I work full time, so I’m available evenings, nights, and weekends. I can house sit certain nights, can do drop ins any day of the week. I have worked with a variety of species. About: I have over a year of experience in animal daycare and/or kennel settings, and can quickly assess a pet's body language and accomodate for discomfort or unique needs. I have a part time job Monday through Wednesday, but I can make myself available with enough planning ahead, and usually have afternoons and evenings free. I need at least two day's notice for weekends. I follow client's intructions to the letter when caring for pets at their home. When needed (e.g. for brachycephalic dogs) I will ask for a safe harness or collar option to avoid restricted breathing.

About: I’ve had a dog in the house since I was 5 years old. I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years as a boarder before I permanently moved to Baton Rouge. I go to LSU and major in animal science. I have medicated and taken care of anxious/aggressive dogs. I am patient, gentle, and I take account that each pet is a family member to each owner. I am currently enrolled at LSU majoring in Animal science. I have wanted to foster or get a pet of my own since moving here but I have not been able to, so I decided to make my side hustle helping others with the things I love to do. I am available on weekdays and most weekends. Just message me ahead of time for weekends! I am easygoing and easy to communicate with. I have a fenced little yard and I enjoy walking around my gated neighborhood, so I will do so with your pet. I follow instructions well, I am aware each pet is different and have their own personality. I’m slow and a quick learner, since I have handled hundreds different dogs for a handful of years. If I am ever confused on an instruction my first instinct is to contact you to make sure and not just “assume”.
