“Cameron was awesome, she handled my pups like a pro, left the house spotless, but mostly put our minds at ease while away and everyone was so happy when we got home. Definitely booking Cameron’s gain.”

“We could not have been happier with our experience with Samantha! Since we were going away for a long trip out of the country we were a little nervous, of course, but those nerves disappeared right away because of the communication and updates we received. I’m pretty sure our pets were spoiled rotten! Our dog even missed Samantha, and keeps going to “her room” to nap. Thank you so much.”

“Kaylee was such a delight! Shady looked so happy in all the photos she sent me, and she made sure he took all of his allergy meds the whole stay. She kept me informed and updated about him all weekend and I had peace of mind my whole vacation knowing my baby was well taken care of. I will definitely be calling her next time I go out of town!”

About: Hi! I’m Gracie. I am new to Baton Rouge and Rover, but I bring years of hands-on experience and a genuine love for every furry friend I meet. Your pet will be treated like family with me. I grew up surrounded by pets like cats, dogs, horses, chickens, and rabbits. Caring for them was, and still is a daily part of my life. From feeding and grooming to training, walking, and simply giving them love and attention, animals have always been a big part of my world. Because of that, I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I understand animal body language, I’m patient with shy or anxious pets, and I love connecting with each animal’s unique quirks. Whether your pet wants playtime, cuddles, exercise, or calm companionship, I’m here to make them feel safe and cared for. Pet care naturally fits into my daily routine because I’m already used to caring for animals every day. I plan my schedule around feeding, walks, playtime, and regular check-ins, so your pet will get consistent attention throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday potty breaks, or evening cuddle time, I make sure each pet gets the care, structure, and affection they need. I’m flexible with routines and can easily adjust to match your pet’s normal schedule. I care for pets with safety, routine, and comfort as my top priorities. I follow your pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible, keep a clean environment, and always supervise outdoor time. I can crate your dog if needed, and I’m attentive to each pet’s personality so they feel safe, calm, and at home.

“Chelsy was very communicative, was able to accommodate a extra night last minute and I had no worries while I was gone. I have 3 dogs, ages 7-14, with varying health issues and meds, Chelsy took care that all my instructions were followed. She had a extra challenge with it being NYE and one of my boys being terrified of loud noises (fireworks, storms, etc). Highly recommend and will use again!!!”
“Karli is definitely an animal lover! She took good care of our dogs and cats and even rescued a bird that my dog got ahold of in the backyard. She kept in touch and sent a lot of pictures and videos. We will hire her again!”

About: I have tons of free time and love activities! I love long walks and brain stimulation games for my pets! I have taken care of senior care dogs which can be very challenging sometimes with their lack of mobility. I like to wake up around 8am to have a morning walk with my pets and then feed and play with them until 10am. Then go to class from 10:30-12 and then take my pets outside for some play time or the park. Around 5 pm I like to have a long walk (1-2 hours). Then at 7pm I will feed the dogs. Around 8:30-9pm I will let the pets outside for the restroom and short walk before I get them ready to go to bed. I treat every pet like they are my own. I absolutely love playing and walking with dogs since I have two of my own! All of my pets have a set routine that I take pride in and spoil them individually!

About: I am a third-year veterinary student studying at Louisiana State University pursuing a career in small animal (dogs and cats) veterinary medicine. I have been pet sitting for other families since I was 16, and have previous experience on the Wag app for dog walking in New Orleans while attending Tulane for my undergraduate degree. Over the last 2.5 years, I have done both overnight and drop-in pet sitting for cats and dogs in Baton Rouge, while in school, and in Baltimore while on school breaks. I have cared for animals my entire life, and I grew up in Baltimore, MD helping care for my family's dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, a bearded dragon and chickens, so I am truly comfortable caring for animals of all kinds! Being a veterinary student and previously a veterinary technician for over two years before starting vet school sets me apart to care for your pets. I know what signs to look for if your pet starts to not feel well, how to administer oral and injectable medications, and am comfortable working with animals of all ages and temperaments. *Located in Baltimore until 1/24/26, then Baton Rouge after* My schedule varies and depends on which clinical rotation I am currently working on in school. Some rotations I have more availability than others, but majority of the time I am available 3x a day and for overnights. I am happy to spend as much time with your pet as you would like me to depending on what my schedule allows for! I know the importance of maintaining mental stimulation in our pets for their happiness, so I make sure to always designate some time for play and pets.
“It was so wonderful having Kristen stay with Lucy for the weekend for us. She’s our new puppy and we were nervous, but Kristen kept us updated with messages and pictures the whole time! She continued training as we were and helped with her own experience as well. We are so grateful to have had her stay with Lucy while we were away! Looking forward to another stay!”

There truly aren’t enough good words to describe Cameron. She is incredibly reliable, calming, and trustworthy—and she stepped in at the last moment to completely save the day. Knowing our dogs were in such capable, caring hands put our minds totally at ease. We’re beyond grateful.

Allison was amazing. She watched our dog and 2 cats while we were away, and house sat for us. The girls were well taken care of, and the communication was exactly what we would expect. She sent us nightly updates and pictures of the crew getting treats, lovings, and cuddles. I would recommend Allison for any job as she takes pride in her work, and we never felt like our girls were not being taken care of. Thank you, Allison, for everything that you did to make my wife and I comfortable and Ollie, Tillie, and Maisie feel special. Your love for animals, shines!!
