About: I am a devoted animal person. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and am experienced with puppies as well as senior dogs. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available for dog walking weekdays and some weekends. Open to special requests and needs. My home has a large doggie door which opens to large fenced in yard. About: I’ve always loved cats and dogs I could never pick a side. I had a Chihuahua growing up and currently have a cat called Bonbon. So I know how to take care of both dogs and cats. I understand cats enjoy their space while dogs don’t understand that word. Which I don’t mind at all. :) I am currently going to school right now so I have a lot of time in between my days to take care of your pet(s) wether it’s stopping be for their meal time or taking them on a walk I am happy to do so. I have classes currently Mondays and Wednesdays so my availability might be little more tight but will still be available. I know how to keep pets safe such as know in what dogs and cats should refrain from eating and can make sure that your pet is always safe and knows they are being cared for while you are away.

But when Merrill looked after him, he seemed to trust her and got along with her very well. About: I’ve always had dogs and I have yet to met me a dog that didn’t like me. My friends started to notice when I’d come over to their houses, that I’d pay more attention to their dogs, than I would to my friends. If their dog didn’t get a walk that day, I’d offered to take them by myself. I’d always give them extra affection. I would even teach them new tricks. Recently, I’ve had to put my two old dogs down. So I’m now available to spend night away from home. Knowing how much I missed having a dog to love and care for, my friends started asking me to watch their dogs. They trusted wouldn’t just take him out to go to the bathroom, but I would actually care for them and give their dogs the same affection I’d give my own. I work Friday and Saturday 9am-4pm other than that my schedule is wide open. Days I work I let dogs out before and come straight home after work to relieve and take for a walk. I’m available for sleep over or just to get your dog out of the house for a nice long walk. Dogs are just like having kids. They need just as much care and attention. Your home is your comfort zone. I respect people property and when you return home, it will be as if you never left.

About: My name is Nicole. I have been an animal lover since I was old enough to know what animals were. Between catching potato bugs, feeding the spiders in my windowsills, and moving worms off of sidewalks, I’ve always had a particular connection with the animals that most people don’t understand. As soon as I was old enough, I marched off to the Sonoma County Animal Services to volunteer. From there, it was love at first bark. When I turned 18, I immediately went to animal care as my first real job and was lucky enough to work at Rohnert Park Animal Services for several years. I opened my home to many different rescue critters including snakes, tortoises, rats, lizards, and birds. I rescued my first dog and she is still my best friend to this day 10 years later! Over the years, I was blessed to foster many different exotic animals and worked with the Sacramento SPCA through the pandemic. Shortly after, I made a huge cross-country move and ended up in Louisiana working with all kinds of critters at Northshore Humane Society. From there, I ended up back in my hometown of Sonoma County. Throughout all of these changes, the one variable that never changed was my love for animals and passion for making sure they were safe. Through my 8+ years of shelter experience I have worked with the most feral of feral cats, wildlife brought in shoeboxes, all sizes and shapes of dogs, and so much more. I have met and befriended many pets that were reluctant to be befriended and worked with virtually every breed of cat and dog on the planet. I am fear-free certified and have extensive experience with medication management, basic first-aid, canine CPR, and basic training for both dogs and cats. I am experienced with walking large breeds including reactive dogs and can handle heavy pullers (I have TWO huskies!). I have also volunteered with the Bird Rescue Center of Sonoma County and have a special skillset with exotic animals. My two personal rescue dogs are half husky and bully breed which are two of the most misunderstood dog breeds, so there will be no breed discrimination from me. My favorite furry friends are often shy, tricky to befriend, or nervous. Making a scared baby comfortable means the world to me and I love the challenge. As stated above, I also have extensive experience caring for exotic pets including rats, mice, birds, snakes, tortoises, turtles, fish, lizards, invertebrates, and spiders. I am perfectly comfortable with your exotic pet’s diet and am familiar with feeding snakes and other reptiles frozen-thawed rodents. The only animals I won’t consider petsitting for are species that are illegal to own or venomous. If I had to summarize my truest passion, it would be making sure that every single animal feels safe and comfortable. Even if they’re not perfect, they all deserve kindness and patience. We don’t expect perfection from humans, but we so frequently expect it of animals. I will treat your furry family member with love and care! I work remotely from 8-4:30 pm most weekdays, so I’m available to provide attention and fun for your pet most of the day. About: I have been raised with dogs my entire life. Before I was born there were large dogs in the house which I grew up alongside. As I grew the number of pets in the house increased to include exotic animals like reptiles and farm animals. From 9 years old I was individually responsible for the care of a flying squirrelly who lived a happy life until she aged. About: Fully vaccinated even have a booster shot and work at Paradise Pet Resort as a Dog Play supervisor. Have been petsitting since I was a kid and have volunteered many times at Sonoma County Animal Shelter and even worked at Sonoma Humane Society. Currently have a beagle and 2 cats. Through petsitting and volunteering I also learned to give meds including insulin and learned to care for all different size dogs and cats from small to large. My favorite part is getting to know your pets and spending time with them. I have experience with dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, fish and even small mammals such as hamsters and guinea pigs. Even have watched some chickens before. Have an AA in Natural Science and working towards another AA in Natural resources then I get into internships from there. Work at a pet resort. Typically take care of them In the morning and try to come somewhere in the middle of the day to check on them and feed them at night. I check in on them 2-3 times a day and if needed I can stay with them at night. Will walk them at least 30 mins or more 2x a day unless asked other wise cats I will try to spend time with them unless they don’t come won’t chase them. Will clean up after them make sure they have necessities and play with them.
