About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds since I can remember. I grew up with at least 3-4 dogs in my household at all times, volunteered at the local animal shelter to help take care of the overflow of dogs, fostered a litter of puppies, and of course the occasional dog sitting for a neighbor or family friend. About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, but I really gained hands on experience once I started college. I’m an Agricultural Science major on the pre-vet track at Southern University A&M College, so I’m around small animals and livestock almost every day. Lauren really loves animals and it’s obvious! She took great care of our older dog and 2 cats. She also drove over an hour to get to my house to meet them and then a few days later to watch them overnight! My reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I said many times before booking that I needed someone to be there at all times (it was just a 1 night booking) and she assured me she’d be there the whole time. Sadly, she ended up being gone for 4ish hours. She did communicate that she was leaving, but I did not know it would end up being 4 hours.
