yorkie, Beagle mix, Chocolate Lab, Golden Retriever, and Miniature Doodle, which has given me experience with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. About: I've taken care multiple different breeds and ages of dogs, ranging from 1yr - 12yrs. And if there is more than 1, no worries! I have had experience with pet sitting 4dogs at a time.
