About: Happy to spend time with your fur babies! Having two Great Pyrenees of my own, they are a large breed dog that has to have consistent maintenance! I often already doggy sit or help out my friends with their own pets. I’m currently not working just studying for a test to get into a program for a while. I have lots of flexibility and free time currently. At my own home I have two fluff balls who enjoy free roam inside during the day and have a large fenced backyard. They are spoiled down to getting pets when they want it and plentiful of treats! Lots of play time

About: I’ve had the privilege of making animal care my life for the past 30+ years. I’ve worked at 2 zoos, a wildlife preserve and now I pet sit full time. I love meeting new pets and their parents. My main priority is ensuring your animal is comfortable and safe while you’re away. I strive to give peace of mind to any worried pet parents. 😊 My favorite activities with your Furkid include enrichment with toys, fetching, dispensing treats and rubbing backs and bellies. I can medicate, give insulin and prepare special diets. I’m also trained in animal first aid and I excel at following directions. Animal care is all I do. I can do daily walks/visits up to 3 times a day. I’m also available for house sitting and overnights. I have a number of clients in the Baton Rouge area with different pet care needs and I make my own schedule. I stick to their usual daily routine or follow whatever instructions are left. I like to keep a consistent visit/feeding/potty time. I have a lot of patience and will encourage your pet to socialize with me. We can do whatever they like, play with toys, take walks, eat treats, rub backs or just sit together. I also water plants, check mail/paper and keep a general an eye on things.

About: Growing up we had 3 cats and we also fostered many young pets and I would take care of our neighbors pets. About: Cat owner for 22 years. Never owned my own dog but have taken care of dogs of all sizes since about 8 years old. I can handle bigger dogs as well as I spent about 4 months training a Cane Corso mastiff. I have pretty open availability. My typical routine includes breakfast, plenty of pets, treats throughout the day, playtime for at least 30 mins and dinner. Am happy to follow your pets routines if that is important to you. With my pets I typically feed them twice a day with treats throughout the day.

About: My friends and family consistently tell me that my dog is treated with royalty. I take pride in taking care of my dog. He will always be my one and only fur baby. He is my best friend and I will always give him the best lifestyle he deserves as an elderly dog. I am an Independent Contractor. I set my own hours and my schedule is flexible. I am available during the daytime 7 days a week. I have a fenced on yard. My dog has a doggie door so he can come inside the house and can go outside at his own leisure. My dog is fed homemade meals and I provide organic treats throughout the day.

About: Previously I’ve had 2 years of professional dog handling experience from working at dog daycare and boarding facilities. Every day, I would spend hours playing with pups of all different ages, breeds, and sizes. I worked hard to make sure they were fed (and medicated if needed), hand feeding them and sitting down with them if they were too anxious to eat in a new environment. I cared for at least 30 dogs a day, sometimes up to 60. All of them hold a special place in my heart, and I still remember over 200 names. There, I was taught the proper ways to handle and walk dogs. I was also trained on CPR in case of emergencies. Every dog I met had a different personality, so I had to learn from experience how to handle each and every one of them differently. Additionally, I own two cats and have knowledge in basic feline first aid, including CPR. I’ve also raised two litters of kittens in the past, from birth to when they became 2-3 months old. It would be an honor if you decide to choose me to care of your pet, cat or dog, it’s something that I greatly enjoy doing. No matter how big, small, rough, excited, or grumpy your pet is, I would love to care for them. No accommodation is too difficult for me.
