She is older, is a rescue, is a large dog, and the move was alot for her. I arranged a meet with Jerry and I was at ease right away; more importantly, Nala was at ease right away. I think dogs sense immediately if a person is a good fit or not. The day I had to leave, Jerry showed up on time (a bit early, actually, which I truly appreciated) and Nala was very excited to see him. Jerry sent many pictures and texts about how things were going over the two days, let me know when he had to leave for awhile and communicated when he was back. Nala needs alot of love and Jerry was attentive and very willing to give affection to her. The stay could not have gone better. Jerry was also very respective of my home and took good care of everything while I was gone. I highly recommend Jerry and am grateful I found him on Rover.”

“Mehlayne did a wonderful job of caring for our sweet old Roxy. Our pup is 16 years old, has medical needs such as breathing treatments and medication administration and she even took Roxy to the Vet 4 times for routine fluid administration. While we are away for our 13 day vacation to Alaska, she sent daily pictures of our sweet little girl and messages regarding her day. Considering that Roxy had never been apart from us for more than 3 days, we were very pleased when we returned and she was in excellent health and eating very well, which could be a challenge at times. I could tell from the beginning that they were a good fit, especially since Melanie has a very elderly dog herself. Alexa did a wonderful job caring for Waldo! She comforted him when he was sad about the separation, kept him happy and engaged, and sent me lots of pictures. When I returned home, Waldo was happy and clearly had a great experience with her. This was my first time leaving him home for so long, and Alexa made the whole experience easy and reassuring. Ana-Alicia is currently still caring for my pets as I write this, but I just couldn’t wait to give her a review. She has gone absolutely above and beyond to care for my pets! Her communication has been consistent, clear and professional. My dog is normally anxious around new people, but has seemed much more comfortable with Ana-Alicia than she ever has been with past sitters. My dog is weird and has had an allergy flair up while I’m away, but Ana-Alicia has been extremely considerate of her needs and made sure that she has been cared for and comfortable until I can get back home. I can’t recommend her enough and absolutely hope to use her services again in the future!
