About: I've grown up taking care of both cats and dogs. I love animals and look forward to helping you care your your precious pets. In the past I have worked as a pet and house sitter for a couple families. I always enjoy any time spent with animals. I have flexible schedule making me available to care for your fur babies! I live in Guerneville, but frequently go to Sebastopol throughout the week. So mainly looking to work for ones in these areas. But open to adventuring in to further surrounding areas if its a good fit for us both! Currently I am not able to board pets in my home because I am renting. But I would be happy to stop by and spend time with your pets whenever is needed!

About: I love all animals! I have experience with dogs, cats, cows, reptiles (mainly snakes), chickens, ducks, rodents (rats, mice, hamster), rabbits, sheep, goats, birds, etc! I love connecting with each animal in their unique ways, I truly believe we have a lot to learn from these compassionate beings. It's my pleasure to make them feel safe, loved, well fed and fully exercised! I don't have a lot of experience with very old animals but I'm willing to learn what their specific and special needs are. I have had older dogs in my life so I do have a basic grasp on their needs but everyone is unique! I mostly work remote from home with the occasional pop into the warehouse once or twice a week. My schedule can be pretty flexible for the most part! I'll gladly learn the typical schedule you have with your pet so that they feel their care is secure and stable. Time of feeding, length of walk, treats, etc. Just let me know and I'll do my best to make you both feel considered and cared for. I'm not currently doing doggy day care or boarding. Eventually I will offer that service again! I might be open to it on a case by case basis.

About: I have been around animals all my life, particularly big dogs. My family has always had big dogs (Bernese Mountain dogs and labradors), but I share the love with all sizes! Helping train our family dogs has also given me confidence not only in handling animals, but also the knowledge to ensure safe engagement with them and others. No animal is "problematic" they all just require (and deserve) specific attention and patience. I personally enjoy the company of animals, so it's a win-win if I get to hang out with your pet! I'm an active person and like to invite my furry friends along for fun too. I'll run with them to get out their zoomies, play fetch for hours, or go on nice long strolls along the neighborhood. I enjoy getting outside as much as the dog does, so this is a mutually beneficial experience! I work from home, typically schedule my own meetings, and have a flexible schedule! I enjoy getting out of my house to go on walks of my own, so its even better to have some furry company! I understand that life happens and sometimes we need extra support, even last minute. So I'm here to help out with all the things life throw our way. When interacting and engaging with animals, especially new ones, patience and slowness are my virtues. I understand animals and that you're doing your best for them. Whether they just need some love while you're away, or you want me to reinforce training that you're working on, I take your needs very seriously.

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals and have always loved spending time with them. Your pets will get loads of attention from me, as I take full advantage of my time with them. You get your money's worth with me! I have helped potty train, helped teach tricks, have extensive experience pet sitting for animals with various needs and abilities, have experience sitting for elder pets and pets who need medication, and I am dedicated to catering my care to fit with your pet's personality making our time together fun and engaging. I take a positive reinforcement approach to dog training and build trust with the pets I watch. I spend a lot of time outside exploring new locations each day and our time together often ends with your pet exhausted. I have done loads of house sitting and have wonderful references. If needed I can even watch your other pets, too. I am getting my master's degree right now allowing me to take your dog out on frequent walks. When sitting for dogs that are well behaved I tend to bring them with me everywhere I can, keeping them active and engaged. Taking care of your animals is my way of getting time with them during a time in my life when I cannot have them. I love all animals and promise to care for them with all the love I would impart to my own animals. I make sure to treat your house as if it were my own. This means keeping things clean and making sure that nothing is destroyed. If something does get broken (which is uncommon) you will always know and if it was my fault I will, of course, replace it. It is not uncommon for people to ask for me to bring in their mail, water their plants, etc. and I am happy to help how I can.

About: I’ve cared for dogs a lot! My daughter and I fostered dogs for the humane society from bottle feeding to administering meds. Exercise, love and attention— I aim to keep the home routine for feeding and walks that they are used to. I’m working from home these days and can give your pet the care it needs. I never want an animal to suffer with a full bladder or no fresh water. I also am big on exercise for dogs. I have a fenced yard in the country! The road is private and seldom traveled. My older gentle female dog can keep your pet company. I am also able to crate dogs if desired.

I’ve been working with dogs since I was 15 and I’ve done everything from working hands on in a boarding facility, to walking and training pups daily, to 3 years as a vet tech! I’ve had many great opportunities that have allowed to me house sit with pups, taking pups to and from appointments, spending the day with pups, and checking in on them throughout the day. I’ve helped neighbors, family, and friends with caring for their pets for years; feedings, walks, house sitting long term or just for the day, and much more. I’ve handled dogs at all sizes, from small chihuahuas to big great danes! I have experience in working with puppies and senior dogs, as well. I’d love to hear from you and get get to know your furry friends! I’m currently working full time, Monday through Friday as a dog walker & trainer. My availability starts at 5pm on weekdays, and on weekends, my availability is 8am-8pm. I always will make sure your pets safety comes first! If needed, I will make the safest decisions if having to leave them briefly unattended, and will always make sure there is no possibility for an unsafe environment. I’m very familiar with what products are or are not safe for your pets to be around & have gained experience and knowledge on how to properly handle any emergency situations that may occur. I have a very friendly, playful & respectful 3year old cattle-dog mix that hasn’t met a dog that hasn’t become her best buddy, with housesitting she is part of my requirement to be able to bring with me, but she is no threat, just a big cuddle bug!🐶 I’m currently working full time starting at 7:45am, and ending at 5pm in Santa Rosa. I do have a 2 year old cattle dog mix who will need to come with me for housesitting gigs. She gets along perfectly with every dog, and will not stay home alone with your furry companions, to ensure comfortability. My weekends are very flexible with accommodating for me to have time to walk with your pet, have play time, or just going to make sure your pet is doing good while you’re away for the day! I will always make sure your pup is well cared for! Your animals safety is my #1 priority. I’ll always make sure the surrounding environment is accommodating, pet friendly, and safe. When I have to step out of the house for any extended period of time, it’ll be my first priority to leave them in a safe environment.

About: I am a fish biologist, but love all animals. I am new to Rover, but my friends and coworkers regularly rely on me to care for their pets. I have cared for dogs with special needs, such as epilepsy, senior dogs and puppies. I have done basic dog training courses with my 30 lb tripod dog and volunteered walking dogs at my local shelter. I will treat your furry family member with love and care! I work remotely from 8-4:30 pm most weekdays, so I’m available to provide attention and fun for your pet most of the day. I usually go to the office on Mondays and Thursdays, but I may be able to accommodate if your pet cannot be alone for 8 hours. I am an active person and would love to take your dog to the park or beach or for walks on trails, if they do well in those settings. If your dog is lower energy, I can match that energy too! I am excellent at following directions and will follow your pets normal schedule. I am observant and will pay attention to your pet’s well-being. You can expect clear and consistent communication if you trust me with your furry family member. I am happy to take your dog for multiple walks a day and accommodate special food or medication schedules. I am a respectful, clean, non-smoker, in my 30s. I work from home on weekdays, so would just require internet access.

About: To start off, I grew up with dogs and cats— and am very good at reading body language. I have been cat and dog sitting since the age of twelve, and as of 1 year ago have over 200 hours of volunteering at Sonoma County Animal Services. There I walk, feed, play with, and clean dogs and cats of all kind. So I am very qualified and would love a chance to take care of your furry friends! I have flexible hours as my classes are coming to an end, I can discuss times that will work for me but overall am open to working out a set schedule! I have two dogs and one cat, they are taken care of very well. As mentioned before I also volunteer with dogs and cats and have seen about every type of behavior a person can think of— I am a very responsible and kind person and pride myself on how trustworthy I am.
