I grew up with 2 samoyeds so have done a lot of brushing and walking dogs. The long hair doesn’t scare me away :) For the last 5 years I’ve taken care of my family’s and friend’s dogs while they’ve been on vacation. They’ve been very pleased with the care I give them and how communicative I am. I would love to treat your dog like my family while you are off on vacation!

Megan has cared for my collection of pets (two dogs, three cats, a dozen chickens, and a horse) several times for me, and each time she has been communicative and thorough. Megan follows instructions closely and provides me with consistent updates while I’m away from my pets. When I return home, my dogs are tired and don’t seem to be stressed. Megan cared for our aging Labrador for several months while we were out of town. She was responsible for all aspects of his care. Megan showered our dog with affection and attention and was extremely responsible. I should also mention that she was house sitting for us during this time and took great care of our home as well. I highly recommend Megan for any pet sitting needs.
I’ve always believed that animals, particularly dogs and cats, are great judges of character. That being said, animals gravitate toward Megan in an almost ethereal way. Putting my animals in her care left me with no doubt that they would receive excellent care likely above and beyond what I would have done! She is serious but fun and always communicates to keep you “in the loop.” She is a professional in the best of ways. Any animal that is privileged to be cared for by Megan is lucky indeed!

Schedule
My schedule is currently very flexible. I am available for drop-ins throughout the day and evening as well as in-home care. I can always fit your furry friend into my schedule :)
