While we had some miscommunication about his potty routine that led to some accidents, they remained patient and caring throughout his stay. Quincy enjoyed playing with their dog Yo-Yo, and it was nice to see him socializing. They were flexible with drop-off/pickup times and maintained good communication throughout.”
