“Amelia was awesome!! She came to walk our dogs twice a day for 2 days as well as feed and medicate both dogs. She was very responsive, came on time and gave updates the whole time. 9. Sheila R.
“I highly recommend Sheila to care for your babies! She is always the person I call when I go on vacation because I know my babies will not only be safe, but they will be loved on and treated as special as they are. She’s so patient and caring with her own dogs, and she has plenty more love for other animals. I’m sure a lot of people would be acceptable for the job, but if you want your babies to be treated special, with the love and attention you’d give them yourselves, then Sheila is your person!”

About: I have grown up around large animals all of my life. I have cared for large and small animals including hogs, horses, cattle, and dogs. Pet care is something that I enjoy doing and will fit perfectly into my schedule as a college student who has a very flexible schedule. My pets are on a routine schedule. The care I give to my clients pets will depend upon the animals needs. I am very flexible and understanding to the homeowner, as well as the pet.
11. Grayson M.
About: My name is Grayson, and I’ve always had multiple pets throughout my life to care for. I grew up with 3 dogs, a cat and 2 hamsters, and dog sat for my neighborhood throughout high school. In college we had 4 dogs in the house that I routinely fed, walked and sheltered. I have experience with taking care of dogs, and I currently own a cat. I’ve lived in Baton Rouge since 2015 and know the perfect activities for any pet! I also live with a LSU vet student who has taught me interesting facts about pets! I’m a law student who is in class MWF 9am-11am and on TTH 11am-3pm. I am available anytime outside of those class hours. Besides my classes I wake up at 6am to feed my cat then again at 5pm. I’m free all weekends as well! Growing up watching my neighborhood’s dogs, I would call the owners letting them know I was on the way to the house. I’m a rule follower, so anything I was told to do I did. My main duties with my neighbors’ dogs were to walk them, bring them to the dog park, and hangout with them. Once high school ended, I moved to Baton Rouge to attend LSU and that’s when my roommates and I decided to adopt sheltered dogs. When my roommates had 4 dogs in our house, I would walk them first thing in the morning around the LSU lakes and made sure they used the restroom. Once the walks were finished it was breakfast for the doggos followed by teaching them simple tricks like sitting and shaking hands. Around lunch I’d let them outside for the restroom again while they had milk bones and learned more tricks. I always fed them dinner at 5:30pm followed by a 7pm restroom break. Now as a cat dad I wake up at 6am to feed and hangout with my cat. My cat won’t eat all her food unless I’m with her so I’ll drink coffee and wait for her to finish. When I come home for lunch, I give her 2 treats until I see her again after work for dinner. After dinner my cat and I either play with her toys or sit on the couch. I’ve learned to diversify my pets, including with the help of my LSU vet med roommate.

“amazing job as always ❤️❤️”
13. Samantha V.
“Samantha is a sweetheart! She is a bundle of energy herself so it was no challenge for her to take on my bouncy puppy for 10 days when I went on vacation. She kept me posted throughout the whole time and even helped me handle one of his flare up of his skin conditions while I was away - we kept in touch and she followed up with treatments that I recommended based on what usually works for him when that happens. He was a happy boy in her care and I would recommend her again and again and will contact her for future boarding/walking necessities. Your kiddos are in good hands with Samantha!”
14. Abby C.
“Abby was a fantastic pet sitter. She was very caring and responsible with my dog and was very punctual and respectful not only to my dog but to my house as well. I would 100% recommend her as an amazing pet sitter!”

About: I am a freshman studying animal science in hopes of become a veterinarian. I have volunteered at numerous animal shelters and taken care of several species of animals. I’m available full time on the weekends and afternoons during weekdays. I am currently a college student with a full time job day. Therefore, I am available week days after 4:30. My schedule will be different next semester. I would do what my clients ask when pertaining to their animals. I am capable of holding onto larger dogs on leashes. I also pay close attention to details.
16. Virginia M.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was young, and have experience with animals of all kinds. I love animals and have experience in giving dog insilun. I do not have a grassy yard, but have access to large grassy areas. I’m currently an LSU student, and school takes priority, but due to my roommates schedules, your pet will never be alone for more than 2 hours. I will care for your pet as if it is my own, and I can work with you for any specialized care your pet needs, but my own cats and school take priority, and you will be contacted if there is any issue.
17. Sierra S.
“Sierra went above and beyond to care for my sweet pup Lulu. Very dedicated and always on time for her visits. Lulu also stayed overnight numerous times and I never had to worry about her, because Lulu had separation anxiety. I would get plenty of photos and videos of my pup being happy and loved on, as she was very needy when I wasn't around. I would highly recommend Sierra for your pet needs, as she is without a doubt a passionate animal lover. She has pets of her own, and I also know she has helped to find homes for some strays she has saved.”

19. Eunhan C.
“She was staying with my dogs and cats while i was on vacation for a couple days. Eunhan was very nice with our pets and they also enjoyed staying with her. One of my dog is little shy when stranger is around her but she immediately had bond with Eunhan which was a huge relief for us! Dogs can sense good human i guess :)”
