“Lauren and her husband are the best!! My dog loves staying with them and is always so happy when we pick her up. My husband and I travel a lot for work so it’s really nice to know she is taken care of while we are away ❤️”

“I would highly recommend Crystal! She took great care of my dog while I was away. She sent pictures on a regular basis and was quick to respond. She took him to Petco and was sweet enough to send him home with a treat. Her dog Rosie was a great playmate too. 5 stars!”

“I recently enjoyed entrusting my pup with Krissy; she met all my expectations. I cannot recommend her enough for her exceptional care, attentiveness, and playful nature. From the moment I met her, I felt confident that my dog would be in excellent hands. One of the standout qualities of this sitter was her attentiveness. She genuinely cared about my dog's well-being and made sure to provide the utmost care at all times. She was incredibly observant and paid close attention to his needs, ensuring he was comfortable and happy throughout his stay. Communication played a vital role in my positive experience. She was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated regularly on my dog's activities, moods, and any notable changes. Whether through text messages, pictures, or videos, she made sure we felt connected to my dog even when I was away. This level of communication provided me with peace of mind and further reinforced my trust in her. She went above and beyond to understand his preferences, routines, and special requirements. She tailored her approach to accommodate his individual personality and made adjustments as needed. This level of adaptability truly sets her apart as an exceptional sitter. My experience with Krissy was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a sitter who will go above and beyond to provide exceptional care for your furry friend, I wholeheartedly recommend her.”
“Sarah was an awesome pup sitter for my two girls - 13 years old and 8mos. She is a great communicator and sent lots of pics so I knew my puppies were well taken care of while we were away. They seemed to have had a blast and I got to relax knowing that they were in good hands.”

About: I've cared for dogs for friends over the years, and it's always been a rewarding experience. I'm excited to spend my summer meeting new dogs and providing them with loving, dependable care. I grew up with dogs and have experience with puppies as well—we once took in a stray who turned out to be pregnant, so I got firsthand experience helping care for a litter. Being around dogs has always been a big part of my life, and I enjoy giving them the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. I have a pretty flexible schedule and I can work with whatever your schedule is as long as I have a heads up. I am off work all summer so I can plan around things! I can also take your dog to the groomers etc. I have a fully fenced yard where your dog can safely play, plus a nearby trail for walks and a green space just a couple of blocks away for even more outdoor time. I provide attentive, personalized care and genuinely enjoy spending time playing with dogs, taking them on walks, and making sure they feel comfortable and happy. I'm also happy to come to your home for walks or drop-in visits. Whether your pup has a specific routine, feeding schedule, medication needs, or favorite activities, I'll follow your instructions carefully to ensure they receive the same loving care they're used to. My goal is to make every dog feel safe, well cared for, and loved while you're away.

About: I will spoil your dog with attention and provide you with complete peace of mind. You can rest assured that your dog is safe and happy and getting the care you specify (such as health needs or special diet) and the love your dog wants (games, walks, toys, treats, hugs, and other canine amusements). My work is part-time, online, and at my own pace, so I can easily shift my attention to your dog's needs for walks and playtime. I have a small fenced yard with artificial grass, and there is a large park at the end of the street, two or three small parks in the neighborhood, and a 2-mile trail to downtown. “Melissa was so thoughtful and kind to both Daisy and I. It was our first time leaving Daisy since we adopted her. Melissa took the time to let us visit her home for a meet-and -greet and sniffs of her property a few days before Daisy’s stay. Melissa was so thoughtful and attentive to Daisy’s needs. I have no doubt that Daisy is in good hands with Melissa .”

“I was originally concerned about having to board my 4 month old pup. However, as soon as I met Marie at our Meet and Greet prior to his stay, I felt completely confident that this would be a good experience for him. Marie is extremely knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors, and he stayed in her home, so I knew he was in good hands. She also has a 4 month old pup of her own that got along great with my boy. It was a perfect match.”

I have experience with senior animals, big dogs, horses, chickens, pigs, cats, and more. I am currently attending the SRJC, but only have online classes as of now so my schedule is very open to fit your needs. I am very flexible on pay, please just let me know what you need from me and what you're able to pay, I will take pretty much any job. I have a large open yard that is fenced in the front, but has a small (very shallow; no risk of drowning) creek running along the back, providing a natural sort of fence with nothing but a field behind it. I have one dog that is very friendly and easygoing, as well as some cats around the property that sometimes come inside but don't care much for dogs.

“Marley was great. Our kitties came out to meet her the day she came for meet and greet prior to us hiring her. They are usually shier than that. This was a good sign immediately. She took good care of them and sent us pics on each visit. We recommend her and will hire her again, when needed.”

“Every time I book with Rachael, I know exactly what I’m looking forward to: my pets look forward to the adventures, and I look forward to the report cards. 🥹💛 Her updates and photos genuinely become the highlight of my day. They’re thoughtful, hilarious, and so detailed that I feel like I get to experience every little adventure alongside my animals. She has such a gift for capturing their personalities, and somehow every visit turns into a story I’ll be smiling about for days. Beyond taking incredible care of my pets, she always goes the extra mile for my home. Whether it’s tidying up, bringing in packages, resetting enrichment toys, noticing little maintenance issues, or making sure everything is ready for me when I get home, she consistently does more than I ever expect. The best part is knowing my animals are genuinely having fun while I’m away. They aren’t just being cared for—they’re being enriched, loved, and understood. We’re all so lucky to have Rachael!”

“Michael was fantastic. He gave us regular updates and went above and beyond with providing care to our cats. We would love to work with him again in the future.”

“It means a lot to me that Kyle and his wife were able to bond with my cats Scout and Moose so well. When I returned home after a 6 day trip my house was so clean and tidy and I really appreciated that. Scout and Moose were happy and healthy and that’s the most important . It shows that Kyle spent quality time. Kyle communicated regularly and sent the most excellent photos daily. I will certainly be in touch for future visits . 5 star”

About: I love animals of all kinds but I am a true cat person at heart! Dogs tend to love everyone, but cats are all such individuals with their own personalities and I absolutely love getting to know them and helping them feel comfortable and safe with me!

About: I have been providing dedicated pet‑sitting services for over 20 years, drawing on the experience of a 25‑year veterinary career during which I’ve owned and cared for many cats and dogs. Animals have always been at the center of my life. We recently said goodbye to our beloved 18‑year‑old kitty in August, and we currently share our home with a sweet 15‑year‑old cat and a lively 5‑year‑old rescue dog who keeps us smiling. I can administer oral medications as well as injectable and subcutaneous fluids. I also have many years experience in tube feeding via an endotracheal feeding tube.

“Ashley was *incredible*!! We were searching for a sitter last minute and Ashley was very flexible and open to helping us out. She offered to arrange a meet and greet before we went away and was right on time for it (which means a lot to me). My two cats are really shy and scare easily, but somehow she made our guy Cheddar super comfortable -- comfortable enough to sit next to her on the couch! That kind of update always brings a big smile to my face. Ashley took a TON of pictures of our two cats, even if it meant a picture of our one cat (Melba) hiding under the covers and the picture was just a lump on the bed! :-P We care very deeply about our cats, and I believe Ashley understands that. She will take care of your pets the way she would treat her own. She followed our directions perfectly and we came home to a tidy litter box and two happy cats! I'm so happy we've found someone like Ashley to watch our cats when we're away! Thanks Ashley.”

We look forward to bringing our dog to visit Jeanne anytime.”

“My pug LOVES spending time at Lauren and Ben’s house playing with all the dogs or just lounging on the floor. When we arrive, he tugs hard on his leash to get inside. It’s wonderful to know that when he’s away from home, he’s safe and happy in their care.”

“We booked Sheila last minute and she was able to accommodate care for Gabby. We booked a tour with Safari West which was less than 20 minutes from her house. When we got to her home, she greeted us and Gabby appeared to like Sheila right away, so much so that we called her “Aunty Sheila”. It made me feel at ease knowing that Gabby would be cared for by a stranger who felt like family. While we were away, Sheila sent us a photo of Gabby playing with a chew toy. Sheila’s home had everything Gabby needed (crate, toys, and a big fence yard. We would definitely use her again!”

Dogs I have taken care of are Yorkie, Chihuahuas, Westie, Shiba Inu mix, Labrador Retriever( hunting dog), Shih Tzus, Husky mix and more. My partner has taken care of a wide of variety dogs, cats, and other pets as well. Our love for dogs always want us to treat and care for them as best as possible. I currently have a Shih Tzu mix who I love like he is a family member and I hope I can bring that level of care to other dogs I have to care for. I have also taken care of senior dogs in the past. Taking care of people's dogs does not feel like a job to us, rather a joyful and fun experience for us both! I'm Pet First Aid/CPR certified through American Health Training. I understand the procedure on how to properly handle dogs from all sizes who are choking, poisoned, unresponsive, how to check vitals and perform CPR if necessary. The training gives me the best understanding and preparation on how to best handle a pet emergency. My wife is also knowledgeable of CPR/ Pet First Aid Care as I taught her what I learned from the course as we both find it really important to care not only for the pet's needs, but be best prepared for an pet emergency. Even with all the demands of life, we always give dogs under my care a lot of attention and have all their needs met! If I have to leave the house for whatever reason, my wife will give her attention to caring for the dogs as we love working as a team to care for our furry animals. If there are any dogs we care for that have separation anxiety issues, we can make sure to give that dog always has company! I live in a two story house with a small backyard that is fenced. I currently have a Shih Tzu mix who loves people and has gotten along well with other dogs in the same household. My dog is not one to try to make friends with other dogs as he does not like dogs coming up to him and in his space, but he can get along well with dogs of similar size or bigger dogs with time and has been in situations where he got along fine with mulitple dogs in a house. My house is spacious so there is plenty of room for the dogs to move about. We have multiple rooms and a dog gate where they can be comfortable if difficulties come up with getting along. I currently live with my wife and two parents as all three are dog lovers who are highly experienced with pet care, so in case I need to leave the house for errands or other needs, my wife can provide attention to the pet if need be as the pet can always have supervision. I will be home very often so I can take out the dog frequently and I live close to a park that's great for walking, and our neighborhood is very safe and plenty of places for walking. The dogs will always have access to fresh and clean water in the house. I will be very attentive to the pet's needs and be very sure they are well taken care of and comfortable under my care😊.
“Nyah was patient with our younger pup who was a little scared at first, and Nyah was able to calm her down and all three went on a nice, long walk together! Will definitely call her again :)”

About: Animals have been a part of our family since before I could remember. As a little girl, my mother worked in the veterinary industry and humane society, so we always had fuzzy friends in and out of our home - and sometimes they became permanent residents of our home. Pets and humans have a unique relationship and I believe it's important to nurture the bond we share with them. I would love to provide a loving experience to your pet and give them the company they need while you are away. I have experience with medication administration and special dietary needs, an for those active dogs who enjoy the company of others, I am happy to take them to the beach or the local dog park. I am a student at the SRJC, and currently have an open schedule. My family has two cats and one dog, which I am very involved in caring for. Making sure their needs are met has always been a normal part of our daily lives. Caring for pets in your home also means making sure that their safety is a priority. I am always careful to make sure that your home is secure in the way that you like. I am cautious of possible environmental hazards for pets young and old, and those who are out and about are always secured on/in a leash, harness, or carrier. I am also able take your pet to the vet if the need ever arises.

I have whatever a dog needs but ideally, pets should arrive with their own favorite "furniture," toys, and treats.
“Marina took great car of our dog while we were in town on a vacation. She sent lots of photos, seemed to really care about our dog, and was easy to communicate with. Would book again if we were in town again!”

“Shelia took such great care of Leif with a last minute booking. She sent photos so I knew he was happy and cozy. She even took time to brush him and play with toys, and recommended senior supplements she used for her dogs. Looking forward to boarding with her again in the next couple weeks!”

“Had a really good experience with Patricia while we were in out of town. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and took great care of Bo while we were away. We appreciated the updates and knowing she was being looked after. It made traveling a lot less stressful, and we came home to a happy dog. Would definitely use her and her nice family again!”

“Katy provided a true at home experience and sent daily pictures of our Schnauzer cuddled up next to her lovely daughter. When we picked her up, Stella ran to members of Katie’s family as well as us. She was clearly comfortable with them. My husband was afraid she wouldn’t want to come home with us! We booked late on a holiday weekend and ended up rescheduling our pick up time to a couple hours later. Katie was totally accommodating. We had a perfect boarding experience! Thanks Katie and also to your lovely family. We hope to see you again soon!”

“Victoria was so great about sending pictures and keeping me posted on kiwis movements! We hope to see Victoria again and we are sorry that kiwi was barking at your neighbor upstairs!”
