About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I am available on weekdays and most weekends. Just message me ahead of time for weekends! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. If I am ever confused on an instruction my first instinct is to contact you to make sure and not just “assume”.

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 15 and am now an Animal Science major. I also work in a veterinary hospital’s boarding department, caring for dogs, cats and other pets as well as helping with medications. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I’m available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after 12 PM, and I also have availability every other weekend. I work Wednesdays and Fridays, but I’m happy to coordinate care around those days when possible. I provide care in my home or clients’ homes. I have access to a dog park and prioritize pets’ comfort and routines with attentive care.

About: I have taken care of all types of dogs. I have worked at an animal shelter and have had 3 dogs of my own. I love to spend time with dogs and train and play with them. I am a student at LSU but I only have classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m available any time any other day, and can also come by in between classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am very responsible and will take great care of your pet! I take time to train and play with my pets and pets I care for. I also make sure the pet is getting a lot of love and attention and proper exercise.

About: I’ve taken care of animals my whole life! Friends and family have trusted me with their animals when they‘ve gone out of town many times. I’m an Instructional Coach at a school in my district, so I won’t be home during the day unless it’s weekends or when I’m on break. During the summer though I’ll be home majority of the time. My sister lives with me and she has a dog, but they’re sweet and have their own room. I take care of pets by giving them food, water, and bathroom trips as often as needed. I also make sure to have play time with them, which is my favorite! I can make sure to give them any medicine or put them on a leash when going outside if that’s what you need.

About: I have worked at a part-time doggy daycare and boarding facility for over a year now, gaining tons of experience with all kinds of different pups- low energy/high energy- super outgoing/anxious and much more since every fur baby is different from the next. I have taken many animal related college courses that have helped me gain much knowledge about dogs which is just as important as the hands on experience. I also have shadowed veterinarians at animal hospital clinics that’s going towards my vet assistant certification. And last but not least I have had pups of my own, 2 great danes growing up and now my own shelter pup😊. She’s my best friend/daughter/favorite person, I take pride that I take care of every pup the same way I’d want someone taking care of mine. I’m currently working part time but I am available before 12 pm on Sunday's, after 1 pm Monday through Wednesday and completely free Thursday through Saturday. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow each pet's routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, and any special instructions. I provide a clean, safe environment and closely monitor behavior, appetite, and overall well-being. With my hands-on experience working with dogs, animal care education, and veterinary shadowing experience, I am prepared to provide attentive and responsible care for pets of all ages. I have an extremely pet friendly female dog that can keep your pup entertained if needed. If not no worries, she is kennel trained and does doggie daycare at my job.

About: I’ve been a dog dad for 6+ years and have taken care of pets for neighbors, teachers, and friends for years, from walking and feeding to live-in care. I’m a college instructor on break between semesters so my schedule is flexible with lots of availability for all your pet care needs, whether one time walking or in home stays. I have a friendly corgi named Rufus who loves other dogs and we live in a house near the Garden District with an unfenced yard where I walk him around the neighborhood twice daily.

About: I have owned and lived with dogs and cats my whole life. I have 3 fur babies who are spoiled and well-loved, Mylo the Siberian Husky (2 years old), Lily the sweet mix breed rescue (6 years old), and Baxter the Dachshund Beagle rescue (7 years old) and 1 fur nephew, Rufus the Corgi (3 years old) who frequently stays with his cousins and auntie to play. We love the dog park, long walks (Mylo especially), and couch snuggles/naps. They enjoy chasing each other in the backyard and to birdwatch/neighborhood watch from the living room windows. I have experience with many breeds and all ages. Having two rescues myself I am also comfortable with rescue dogs who may need more time to warm up and trust you. I also love cats and have always had one-I just don’t currently have one. Fur babies aren’t just pets-they are family. I work from home with a very flexible schedule. I am available for walks, drop ins, and boarding any day of the week or weekend. I can come to you! I have a fenced yard and 3 fur babies who are dog friendly and love to play! I am happy to use crates if that is preferred. While I don’t mind your dog staying here with us, I am also able to come to your dog in your home if that is more comfortable.

About: I’ve raised my dog, Tino, since I’ve been 10! I’ve gone through all the stages from a pup to now a senior dog. I am also currently studying to become a DVM so I love all furry friends! :) I have 100+ volunteer hours at animal shelters and I currently work part time at a pet boarding facility. I’m free mostly every weekday and anytime on the weekends. I usually take pets out 3-4 times a day for potty breaks. I love every pup size and I’ll enjoy snuggling with them or running around with them! I have a fenced backyard with a super chill senior dog that would love to meet other animals. We have a very calm home so no loud noises or disruptions. I also have a crate for small to medium dogs if needed.

About: I have experience with cats, reptiles, and dogs. I have experience with reactive and aggressive dogs and their care, as well as skittish dogs, and normal pups. As I am a small person, I cannot walk untrained giant breed dogs unfortunately, but I can more than happily dog sit and do drop in care! I love animals of all types and find great joy in caring for animals. I've worked with senior dogs, new born puppies, older puppies, rescue dogs, neglected dogs, and longtime family pups. I have experience with all sorts of cats, from skittish to cuddle bugs. I have some experience with training and find joy in helping dogs reach their best potential and learn new tricks. I've been caring for animals since I was at least 13 years old and intend to long into my future.

About: Hi everyone! I recently moved from Maryland to Louisiana, I have been pet sitting since I was 15 years old. I volunteered at Queen Anne’s county animal services taking and have also worked at Dogwood Acres Pet Retreat, Canine Country Club, and a doggie daycare called Playful Pack. I can feed dogs, administer their medication, bathe dogs, take dogs outside to play and use the bathroom, and more! I love animals and can’t wait to meet yours. My availability is available all day any day. I can pet sit any time and any day of the week. I can do dog walking, pet sittings, overnights, and boarding. Just let me know what you need! I can follow directions very easily and give dogs frequent potty breaks and walks. I will also be giving your pets attention the entire time. I will do anything you need me to from feeding to medicine and even baths if needed.

About: I've cared for dogs my entire life because I was raised around them. More specifically, I had the experience of caring for a German Shepherd puppy for a year. I'm more than confident in my ability to care for your pup! I'm a part-time worker with a very flexible schedule. I'm available during mornings and evenings but completely available during the weekend. However, I'm always willing to work around your schedule. I have a friendly Siberian Husky I care for on my own. He is crate-trained but he is well-behaved enough to roam freely in my space. I take him on walks twice a day on the trail around my apartment complex. My Husky has been raised around all kinds of dogs and is very adaptable to strangers.
