“Hannah was great and our pup had so much fun! She was very responsive and kept us updated on how he was doing. I loved that she sent us pictures and videos too. We will definitely be using her again!!”

“I appreciate Savannah so much for watching my baby while we went away on a trip. This was my first time EVER leaving Brownie with anyone that long. We just relocated to Youngsville so I scrambled to find someone to watch her while we were gone & I couldn’t have chosen anyone better. Savannah did so good with Brownie. I wanted to make sure I chose someone that would care about her in the same manner I do. She gave lots of cuddles, play time, and personal care as she started her “period” the day we were dropping her off to Savannah. She didn’t have any issues with changing her diapers or anything. She’s awesome with communication! I received so many pics & videos while out of town, so that really put me at ease. Thank you again Savannah for loving on Brownie girl. We will book with you again for our next getaway.”

“Keith was amazing! We were at ease leaving our babies as he was extremely professional and had been in the industry for a while. He is also flexible and affordable! Can’t recommend him enough and we’ll definitely be back when we’re in town.”

“Alayja was an amazing sitter. Even with our dog being nervous for his first visit she made sure he was comfortable and took care of him as if her own. She sent us pictures and videos throughout the stay and even gave him a bath before returning.”

“This was my first time leaving Toto at home with anyone outside of family, and Lauren immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing he was in good hands. She took great care of him, and Toto took to her right away, even laying on her and relaxing. It was clear he felt safe and happy. He spent the evening playing, cuddling, and getting plenty of rubs. I’m so grateful for the care she showed him and would absolutely trust her with Toto again.”

“Sarai was amazing and professional. She was very welcoming and listened to everything you had to say. She sent me pictures all the time of Roscoe. Roscoe definitely loves being with her and her dog. I would definitely be booking Sarai again.”

“Absolutely love Janelle! She stepped in and helped us out even tho Theo wasn’t feeling too good and she helped make sure her got his medications on time and was eating well! Theo loves her and knows her home from the moment we pull in!:)”

“Second booking for our Layla and Peluche. Nicolette took good care of them and provided updates while we were away. They got attention and exercise that they couldn’t get from our prior boarding arrangements. Comforting to know they were well cared for while we were away. Highly recommend Nicolette.”

“This was my first time booking on Rover and was a little nervous about leaving my dog with someone new. Shante sent daily pictures and videos of my dog which help ease that stress. He was in great hands”

“She was amazing! She sent me pictures of her and my fur baby and my Diamond started getting attached to her! She kept me updated the entire 4 days and I will definitely be returning if I need care again. I was nervous because it was my JRT's 1st time boarding but she made it super fun and relaxing for her! Thank you so much”

“Lauren is always so nice and makes Roscoe feel right at home! We love the pics and updates she always takes the time to send and that Roscoe looks totally at home in all of them.”

“JC was so great! My dog can be a bit of a stinker with other dogs when things don’t go her way. A minor issue happened, JC reached out instantly and let me know. She mentioned that she understood if I felt more comfortable coming to pick her up but also said that she would like to give her another chance as she was confident what caused the issue and could prevent it from happening another time..and she did! I will definitely be using her again. Would highly recommend!”

“Angela and Bill absolutely pampered our senior greyhound. She is very nervous in new environments, but they made her feel completely safe and cared for while we were away. They went above and beyond to make sure she ate every meal, took all of her medications, and stayed comfortable and happy the entire time. They even gave her a bath before we picked her up, which was such a thoughtful touch. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our sweet senior girl was being loved on like family. We would absolutely trust them with her again and cannot recommend them enough.”

“Nicholas was great with my cat Mika. This was my first time leaving her with someone for a long period of time, and it couldn’t have been with anyone better. Nicholas was very timely with his responses and he took great care of her. Will be coming back in the future, thank you!!”

About: As a pet owner myself, I have experience with how to keep feeding routines, administer meds, walks, playtime, potty breaks, grooming and recognizing when something isn’t quite right. I’ll also provide regular updates and photos, so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I’m currently working remotely and part time. This leaves me plenty of time to care for pets on weekdays and weekends, throughout the day. Early mornings and late evenings are no problem. We have a private fenced in yard for those that need ample activity. Pets are cared for in the home but also have their own room for when they need a quiet corner.
“Khya was amazing with my older dachshund. I got regular updates and knew she was being well looked after. I needed a pup sitter for 2 weeks and was worried about leaving her with just anyone, but Khya was super sweet and easy to work with. I'm sure we'll end up having her pup sit for us again soon.”

JC was great with Doc, and he got a chance to play with other dogs and we could tell that he had a great time at her house! She has so much knowledge about dogs and we honestly didn’t have to worry about him the entire time we were gone. We will leave doc with JC again now that summer is coming up!

This was my first time leaving Toto at home with anyone outside of family, and Lauren immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease knowing he was in good hands. She took great care of him, and Toto took to her right away, even laying on her and relaxing. It was clear he felt safe and happy. He spent the evening playing, cuddling, and getting plenty of rubs. I’m so grateful for the care she showed him and would absolutely trust her with Toto again.

Kairo and I moved from California and I was really hesitant to leave him with just anyone. My mind was changed after meeting Emma! Emma has been sweet and has maintained open communication from the date of booking up until the end of your booking! She has a comfy place and a pretty spacious yard! Kairo had a nail issue and she provided his medication and ointment and followed instructions carefully. Kairo felt right at home and I know he made himself comfy right away. I am so grateful to have met such a great sitter in the area! Will be booking again :)

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in LA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
