I have had and taken care of pets of all kinds (but especially dogs) since I was very young! I’ve had experience with puppies, young dogs, and older dogs, male and female. Even now I help take care of relative’s dogs and I love it. I feed, watch, walk, and make sure they’re happy! I stay in good shape and walk / workout every day, so I am able to handle larger breeds if needed! I live near LSU lakes which is a great place for walking, I usually go around the lakes when I go for walks, so I am familiar with the area well. It’s a great experience for people and pets!

Kayla was AMAZING! Very friendly and my sweet baby, Nova, seemed to enjoy her time with her.
This is the second time we leave Summer with Kayla. She was great. She took very good care of Summer. She sent updates and pictures frequently and was willing to take Summer to the vet after she developed a skin condition. Will definitely book her again in the future.

Schedule
I’m pretty flexible and usually available for any activities! I am going to be taking 2 online classes this summer which requires me to be home, it works out well to watch some sweet pups!

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have any dogs or cats within my home currently. Any pet works just fine to be inside or outside! The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all fairly large open spaces and connected together.
A typical day
I love to go on walks and spend time enjoying nature! Cuddling up for a movie or playing relaxing music is a favorite during down time helps regulate the nervous system for restoration. Playing fetch and engaging in play is always a fun mood booster too!
