“My dog Mia has stayed with Mahrya for 7 days over the past month and it was a very positive experience for her. Mia is 6 months old and very shy around people and animals but she quickly warmed up to Mahrya and her dog. She got very excited for the morning drop-off which was a great relief to me. I will continue to use Mahrya's services and I highly recommend her.”
11. Courtney B.
“Courtney was super easy to communicate with and I had A LOT of unusual and last minute extenuating circumstances. She was super patient while I navigated the Rover site and changes due to dog surgery, mom Surgery, COVID, you name it. Did I mention how happy Hudson was after his trial run with Courtney and Dustin? I am really relieved to have finally found a great place where I will be totally confident that Hudson will have as much fun on vacation as I will this summer :-)”

About: I have had dogs since the age of 5. In the time since I have had 3 of my own rescue dogs whom I've trained, and one puppy I'm currently training. I also have experience with special needs/special diets. I have dogs ranging from their late teens to a puppy and multiple on medications that are time sensitive. I'm currently a college student with quite a bit of free time. My classes generally go for 2-4 hours at most on days I'm available. Weekends are almost always open for me. I live in a house with a fenced yard and a large school field right next to my neighborhood to go on walks. I am also familiar with crate trained dogs. If your dog has special circumstances, please ask and I will let you know if I am familiar or if it is something I can handle. I have had dogs for most of my life so I am very aware of needs and body language.
14. Karen J.
“Karen runs a professional doggy day care out of her home. If you're seeking a professional caregiver with a tidy environment, behavioral training, 1:1 attention, walks, and quiet companionship with 1-2 other dogs, then this is the place. This is not the place if you're seeking a rambunctious play group with big open spaces and lots of loud barky dogs having a free-for-all. Prior to our visit to Santa Rosa, Karen vetted us over the phone and provided clear instructions. Upon arrival, she greeted us outside and slowly introduced our 5 month old lab puppy to her environment and canine companions. An added bonus is Karen shared helpful puppy training tips beyond what we learned in puppy classes. There were improvements in our puppy's behavior over the course of a few days. We plan to return to Karen's K9 Doggy Day Care many times in the future.”
15. Terri O.
“Terri did such a great job with our pup while we were visiting Healdsburg and doing some wine tasting. They were at the dog park twice and he came home tired and happy!”
16. Nan T.
“I have not known a person so more in love with animals. She is amazing with all types of dogs. She is caring and has integrity. Your pet is in safe hands when Nan is watching them!”

20. Angelique H.
“Angelique has watched my senior dog on multiple occasions and has been so amazing! My dog is blind and diabetic and Angelique did such a good job giving him his shots and making sure he was safe and loved.
