About: I've been taking care of cats, dogs, and koi since I was a kid. I am very knowledgeable about giving animals medication, walks, affection, playtime, and wet/dry food. I have always had love and compassion for all animals big or small. Whether it's an injured animal stuck in the middle of the road or a dog without it's owner, I always try my best to care for animals even if they aren't mine. I am available for daily drop-ins and overnights. I am always happy to discuss your specific needs and to make accommodations in accordance to your schedule. I always ensure my pets and the animals I care for get fresh food and water on a regular schedule. I regularly clean after my pets whether it's the litterbox or the backyard. Even when accidents happen I always make sure to keep their environment safe and clean. When it comes to exercise and play, walking my dog is no sweat and playing with my cats is always fun even for me. Finally, there is no shortage of affection when it comes to me. I love giving animals pets or gentle scritches. I can also read an animals body language when it comes to wanting space as well.

About: I am a devoted animal person. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and am experienced with puppies as well as senior dogs. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available for dog walking weekdays and some weekends. Open to special requests and needs. My home has a large doggie door which opens to large fenced in yard. Dogs come in and out as they please. Lots of play toys and special attention.

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, my mom would baby sit neighbor’s dog all throughout my childhood, so I learned how to care for them from an early age. I’ve had an xl yellow lab for 8 years named Hiro. He is my whole world. I am especially skilled in taking care of large and xl dogs. Big dogs do not phase me, in fact I love them! I am a college student, but I have a ton of free time. I am free almost every weekend and most week days. My time is very flexible. I feel the best way to care for animals is to show them tons of love and attention. With my dog I usually walk him twice a day and make sure he gets a lot of time outside. I am very accustomed to the lifestyle of a high energy dog.

“Josephine dog/housesat for us while we were out of the country for two weeks and was absolutely wonderful! We truly could not have asked for more. She was very quick to communicate, checked in with us daily with pictures and videos, gave our sweet girl lots of walks and attention, and was able to keep up perfectly with her tricky medication schedule. It is very challenging for us to leave our medically complicated pup, but Josephine’s care made it possible and stress free! She left our home very tidy and even went above and beyond changing our sheets, vacuuming our dog hair couch, and harvesting our fruit tree! Very highly recommend Josephine and are looking forward to working with her again!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have fostered and cared for dozens of senior dogs at Muttville in SF. I also just said goodbye toy wonderful foster fail 2 Chainz who crossed the rainbow bridge in November. I live close to a lovely park with a great community of dog walkers. I have experience with puppies, elderly dogs (17 years) and pit bulls. I work from home so all dogs get constant attention! I prioritize time outside and walks. I love making dogs feel as safe and comfortable adjusting to a new schedule and location! I have a pretty standard feeding and walk schedule. I've fostered quite a bit and have lots of experience helping dogs feel welcome, calm, loved and safe in their new surroundings.

We initially reached out to Lauren to see if she could watch our sweet old girl (19 y.o. dog); she responded within 15 minutes confirming that she was available. A few days before, Lauren stopped by our apartment to receive our key and meet our pup. She brought a notebook to write down all instructions / important notes. Her demeaning was soft and positive, and already we knew she was a great fit. On the day of our leave, Lauren was in regular correspondence about her timing and about activities with our girl. She took a few picture updates. Everything went very smooth. She clearly had no problem watching our elderly dog. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to watch your loved one fur pup, elderly or otherwise.”

About: I have pet sit several dogs at a time and have experience with senior dogs. These senior dogs have needed both liquid and pill medication which I have familiarized myself with providing. I currently am working remote and can complete work from anywhere under a flexible schedule. If hired pet care would be my number one responsibility. “Christopher is a true dog lover and I feel fortunate to have found him to take care of my pack whenever I’m not around. I have a lot of attendant anxiety when trying to pair my dogs with a suitable sitter- for no other reason than that they need a lot of exercise and ask for a lot of attention. Christopher alleviated every ounce of attendant stress experienced by leaving my dogs in someone’s care. He took my dogs on outings, updated me with charming photos and was completely unflappable when it came to managing two high energy and young labs along with a corgi who needs to herd everyone to feel fulfilled. On top of all of this, Christopher took excellent care of my home- maybe even leaving it cleaner than I did for him. 5 stars for Christopher, absolutely!”
