About: I've been taking care of cats, dogs, and koi since I was a kid. I am very knowledgeable about giving animals medication, walks, affection, playtime, and wet/dry food. I have always had love and compassion for all animals big or small. Whether it's an injured animal stuck in the middle of the road or a dog without it's owner, I always try my best to care for animals even if they aren't mine. I am available for daily drop-ins and overnights. I am always happy to discuss your specific needs and to make accommodations in accordance to your schedule. I always ensure my pets and the animals I care for get fresh food and water on a regular schedule. I regularly clean after my pets whether it's the litterbox or the backyard. Even when accidents happen I always make sure to keep their environment safe and clean. When it comes to exercise and play, walking my dog is no sweat and playing with my cats is always fun even for me. Finally, there is no shortage of affection when it comes to me. I love giving animals pets or gentle scritches. I can also read an animals body language when it comes to wanting space as well.

About: I love animals. I’m compassionate, caring, dependable, honest and sincere. I’ve been around dogs all of my life. I’m a mom of two boys, a caregiver and I also have two dogs of my own. Before starting a family, I volunteered at local animal shelters and worked at the Marin Humane Society for almost a year as an animal care technician. Also, my older son is studying to become a vet tech and has a lot of personal experience with dogs and cats himself.I believe that pets are an integral part of the family and should be treated as such. I no longer have two small dogs of my own, a Jack Russel/chihuahua mix and a shitzu/maltese/bichon mix +, one passed away in October and the other in January of this year from old age. “Christopher is a true dog lover and I feel fortunate to have found him to take care of my pack whenever I’m not around. I have a lot of attendant anxiety when trying to pair my dogs with a suitable sitter- for no other reason than that they need a lot of exercise and ask for a lot of attention. Christopher alleviated every ounce of attendant stress experienced by leaving my dogs in someone’s care. He took my dogs on outings, updated me with charming photos and was completely unflappable when it came to managing two high energy and young labs along with a corgi who needs to herd everyone to feel fulfilled. On top of all of this, Christopher took excellent care of my home- maybe even leaving it cleaner than I did for him. 5 stars for Christopher, absolutely!”

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, my mom would baby sit neighbor’s dog all throughout my childhood, so I learned how to care for them from an early age. I’ve had an xl yellow lab for 8 years named Hiro. He is my whole world. I am especially skilled in taking care of large and xl dogs. Big dogs do not phase me, in fact I love them! I am a college student, but I have a ton of free time. I am free almost every weekend and most week days. My time is very flexible. I feel the best way to care for animals is to show them tons of love and attention. With my dog I usually walk him twice a day and make sure he gets a lot of time outside. I am very accustomed to the lifestyle of a high energy dog.

She was very quick to communicate, checked in with us daily with pictures and videos, gave our sweet girl lots of walks and attention, and was able to keep up perfectly with her tricky medication schedule. It is very challenging for us to leave our medically complicated pup, but Josephine’s care made it possible and stress free! She left our home very tidy and even went above and beyond changing our sheets, vacuuming our dog hair couch, and harvesting our fruit tree! Very highly recommend Josephine and are looking forward to working with her again!”

About: I have been providing dedicated pet‑sitting services for over 20 years, drawing on the experience of a 25‑year veterinary career during which I’ve owned and cared for many cats and dogs. Animals have always been at the center of my life. We recently said goodbye to our beloved 18‑year‑old kitty in August, and we currently share our home with a sweet 15‑year‑old cat and a lively 5‑year‑old rescue dog who keeps us smiling. I currently work full time Thursday through Monday starting around noon and off around 9. My schedule does fluctuate a bit based on the needs of my work I don't accept pet sitting at my house as I don't feel that is fair to my pets. I care for pet sitting jobs in their home, where I feel they are most comfortable. They are already without their family so it feels most natural for them to be in their home.

About: I’m the lady who crosses the street to ask if I can pet your dog. I love all dogs, but big dogs have my heart. I confess, I’m also the lady that will remember your dog’s name, age and origins, but perhaps not always your name. Although I have the confidence and experience to befriend your big dogs, that shouldn’t suggest that I don’t love our smaller friends, as well. Big and small, I love them all❣️ I’ve been responsible for animals most of my life. Chiefly, I’ve had the privilege to care and own big dogs. Growing up, we had a Sheppard-Mastiff mix, and that’s when my love for big dogs began. In our house, we had a macaw, cockatoo, kākāriki, ring-necked parakeet, and a cockatiel, tropical/ saltwater fish, dogs, and cats. I continue to be a proud breed ambassador and have owned 4 Rottweilers over the years. I’ve been gainfully employed as a civil servant for 25 years. After my last Rottweiler passed away, I wanted to care for a dog again, but haven’t adopted quite yet. I enjoy hiking, outdoor activities, walking and traveling, and of course dogs! I’ve had the privilege to care for our misunderstood and sometimes reactive dog friends, as well. All dogs deserve love. I helped welp Belgian Malinois puppies and ensure they found loving, deserving homes. I joke that, “If the choice was between world peace or puppies, I would choose puppies.” I can’t wait to meet your doggie! Since I’m a civil servant, my schedule is consistent. I have free nights and 3-day weekends. I enjoy a lot of free time that I would like to fulfill with dogs. I have a secured, fenced yard. I can also kennel your pets as well. My responsibility to you is ensuring your family member is secure in my charge.

I also have taken care of my cousins huge bear of a dog and her black lab who only has 3 legs!
