About: Hi there!👋🏼 My name is Paige, and I’m 24 years old with a passion for dogs! I’ve been working with dogs since I was 15 and I’ve done everything from working hands on in a boarding facility, to walking and training pups daily, to 3 years as a vet tech! I’ve had many great opportunities that have allowed to me house sit with pups, taking pups to and from appointments, spending the day with pups, and checking in on them throughout the day. I’ve helped neighbors, family, and friends with caring for their pets for years; feedings, walks, house sitting long term or just for the day, and much more. I’ve handled dogs at all sizes, from small chihuahuas to big great danes! I have experience in working with puppies and senior dogs, as well. I’d love to hear from you and get get to know your furry friends! I’m currently working full time, Monday through Friday as a dog walker & trainer. My availability starts at 5pm on weekdays, and on weekends, my availability is 8am-8pm. I always will make sure your pets safety comes first! If needed, I will make the safest decisions if having to leave them briefly unattended, and will always make sure there is no possibility for an unsafe environment. I’m very familiar with what products are or are not safe for your pets to be around & have gained experience and knowledge on how to properly handle any emergency situations that may occur. I have a very friendly, playful & respectful 3year old cattle-dog mix that hasn’t met a dog that hasn’t become her best buddy, with housesitting she is part of my requirement to be able to bring with me, but she is no threat, just a big cuddle bug!🐶 I’m currently working full time starting at 7:45am, and ending at 5pm in Santa Rosa. I do have a 2 year old cattle dog mix who will need to come with me for housesitting gigs. She gets along perfectly with every dog, and will not stay home alone with your furry companions, to ensure comfortability. My weekends are very flexible with accommodating for me to have time to walk with your pet, have play time, or just going to make sure your pet is doing good while you’re away for the day! I will always make sure your pup is well cared for! Your animals safety is my #1 priority. I’ll always make sure the surrounding environment is accommodating, pet friendly, and safe. When I have to step out of the house for any extended period of time, it’ll be my first priority to leave them in a safe environment.

“Lauren is honestly the best! I went out of town and she came by once a day to care for my cat Pepper for nine days! She went above and beyond taking pictures with her and playing with her and taking videos and sending them to me and giving me my daily check-ins, in addition to just the normal feeding and changing her litter box. Pepper loved her time with Lauren and I honestly think Pepper has been missing her since she is gone because she played with her so much. She is so mellow, so sweet, so friendly, so reliable and responsible, and I knew pepper was in the best of hands when I was a 6 hour plane ride away! I absolutely recommend her and will be using her again in the future for sure!”

About: I love all animals! I have experience with dogs, cats, cows, reptiles (mainly snakes), chickens, ducks, rodents (rats, mice, hamster), rabbits, sheep, goats, birds, etc! I love connecting with each animal in their unique ways, I truly believe we have a lot to learn from these compassionate beings. It's my pleasure to make them feel safe, loved, well fed and fully exercised! I don't have a lot of experience with very old animals but I'm willing to learn what their specific and special needs are. I have had older dogs in my life so I do have a basic grasp on their needs but everyone is unique! I mostly work remote from home with the occasional pop into the warehouse once or twice a week. My schedule can be pretty flexible for the most part! I'll gladly learn the typical schedule you have with your pet so that they feel their care is secure and stable. Time of feeding, length of walk, treats, etc. Just let me know and I'll do my best to make you both feel considered and cared for. I'm not currently doing doggy day care or boarding. Eventually I will offer that service again! I might be open to it on a case by case basis.

About: I've grown up taking care of both cats and dogs. I love animals and look forward to helping you care your your precious pets. In the past I have worked as a pet and house sitter for a couple families. I always enjoy any time spent with animals. I have flexible schedule making me available to care for your fur babies! I live in Guerneville, but frequently go to Sebastopol throughout the week. So mainly looking to work for ones in these areas. But open to adventuring in to further surrounding areas if its a good fit for us both! Currently I am not able to board pets in my home because I am renting. But I would be happy to stop by and spend time with your pets whenever is needed!

What sets me apart from other sitters is my extensive pet care experience combined with a deep commitment to each animal's well-being. Here are some key aspects of my approach: * I am respectful of not only the pet parents' time, energy, and boundaries but also the pet (after all, they are family) * I maintain a structured routine, ensuring that pets receive consistent care, feeding, and exercise. * I excel in time management, ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed efficiently and on schedule. * I am deeply compassionate and empathetic, treating every pet as if they were my own, which helps them feel safe and loved in my care. These qualities enable me to provide high-quality, attentive care that meets the unique needs of each pet I look after. Because it is summer, I am not enrolled in any classes and my days are spent enjoying the summer weather and occasionally hanging out with friends. This means that I am free every day of the week at any time. I will be transferring to a college in Southern California at the end of August, but up until that point, I am free. When I am pet sitting, whether it be an overnight stay or just coming over for potty breaks/walks, I make sure that I am respectful of the family home and make sure that it appears as if I was never there to begin with. Everything has its place within a client's home and it is not my place to move things or reorganize based on my standards. In my home, everything does have its place, even if it looks like chaos it is organized chaos. My cat is taken care of very well if his age is any indication, and I make sure that he is comfortable and feels safe within his home.

About: I have been around animals all my life, particularly big dogs. My family has always had big dogs (Bernese Mountain dogs and labradors), but I share the love with all sizes! Helping train our family dogs has also given me confidence not only in handling animals, but also the knowledge to ensure safe engagement with them and others. No animal is "problematic" they all just require (and deserve) specific attention and patience. I personally enjoy the company of animals, so it's a win-win if I get to hang out with your pet! I'm an active person and like to invite my furry friends along for fun too. I'll run with them to get out their zoomies, play fetch for hours, or go on nice long strolls along the neighborhood. I enjoy getting outside as much as the dog does, so this is a mutually beneficial experience! I work from home, typically schedule my own meetings, and have a flexible schedule! I enjoy getting out of my house to go on walks of my own, so its even better to have some furry company! I understand that life happens and sometimes we need extra support, even last minute. So I'm here to help out with all the things life throw our way. When interacting and engaging with animals, especially new ones, patience and slowness are my virtues. I understand animals and that you're doing your best for them. About: I love animals. I’m compassionate, caring, dependable, honest and sincere. I’ve been around dogs all of my life. I’m a mom of two boys, a caregiver and I also have two dogs of my own. Before starting a family, I volunteered at local animal shelters and worked at the Marin Humane Society for almost a year as an animal care technician. Also, my older son is studying to become a vet tech and has a lot of personal experience with dogs and cats himself.I believe that pets are an integral part of the family and should be treated as such. I work as a direct support professional for a group home for disabled women in Windsor. I have a split shift schedule, and have Fridays and Sundays off. I no longer have two small dogs of my own, a Jack Russel/chihuahua mix and a shitzu/maltese/bichon mix +, one passed away in October and the other in January of this year from old age. About: To start off, I grew up with dogs and cats— and am very good at reading body language. I have been cat and dog sitting since the age of twelve, and as of 1 year ago have over 200 hours of volunteering at Sonoma County Animal Services. There I walk, feed, play with, and clean dogs and cats of all kind. So I am very qualified and would love a chance to take care of your furry friends! I have flexible hours as my classes are coming to an end, I can discuss times that will work for me but overall am open to working out a set schedule!
