We initially reached out to Lauren to see if she could watch our sweet old girl (19 y.o. dog); she responded within 15 minutes confirming that she was available. A few days before, Lauren stopped by our apartment to receive our key and meet our pup. She brought a notebook to write down all instructions / important notes. Her demeaning was soft and positive, and already we knew she was a great fit. On the day of our leave, Lauren was in regular correspondence about her timing and about activities with our girl. About: I love being around animals, especially dogs! Had dogs since I was 5 years old. My availabilities are flexible so feel free to always reach out. At the moment I am an unemployed college student so I have a lot of free time on my hands to watch your fur babies! “Lynnette is one of the best I've seen with animals. My dog Mavis is a retired service dog. She is temperamental and slow to warm to people. Lynnette is the first person I've seen Mavis interact with who could sit with and pet her, in the first 5 minutes. Mavis was so at home with Lynnette and tried to guard Lynnette when I arrived to bring her home. Lynnette played, walked, and relaxed with Mavis. She sent me updates, pictures, and videos of Mavis having a wonderful vacation. She has an enclosed yard that allows dogs to safely explore outside. I highly recommend Lynnette!”

About: I’ve been taking care of my families puppy and my own kitten for about 2 years now ! Ive taken care of other peoples dogs in the past as well! I’m efficient and competent. Im currently a college student, so I spend most of my time at home and just in general I’m a home body. So, I have enough time to care and tend to pets and their needs. I’m very attentive to my own cat and families dog. They both have feeding schedules and are potty trained. I’ve taken my time to make them good pets. I’ve showed the same amount of attention and affection to other peoples pets as well.

“Christopher is a true dog lover and I feel fortunate to have found him to take care of my pack whenever I’m not around. I have a lot of attendant anxiety when trying to pair my dogs with a suitable sitter- for no other reason than that they need a lot of exercise and ask for a lot of attention. Christopher alleviated every ounce of attendant stress experienced by leaving my dogs in someone’s care. He took my dogs on outings, updated me with charming photos and was completely unflappable when it came to managing two high energy and young labs along with a corgi who needs to herd everyone to feel fulfilled. On top of all of this, Christopher took excellent care of my home- maybe even leaving it cleaner than I did for him. 5 stars for Christopher, absolutely!”

About: I love animals. I’m compassionate, caring, dependable, honest and sincere. I’ve been around dogs all of my life. I’m a mom of two boys, a caregiver and I also have two dogs of my own. Before starting a family, I volunteered at local animal shelters and worked at the Marin Humane Society for almost a year as an animal care technician. Also, my older son is studying to become a vet tech and has a lot of personal experience with dogs and cats himself.I believe that pets are an integral part of the family and should be treated as such. I no longer have two small dogs of my own, a Jack Russel/chihuahua mix and a shitzu/maltese/bichon mix +, one passed away in October and the other in January of this year from old age. I treat each pet I care for as if they were my own. With love , compassion, patience and attention to detail and safety.

About: I am a devoted animal person. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and am experienced with puppies as well as senior dogs. I currently work remotely and have a flexible schedule. I am available for dog walking weekdays and some weekends. Open to special requests and needs. My home has a large doggie door which opens to large fenced in yard. Dogs come in and out as they please. Lots of play toys and special attention.

About: I’m wrapping up 35 years as a painting contractor and can’t quite retire without a little more income than social security. I’ve been thinking about what I want to do for an easy part time job and when I came across this I thought it would be perfect. I love dogs and I love to walk and hike. I’ve had dogs most of my life but when our last one passed away my wife balked at getting another. So here I am really wanting a dog and sorta stuck unless you let me spend time with yours.
