About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and patience I have for animals. I’m 29 years old, born and raised in Louisiana, and I’ve been caring for pets for over 5 years. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, not just a job or side hustle. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets because they’re family. I know the importance of making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m experienced with both dogs and cats of different personalities, ages, and energy levels — from playful puppies and kittens to older pets that need extra patience and gentle care. I treat every pet like they’re my own, giving them attention, affection, playtime, and a calm environment so they feel secure and happy. I want pet owners to have peace of mind knowing their babies are in caring, reliable hands. I’m currently working part time so I would have plenty of time for your loved ones. I’m available Monday-Sunday Mornings at 8am to 12pm . Evenings 6:30 to 8pm. I’m able to provide pets with a comfortable indoor space in my spare bedroom, giving them a calm and safe environment while in my care. I also have a spacious backyard where pets can enjoy fresh air and outdoor time safely on adjustable leashes, allowing them room to move around comfortably and stretch their legs based on their needs and activity level.

About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. I give the same care , love , patience and attentiveness to every dog ! As I know it is important for your dog to feel safe and secure away from your home 💕 Since I do have a dog of my own , the necessities are apart of my everyday routine! I am in college full time however I am free everyday after 1pm . (Tuesdays , Thursdays and the weekend I am free all day:)) I am also very flexible so please don’t hesitate to ask questions ! Please note that I can not host more than one dog at a time due to me being a smaller space. Your fur baby will feel very comfy here ! My girl Millie has adapted to our relaxed routine which involves her feeding and bathroom schedule along play time and cuddles . We take trips to the public dog park as well as my apartment one. We also have plenty of play time inside . The same goes for your baby!

About: I’ve had the privilege of making animal care my life for the past 30+ years. I’ve worked at 2 zoos, a wildlife preserve and now I pet sit full time. I love meeting new pets and their parents. My main priority is ensuring your animal is comfortable and safe while you’re away. I strive to give peace of mind to any worried pet parents. 😊 My favorite activities with your Furkid include enrichment with toys, fetching, dispensing treats and rubbing backs and bellies. I can medicate, give insulin and prepare special diets. I’m also trained in animal first aid and I excel at following directions. Animal care is all I do. I can do daily walks/visits up to 3 times a day. I’m also available for house sitting and overnights. I have a number of clients in the Baton Rouge area with different pet care needs and I make my own schedule. I stick to their usual daily routine or follow whatever instructions are left. I like to keep a consistent visit/feeding/potty time. I have a lot of patience and will encourage your pet to socialize with me. We can do whatever they like, play with toys, take walks, eat treats, rub backs or just sit together. I also water plants, check mail/paper and keep a general an eye on things.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. I am very good at taking care of dogs and I am very reliable with dogs. I am mostly available all throughout the day, some days I will have athletic activities. In the morning is when I usually have the most free time to take care of your pets. I can easily crate your dog if needed and I have a dog of my own to keep your pet company. I have a decently big yard so that your dog can run around and play.

At home I have a mini schnauzer and a sheepadoodle, so I'm very familiar with both smaller, high energy personalities and larger, playful dogs. Managing both has taught me patience, consistency, and how to read different temperaments quickly. I'm comfortable adjusting to each dog's needs and making sure they get the right mix of exercise, attention, and care. I work in dental sales, which gives me a flexible schedule that I can easily work around pet care needs. I’m able to stop by for walks, feedings, and check-ins throughout the day and adjust my schedule as needed. This flexibility also allows me to take on regular or last-minute bookings and be reliable for pets and their owners. I follow each pet’s routine and instructions closely to keep things consistent and stress free. I handle feeding, walks, and basic care in the client’s home, and make sure pets get the attention and exercise they need based on their normal habits, personality, and daily routine.

About: They say that pets/animals know a good person when they see and smell them. There's not a pet home that I walk into and am not greeted with excitement after giving rubs and cuddles. I am currently transitioning to be a stay at home mom, but I would like to continue to help others in need. My days are flexible at this time. Between 8:00m-3:00pm and 4:00pm to 6:00pm on weekdays, I can move outside of the home freely. Times outside of the listed times, I need to be within my home. I havr a 9 year old daughter who is great with animals, and she will not be left with any unsupervised. I have a fenced in back patio and a semi-fenced in back yard. Animals are not allowed to be alone and off the leash if in the backyard exploring. They are free to roam around the patio and home if applicable.

About: Hi! My name is Shayna Malonson, and I’ve always had a deep love for animals—especially dogs. I grew up with dogs my entire life, and now as an adult with my own home, I’m lucky to have two of my own: Ally (4 years old) and King (2 years old). They are a huge part of my daily life and have taught me so much about responsible, loving care. I personally bathe my dogs, brush their teeth, and handle their basic grooming after learning how to properly care for them myself. Through experience—especially managing my older dog’s dry skin—I’ve learned a lot about different dog food brands, skin-care products, and overall dog wellness. This has helped me become very attentive to each dog’s individual needs. In my free time, I enjoy playing fetch, going on simple walks, and giving my dogs plenty of love and attention.
