About: I have worked as a vet assistant at an animal hospital for 3.5 years with plans to apply to the LSU vet school. I have also owned and cared for animals my whole life, including farm experience. I am currently working part time, so I don’t have many weekly hours. About: I grew up with a Yorkie and now care for him in his senior years with doggy dementia, which has taught me the importance of patience, gentle routines, and creating a calm, comforting environment. Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays I get out of class for 11 and am free for the rest of the day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little tougher for me due to my classes being scattered throughout the day. I enjoy taking them on walks, giving them baths, playing with them, cuddling with them, feeding and taking them out, and just having an emotional support animal around me!

About: As someone who has worked with a variety of domesticated felines, I’ve learned that the last thing a cat wants is a sitter. Lol. Most just want someone who can scoop their box and open their can of food. I’m a professional in that area. I’m also good at reading kitty behavioral cues. I can usually tell if a feline is going to be my friend or not. I know when to give them their space. I’ve watched kitties who are social and some that are shy. I’m pretty good with a laser and always enjoy playing with or sitting with a sweet cat or cats. I can also prepare special diets and give insulin shots. The Kitties always train me well!

About: We live in a 2nd-floor apartment that has 12 stairs leading up to it. I have had dogs in the home since the age of 2 and been a primary caregiver for my last 3 family dogs. Dogs can be crated if needed over night or while we are away. Our dog Lincoln does not use a crate, however, so it is not necessary if your dog doesn’t usually use one either.

About: I have worked at a part-time doggy daycare and boarding facility for over a year now, gaining tons of experience with all kinds of different pups- low energy/high energy- super outgoing/anxious and much more since every fur baby is different from the next. I have taken many animal related college courses that have helped me gain much knowledge about dogs which is just as important as the hands on experience. I also have shadowed veterinarians at animal hospital clinics that’s going towards my vet assistant certification. And last but not least I have had pups of my own, 2 great danes growing up and now my own shelter pup😊. About: I've cared for dogs my entire life because I was raised around them. More specifically, I had the experience of caring for a German Shepherd puppy for a year. I'm more than confident in my ability to care for your pup! I'm a part-time worker with a very flexible schedule. I'm available during mornings and evenings but completely available during the weekend. However, I'm always willing to work around your schedule. I have a friendly Siberian Husky I care for on my own. He is crate-trained but he is well-behaved enough to roam freely in my space. I take him on walks twice a day on the trail around my apartment complex. My Husky has been raised around all kinds of dogs and is very adaptable to strangers.

As I am a small person, I cannot walk untrained giant breed dogs unfortunately, but I can more than happily dog sit and do drop in care! About: I’ve been a dog dad for 6+ years and have taken care of pets for neighbors, teachers, and friends for years, from walking and feeding to live-in care. About: I have worked as a vet assistant at an animal hospital for 3.5 years with plans to apply to the LSU vet school. I have also owned and cared for animals my whole life, including farm experience. I am currently working part time, so I don’t have many weekly hours. I also live with my fiancée who is part time as well in a two bedroom townhouse. I have an unfenced yard with plenty of grass and walking area. About: I grew up with a Yorkie and now care for him in his senior years with doggy dementia, which has taught me the importance of patience, gentle routines, and creating a calm, comforting environment. Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays I get out of class for 11 and am free for the rest of the day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are a little tougher for me due to my classes being scattered throughout the day.
