Happy pets, no regrets
With over a decade of hands on experience, I bring both passion and professionalism to every pet I care for. My journey began in 2009 at a humane society in the Bahamas where I was born and raised, and I walked up to 10 dogs a day, sometimes three at a time, and grew into an assistant supervisor role by 2012. I’ve also worked at a veterinary clinic, gaining practical skills like bathing and handling dogs of all sizes. Since 2011, I’ve been trusted by families for housesitting, dog walking, and cat care, providing not just feeding and exercise, but companionship and comfort. Along the way, I’ve also cared for rabbits, chickens, and ducks, and I’m open to working with many other animals too. After moving to the U.S., and dipping my toes into it a few times, I’m excited to expand my services again! Whether it’s a brisk walk, playtime, or cozy company, I treat every pet like my own, safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

I do not currently have any pets of my own, but I grew up with multiple dogs throughout the years and eventually a cat, so I understand their needs and personalities. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own. Services include regular potty breaks, administering medication as needed, brushing, and providing plenty of playtime indoors or outdoors. I tailor care to each pet’s routine and personality, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved.

Ana was an outstanding house and pet sitter! She took wonderful care of our home and our six pets (2 dogs and 4 cats), including giving one of our dogs daily medication and making sure the dogs got their daily walks. Her communication was exceptional. Every day she sent multiple photos, videos, and detailed updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She even went above and beyond by taking our trash out after I forgot to put it out before we left. We came home to happy pets and a well-cared-for home. I highly recommend Ana and would absolutely book her again!

Ana-Alicia is currently still caring for my pets as I write this, but I just couldn’t wait to give her a review. She has gone absolutely above and beyond to care for my pets! Her communication has been consistent, clear and professional. My dog is normally anxious around new people, but has seemed much more comfortable with Ana-Alicia than she ever has been with past sitters. My dog is weird and has had an allergy flair up while I’m away, but Ana-Alicia has been extremely considerate of her needs and made sure that she has been cared for and comfortable until I can get back home. I can’t recommend her enough and absolutely hope to use her services again in the future!

Ana-Alicia made my pups feel loved and she quickly gained the trust of my anxious dog, which can be hard to do. She sent updates with photos everyday. I recommend her and her genuine care!
I don’t have the easiest dog to care for, but she did an absolutely amazing job with him. She was so loving, attentive, and kept me updated throughout the entire time, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring!
