About: I have taken care of over a dozen pets through my neighborhood, fostered numerous pairs of puppies and kittens, owned two pairs of pet rats, and have spent a brief time caring for small exotic birds. I also regularly volunteer at the Cat Haven shelter in Baton Rouge and have been a longtime animal lover. I can check in on pets at any time on weekends and before 12:00 PM or after 3:30 PM on weekdays. I’m a full time student at LSU but I live in my own apartment and commute to campus, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule outside of classes. I will gladly handle feeding, play/roaming time, walks, administering oral medication, and any other needs that you might have for your pet(s) within your home.

About: I love all animals and will ensure that your pets are happy, healthy, and fed while you are busy. I am available most of the time. I am available at all times of the day, 7 days per week. About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I update my colander regularly, but sometimes things come up, just message me! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. If I am ever confused on an instruction my first instinct is to contact you to make sure and not just “assume”.

About: I have taken care of all types of dogs. I have worked at an animal shelter and have had 3 dogs of my own. I love to spend time with dogs and train and play with them. I am a student at LSU but I only have classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. I’m available any time any other day, and can also come by in between classes Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am very responsible and will take great care of your pet! I take time to train and play with my pets and pets I care for. I also make sure the pet is getting a lot of love and attention and proper exercise.

About: I enjoy the company of dogs of all ages, whether your pup is high energy or a cuddle bug! I can provide whatever your pup needs whether that is extra enrichment, special feeding instructions, adhering to a medication schedule, or simply extra cuddles. I have fostered pups at least 1 years old. I also have experience with senior pets caring for a beloved family pet by administering scheduled medications and assisting during potty breaks before he passed. I have more experience in animal care from working at animal shelters and dog-sitting for family friends. I like to stay active, so if your pup enjoys going on runs I would love to know so we can go on runs together! If there are any specific requests and requirements your pup needs to be safe and happy in my care, I am more than happy to accommodate, just let me know! About: I am a design student at LSU. Beyond my 7 years of experience in pet care, I grew up with and took care of 4 dogs, 2 cats, fish, and a lizard (his name is peanut). I love keeping owners involved, so you can expect photos, updates, and little moments from your pet's day while you're away. I know how stressful it can feel leaving your pet with someone new. My goal is to give you peace of mind by treating your pet like they're part of my own family. I am currently a full time student at LSU. However, I have a flexible schedule so I will be able to work around that commitment. About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, but I really gained hands on experience once I started college. I’m an Agricultural Science major on the pre-vet track at Southern University A&M College, so I’m around small animals and livestock almost every day. I also help care for the police and therapy dogs on campus through my internship, which has taught me a lot about behavior, patience, and safe handling. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me with their pets, and I treat every animal with the same care and attention I give the ones I work with at school. Majority of my classes are online this semester so pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and weekend care. I only care for pets in their own home. I actually prefer it because most pets feel safer and more relaxed in a space they already know. With my pre veterinary background, I pay close attention to their behavior, comfort, and routine. I follow whatever schedule you already have in place and make sure they get the same care they are used to. I keep things calm, clean, and comforting so your pet feels secure while you are away. About: I've been around animals of all kinds since I was young. I even lived on a farm at one point in time working with animals ranging from rabbits to cattle. I've done volunteer work at shelters and taken care of dogs and cats belonging to friends and family. I also have my own pup, Pace, who I've taken care of for over 9 years. I love all animals, especially dogs, and have experience with walking, feeding and taking care of many breeds of all sizes. I am a full time college student, however my afternoons are almost completely free during the week. Boarding or overnight sitting throughout the week is off the table, however I will be as flexible as possible to accommodate drop ins, walks and sitting during the day. While I don't have my own place at the moment, I have experience with dogs in almost any home environment. I have no problem with structuring and handling feeding, walks or playtime. I might even enjoy it more than they will.

About: I’m an animal lover through and through! Hopefully one day soon, a professional pup groomer☺️ and I would love to spend time with your fur babies!! I would prefer to watch your pup(s) at my house since I do have fur babies of my own, or be able to bring my dog along with me to your house. Only if it’s safe to do so of course! Just for reference, my baby is a male, mini-dachshund. He’s 11 years old and is a timid, loving sweet boy. But if that’s not an option, that’s okay too! I also have two cats who are both loving and do well with dogs! If we’re boarding at my house, I can pickup and drop off for you as well. I work a Monday-Friday job, and am typically off by 4:30! Anytime outside of those hours will be allotted for the care of any fur babies you entrust me with(: I live in a quiet spot not far from LSU! I have a pretty big yard and safe walking areas for long walks. All I’ll need is a collar and leash (:

About: I have three huskies at home. Taking care of them requires a lot of attention, energy, and patience. (Heavy on the patience LOL) My boyfriend also has a boxer, so I have plenty of experience walking, feeding, and playing with large energetic dogs. I am always looking to walk, house sit, or just have a playdate with your fur baby! I am always willing to anything to provide a great life for our babies. Whether that is a walk, playing, or giving them their favorite treats! I keep safety and care for our babies by simply following the rules! If specific rules or instructions are placed ( ex: certain ways to feed your dog or cat) the. I follow them to a tee. Before letting dogs out I always look to see if there are any wild animals before letting them out. (One of my huskies brought me an opossum. Was not fun🙈) Small actions like these provide safety and protection for our fur babies.

About: I've been taking care of animals since 12! from cats to goats! I've taken care of many different animals and love every animal as my own! I believe our animals are our children and deserve the utmost care! I am available Mon-Fri from sunrise till sunset! I am a college student, but am completely online, so I am very flexible with any schedules! I allow them space to get used to a new person and environment and provide a calm space where they can explore at their own pace. I will give them all the attention and care they need!

About: I’ve owned 3 dogs throughout my life and they have taught me that I am an absolute lover of all dogs. I’ve had a German Shepherd/Pit Bull mix, a Boxer, and a Shih Tzu. I am comfortable with ALL dog sizes. Last summer I had the privilege of being able to job shadow my dogs vet at her All Pets Animal Hospital which was a very interesting and unique experience. Since starting college, I have started volunteering with an animal shelter to walk and take care of dogs, giving me experiences with young dogs and old, hyper and anxious etc. I am currently an intern at an animal shelter for the summer. I assist the vet techs with tasks such as giving dogs and cats their medicine, give vaccines, prep them for surgery, etc. As of now, I do work a summer job along with my internship but it does allow time for pet sitting. As my job isn’t full time and my internship is only a few days a week. Being able to fill in the extra time taking care of dogs and cats would keep me occupied until I return to school on the fall. I have had a few animals of my own over the years. I treat all dogs as if they were my own because I know I would want the same treatment if I had a pet sitter. They deserve love, respect and comfort. I will respect their boundaries while making sure they get everything they need plus some.
