They sent us multiple pictures and videos to keep us updated on how Rosie was doing and you could just see how much love and attention she was getting during her stay with them. Not only that, but they were so incredibly accommodating to us when the snow storm hit and our travel plans were disrupted. They even offered to have our dog stay the night before when we thought we may have had to leave earlier than expected. For pickup, they accommodated us once again, so we could pick up our dog late and then they were available when our time changed. Kairo and I moved from California and I was really hesitant to leave him with just anyone. My mind was changed after meeting Emma! Emma has been sweet and has maintained open communication from the date of booking up until the end of your booking! She has a comfy place and a pretty spacious yard! Kairo had a nail issue and she provided his medication and ointment and followed instructions carefully. Kairo felt right at home and I know he made himself comfy right away.
