About: Experienced pet sitter. Experience with reactive dogs. Happy to give your dog extra care and attention. Fenced in front and back yard. Must be okay with another friendly dog in the home. I typically do a morning walk after breakfast, and a nighttime walk after dinner. If a dog is staying with me, I usually avoid middle of the day walks as the pavement outside can get hot on warmer days. However I do have a fenced in yard and a deck, which is cooler in the middle of the day if they would like to explore. I have a fenced in yard, and a metal crate is your dog is used to crate training. I have a 5 year old lab/ Shepard mix who loves to play, but could also keep him separated if requested. I have plenty of toys but you are also welcome to bring any toys with you, put they may get lost under our deck! Dogs are welcome on the furniture and just about anywhere as long as they are properly trained not to potty on furniture!

About: I love animals. I’m compassionate, caring, dependable, honest and sincere. I’ve been around dogs all of my life. I’m a mom of two boys, a caregiver and I also have two dogs of my own. Before starting a family, I volunteered at local animal shelters and worked at the Marin Humane Society for almost a year as an animal care technician. I no longer have two small dogs of my own, a Jack Russel/chihuahua mix and a shitzu/maltese/bichon mix +, one passed away in October and the other in January of this year from old age. I currently work at Township Animal Hospital as a Vet Assistant and have experience with animal handling and giving medications. He is a German shepherd and unfortunately because of my apartment, he has to stay with another family member so I don’t get to see him too often. I have cared for dogs with special needs, such as epilepsy, senior dogs and puppies. I have done basic dog training courses with my 30 lb tripod dog and volunteered walking dogs at my local shelter. I will treat your furry family member with love and care! I work remotely from 8-4:30 pm most weekdays, so I’m available to provide attention and fun for your pet most of the day. I usually go to the office on Mondays and Thursdays, but I may be able to accommodate if your pet cannot be alone for 8 hours. I am an active person and would love to take your dog to the park or beach or for walks on trails, if they do well in those settings. If your dog is lower energy, I can match that energy too! I am excellent at following directions and will follow your pets normal schedule. I am observant and will pay attention to your pet’s well-being. I am happy to take your dog for multiple walks a day and accommodate special food or medication schedules. I am a respectful, clean, non-smoker, in my 30s. About: I have been around animals all my life, particularly big dogs. My family has always had big dogs (Bernese Mountain dogs and labradors), but I share the love with all sizes! Helping train our family dogs has also given me confidence not only in handling animals, but also the knowledge to ensure safe engagement with them and others.
