She was very quick to communicate, checked in with us daily with pictures and videos, gave our sweet girl lots of walks and attention, and was able to keep up perfectly with her tricky medication schedule. It is very challenging for us to leave our medically complicated pup, but Josephine’s care made it possible and stress free! She left our home very tidy and even went above and beyond changing our sheets, vacuuming our dog hair couch, and harvesting our fruit tree! About: I have been providing dedicated pet‑sitting services for over 20 years, drawing on the experience of a 25‑year veterinary career during which I’ve owned and cared for many cats and dogs. Animals have always been at the center of my life. We recently said goodbye to our beloved 18‑year‑old kitty in August, and we currently share our home with a sweet 15‑year‑old cat and a lively 5‑year‑old rescue dog who keeps us smiling. I currently work full time Thursday through Monday starting around noon and off around 9. My schedule does fluctuate a bit based on the needs of my work I don't accept pet sitting at my house as I don't feel that is fair to my pets. I care for pet sitting jobs in their home, where I feel they are most comfortable. They are already without their family so it feels most natural for them to be in their home.

About: My 6 year old border collie is urinary incontinent. I am well versed with hygiene involving diapers and regular toileting as well as medication administration. She is a high energy breed but I also have experience with poodles/Australian Shepard/golden retrievers. I am completely open availability wise. Please try to schedule as far out as possible for overnight stays as I tend to make plans on the weekends. Animals are treated with respect like I would another person. I do not raise my voice or hit animals when frustrated. I treat my pets and others as equals

About: Working with animals brings great joy to my heart, feeling very intuitively attuned to their needs and wants. Also taking good care of the owner. Currently I have quite an open schedule to care, walk,sit or to board pets. 2-4 days a week I volunteer at a couple of animal sanctuaries with a flexible schedule depending on things. Pets would be given the utmost care and attention here at my home or at the owners. I am comfortable with pets on couch and even to snuggle in bed with me too. Your pet would be cared for as if it were my very own, with lots of love.

“Christopher is a true dog lover and I feel fortunate to have found him to take care of my pack whenever I’m not around. I have a lot of attendant anxiety when trying to pair my dogs with a suitable sitter- for no other reason than that they need a lot of exercise and ask for a lot of attention. Christopher alleviated every ounce of attendant stress experienced by leaving my dogs in someone’s care. He took my dogs on outings, updated me with charming photos and was completely unflappable when it came to managing two high energy and young labs along with a corgi who needs to herd everyone to feel fulfilled. On top of all of this, Christopher took excellent care of my home- maybe even leaving it cleaner than I did for him. 5 stars for Christopher, absolutely!”

About: I’ve been taking care of my families puppy and my own kitten for about 2 years now ! Ive taken care of other peoples dogs in the past as well! I’m efficient and competent. Im currently a college student, so I spend most of my time at home and just in general I’m a home body. So, I have enough time to care and tend to pets and their needs. I’m very attentive to my own cat and families dog. They both have feeding schedules and are potty trained. I’ve taken my time to make them good pets. I’ve showed the same amount of attention and affection to other peoples pets as well.

“Sarah is absolutely amazing! We have three dogs, one with orthopedic issues, one that is quite exuberant, and one that is nervous around new people. Sarah was patient with our introduction routine, and put our nervous dog at ease almost instantly. She was also great with coming to walk the dogs a few times, to make sure things continued to go smoothly, before staying with them while we were out of town. Our pack can be a handful, which often makes it hard to feel like we can leave them in someone else’s care, but we were never worried about Sarah! While we were gone, Sarah’s frequent updates were so wonderful and reassuring. We could see that the pups were really fond of her company, even Calvin gave her some of his much-coveted attention! She handled all the individualized instructions with ease, and was great about getting everyone out during breaks in the rainy weather. She was also so attentive, noticing that our dog Charlotte’s brace was rubbing, and giving us a heads up. We can’t wait to continue working with Sarah in the future. She’s a lifesaver!”

Animals are more comfortable at their own home I also have been trained as a dog walker at the Sonoma County Animal Shelter and worked at a dog kennel (now closed...Anderson Acres) I'm a personal trainer that teaches people on Zoom so I am at home most of the day.
