She went above and beyond taking pictures with her and playing with her and taking videos and sending them to me and giving me my daily check-ins, in addition to just the normal feeding and changing her litter box. Pepper loved her time with Lauren and I honestly think Pepper has been missing her since she is gone because she played with her so much. She is so mellow, so sweet, so friendly, so reliable and responsible, and I knew pepper was in the best of hands when I was a 6 hour plane ride away! About: I've grown up taking care of both cats and dogs. I love animals and look forward to helping you care your your precious pets. In the past I have worked as a pet and house sitter for a couple families. I always enjoy any time spent with animals. I have flexible schedule making me available to care for your fur babies! I live in Guerneville, but frequently go to Sebastopol throughout the week. So mainly looking to work for ones in these areas. But open to adventuring in to further surrounding areas if its a good fit for us both! Currently I am not able to board pets in my home because I am renting. But I would be happy to stop by and spend time with your pets whenever is needed!

About: I love all animals! I have experience with dogs, cats, cows, reptiles (mainly snakes), chickens, ducks, rodents (rats, mice, hamster), rabbits, sheep, goats, birds, etc! I love connecting with each animal in their unique ways, I truly believe we have a lot to learn from these compassionate beings. It's my pleasure to make them feel safe, loved, well fed and fully exercised! I don't have a lot of experience with very old animals but I'm willing to learn what their specific and special needs are. I have had older dogs in my life so I do have a basic grasp on their needs but everyone is unique! I mostly work remote from home with the occasional pop into the warehouse once or twice a week. My schedule can be pretty flexible for the most part! I'll gladly learn the typical schedule you have with your pet so that they feel their care is secure and stable. Time of feeding, length of walk, treats, etc. Just let me know and I'll do my best to make you both feel considered and cared for. I'm not currently doing doggy day care or boarding. Eventually I will offer that service again! I might be open to it on a case by case basis.

About: I have been around animals all my life, particularly big dogs. My family has always had big dogs (Bernese Mountain dogs and labradors), but I share the love with all sizes! Helping train our family dogs has also given me confidence not only in handling animals, but also the knowledge to ensure safe engagement with them and others. No animal is "problematic" they all just require (and deserve) specific attention and patience. I personally enjoy the company of animals, so it's a win-win if I get to hang out with your pet! I'm an active person and like to invite my furry friends along for fun too. I'll run with them to get out their zoomies, play fetch for hours, or go on nice long strolls along the neighborhood. I enjoy getting outside as much as the dog does, so this is a mutually beneficial experience! I work from home, typically schedule my own meetings, and have a flexible schedule! I enjoy getting out of my house to go on walks of my own, so its even better to have some furry company! I understand that life happens and sometimes we need extra support, even last minute. So I'm here to help out with all the things life throw our way. When interacting and engaging with animals, especially new ones, patience and slowness are my virtues. I have helped potty train, helped teach tricks, have extensive experience pet sitting for animals with various needs and abilities, have experience sitting for elder pets and pets who need medication, and I am dedicated to catering my care to fit with your pet's personality making our time together fun and engaging. I take a positive reinforcement approach to dog training and build trust with the pets I watch. I spend a lot of time outside exploring new locations each day and our time together often ends with your pet exhausted. I have done loads of house sitting and have wonderful references. If needed I can even watch your other pets, too. I am getting my master's degree right now allowing me to take your dog out on frequent walks. When sitting for dogs that are well behaved I tend to bring them with me everywhere I can, keeping them active and engaged. Taking care of your animals is my way of getting time with them during a time in my life when I cannot have them. I love all animals and promise to care for them with all the love I would impart to my own animals. I make sure to treat your house as if it were my own. This means keeping things clean and making sure that nothing is destroyed. If something does get broken (which is uncommon) you will always know and if it was my fault I will, of course, replace it. About: Animals have been a part of our family since before I could remember. As a little girl, my mother worked in the veterinary industry and humane society, so we always had fuzzy friends in and out of our home - and sometimes they became permanent residents of our home. Pets and humans have a unique relationship and I believe it's important to nurture the bond we share with them. I would love to provide a loving experience to your pet and give them the company they need while you are away. I have experience with medication administration and special dietary needs, an for those active dogs who enjoy the company of others, I am happy to take them to the beach or the local dog park. I am a student at the SRJC, and currently have an open schedule. My family has two cats and one dog, which I am very involved in caring for. Making sure their needs are met has always been a normal part of our daily lives. Caring for pets in your home also means making sure that their safety is a priority. I am always careful to make sure that your home is secure in the way that you like. I am cautious of possible environmental hazards for pets young and old, and those who are out and about are always secured on/in a leash, harness, or carrier. I am also able take your pet to the vet if the need ever arises.

About: I have pet sit several dogs at a time and have experience with senior dogs. These senior dogs have needed both liquid and pill medication which I have familiarized myself with providing. I currently am working remote and can complete work from anywhere under a flexible schedule. If hired pet care would be my number one responsibility. I believe that animals deserve lots of love, care and attention. I would treat your animals the same way I would treat my own and make sure they are happy, healthy and well taken care of.

About: I’ve cared for dogs a lot! My daughter and I fostered dogs for the humane society from bottle feeding to administering meds. Exercise, love and attention— I aim to keep the home routine for feeding and walks that they are used to. I’m working from home these days and can give your pet the care it needs. I never want an animal to suffer with a full bladder or no fresh water. I also am big on exercise for dogs. I have a fenced yard in the country! The road is private and seldom traveled. My older gentle female dog can keep your pet company. I am also able to crate dogs if desired.
