About: I'm an animal-loving, dog mom who wants nothing more than to spend all her free time with the furry friends! I've adopted and cared for many dogs, and from childhood I helped raise my family dogs and hamsters :) Very few things bring me the same level of joy as the animals do. I know the importance of traveling or working without the stress of how your pet will be taken care of-and I'd love to help make your life easier by tending to your babies while you're away. I have a remote job which makes me very available to stop in for walks and hugs, or to spend the entire day/night with your loved ones. Have computer will travel, so I'm very free! I will always abide by your house rules for your pets and give them extra love and affection while I'm watching them. I'm also happy to do light training while with your pets if that is helpful!

About: "You're in Great Hands", is what I often tell a new client, as a Massage Therapist. I prefer the company of animals and especially dogs, to people,, so this is what I 'd like to do in addition to the above. New to Rover, (8/13/2026) not new, to caring greatly, for animals, including my own. Your dog(s), or cats will be in great, loving hands!. I know from having Papi, what a huge responsibility it is to keep him safe, while trying to have a ball with him. I offer you, the same above understanding and assurance. From looking at others profiles, the rates seem super complicated. With this added on rate and that. I'd like to keep it a little less complicated. I'm not interested in charging for a second dog, or more for a puppy. I'm not drawn to the idea of staying in someone else's house, but would be happy to /prefer checking in on your pet family, rather than spending the night. Please give me a little time to figure out how to fix rates on here better. I've been trying to get rid of the additional rates listed on my profile. I’ve been working with dogs since I was 15 and I’ve done everything from working hands on in a boarding facility, to walking and training pups daily, to 3 years as a vet tech! I’ve had many great opportunities that have allowed to me house sit with pups, taking pups to and from appointments, spending the day with pups, and checking in on them throughout the day. I’ve helped neighbors, family, and friends with caring for their pets for years; feedings, walks, house sitting long term or just for the day, and much more. I’ve handled dogs at all sizes, from small chihuahuas to big great danes! I have experience in working with puppies and senior dogs, as well. My availability starts at 5pm on weekdays, and on weekends, my availability is 8am-8pm. I always will make sure your pets safety comes first! My weekends are very flexible with accommodating for me to have time to walk with your pet, have play time, or just going to make sure your pet is doing good while you’re away for the day! I will always make sure your pup is well cared for! Your animals safety is my #1 priority. I’ll always make sure the surrounding environment is accommodating, pet friendly, and safe. When I have to step out of the house for any extended period of time, it’ll be my first priority to leave them in a safe environment.

About: My name is Nicole. I have been an animal lover since I was old enough to know what animals were. Between catching potato bugs, feeding the spiders in my windowsills, and moving worms off of sidewalks, I’ve always had a particular connection with the animals that most people don’t understand. As soon as I was old enough, I marched off to the Sonoma County Animal Services to volunteer. From there, it was love at first bark. When I turned 18, I immediately went to animal care as my first real job and was lucky enough to work at Rohnert Park Animal Services for several years. I opened my home to many different rescue critters including snakes, tortoises, rats, lizards, and birds. I rescued my first dog and she is still my best friend to this day 10 years later! Over the years, I was blessed to foster many different exotic animals and worked with the Sacramento SPCA through the pandemic. Shortly after, I made a huge cross-country move and ended up in Louisiana working with all kinds of critters at Northshore Humane Society. From there, I ended up back in my hometown of Sonoma County. Throughout all of these changes, the one variable that never changed was my love for animals and passion for making sure they were safe. Through my 8+ years of shelter experience I have worked with the most feral of feral cats, wildlife brought in shoeboxes, all sizes and shapes of dogs, and so much more. I have met and befriended many pets that were reluctant to be befriended and worked with virtually every breed of cat and dog on the planet. I am fear-free certified and have extensive experience with medication management, basic first-aid, canine CPR, and basic training for both dogs and cats. I am experienced with walking large breeds including reactive dogs and can handle heavy pullers (I have TWO huskies!). I have also volunteered with the Bird Rescue Center of Sonoma County and have a special skillset with exotic animals. My two personal rescue dogs are half husky and bully breed which are two of the most misunderstood dog breeds, so there will be no breed discrimination from me. My favorite furry friends are often shy, tricky to befriend, or nervous. Making a scared baby comfortable means the world to me and I love the challenge. As stated above, I also have extensive experience caring for exotic pets including rats, mice, birds, snakes, tortoises, turtles, fish, lizards, invertebrates, and spiders. I am perfectly comfortable with your exotic pet’s diet and am familiar with feeding snakes and other reptiles frozen-thawed rodents. The only animals I won’t consider petsitting for are species that are illegal to own or venomous. If I had to summarize my truest passion, it would be making sure that every single animal feels safe and comfortable. Even if they’re not perfect, they all deserve kindness and patience. We don’t expect perfection from humans, but we so frequently expect it of animals. So if your pet is a little bit quirky or one of those types that gets dismissed as “scary” or “mean”, you’ve found a person that will give them exactly what they need to feel loved and cherished. Because no pet is perfect, but they are perfect for you. My promise to you is that I will do my best to be your baby’s new BFF. I work from home as an administrative assistant for my husband's guitar studio, so I have a flexible schedule to meet your specific needs. About: I am a fish biologist, but love all animals. I am new to Rover, but my friends and coworkers regularly rely on me to care for their pets. I have cared for dogs with special needs, such as epilepsy, senior dogs and puppies. I have done basic dog training courses with my 30 lb tripod dog and volunteered walking dogs at my local shelter. I will treat your furry family member with love and care! I work remotely from 8-4:30 pm most weekdays, so I’m available to provide attention and fun for your pet most of the day. I usually go to the office on Mondays and Thursdays, but have flexibility to accommodate if your pet cannot be alone for 8 hours. I am an active person and would love to take your dog to the park or beach or for walks on trails, if they do well in those settings. If your dog is lower energy, I can match that energy too! I am excellent at following directions and will follow your pets normal schedule. I am observant and will pay attention to your pet’s well-being. You can expect clear and consistent communication if you trust me with your furry family member. I am happy to take your dog for multiple walks a day and accommodate special food or medication schedules. I am a respectful, clean, non-smoker, in my 30s. I work from home on weekdays, so would just require internet access.

About: Hi I’m Kaitlin! I graduated from SSU as a biology major and I have my exotic animal and wildlife rehab certificates. I currently work at Township Animal Hospital as a Vet Assistant and have experience with animal handling and giving medications. I have been surrounded by cats and dogs my whole life and currently have a German shepherd and 3 cats that are my babies. I would love to take care of your animals any way that I can and give them all the love that they need. I can pet sit, walk your dog, or just visit your pets for a little play date whenever you need me. I’m working full time at the moment, however I always make time to visit your pets and take them on walks. It is a stress reliever for me so I can easily fit them into my schedule. About: I am an animal lover and treat my own pets like part of the family. I am very active and love to take dogs on walks and I will love taking yours! I know they live for their walks! I will throw balls for your dog and take them to the park if wanted. I treat every dog the same and love them all...BIG or small. I am open to cats as well! My house is calm and tranquil. There are no kids in my house. My husky mix recently passed away suddenly in October and I miss her so much... Her name was Lily and she lived for her 2x/day walks. That is part of why I am doing this as a part time job because I miss my dog and would love to be around animals more. Pick me to take care of your loved one! I do work full time and I am gone 8-5 unfortunately. So weekends would be best for me. I’d be willing to do weekdays but you would have to be comfortable with me being gone during the day. I would take them on 2-3 walks per day.. 1 in the morning before work and 1 as soon as I get home from work. Unfortunately I don’t have a yard, just a small deck. If it’s a cat, I would make sure they had care and attention when I am home.
