In the past, I have: - stayed in for 4th of July to soothe the nerves of a sensitive beagle - organized play dates for a very social terrier and her friends - fed medicine with a syringe to a rat who was feeling under the weather - rushed a spirited corgi to the vet after eating a toy caused him serious gastrointestinal distress - rubbed anti-fungal foam on the foot of an aging pit bull (then gave her plenty of scritches, because that must be stressful!) I'm a part-time student at the junior college, so I'll only need to be away for a few hours at most. Homework can always wait if there's a ball that must be played with! Dealing with trips can be taxing for everyone, so I’m committed to making sure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re out. That means keeping up their routine, playing with them, and giving them hours of cuddle time every day (if that’s what they like). To put your mind at ease, I can also provide daily check-in photos.
About: Since I was a child I have taken care of the family dog. They are like family to me. I have worked at a dog spa since May of 2025 so that I have experience on handling dogs. I can bathe your dogs and brush them but not groom them. I love animals like family. I also take care of my sister’s golden retriever when she’s away on trips. I work Tuesdays-Saturdays from 10am-6:15pm so on my work days I can house sit your pets, take them for walks and take care of them after work and my days off I’m available anytime. I have a cat at home who is spoiled. Every day she gets groomed, loved and cuddled with. She couldn’t be more happier. I even have a filtered water fountain for my car to drink out of I clean every two weeks. I enjoy cleaning her food bowl every morning and give her dental treats to make her gums and teeth healthy. When it comes to clients pets I’d do the same as if they were my own pet very loved and spoiled. When I had my family dog she was very loved and spoiled as well. Every day do walk her, brush her, feed her and cuddle with her making the happiest dog she can be. All animals I treat equally.
About: I have loved animals like family as long as I can remember. And feel I have a special connection with them and them with me because of my calm and centered energy. Animals communicate and respond through peoples energy and I feel its how they know to feel safe. I care for dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, lizards etc. And am happy to answer any questions on all. I work for myself so I have a flexible schedule and can usually accommodate most schedule needs of pet parents. I typically make morning and evening rounds and unless I am out of town I am available 7 days a week. I take pride in my attention to detail and upon first introduction I try and get as much information as possible about a clients home and needs pertaining to their pets and what they are used to so that I can do my best to maintain that schedule and activity.
