“Rachael was great! Communicated well and was so thorough. I could tell how comfortable my cats were with her through the pictures she sent. Such peace of mind! Will definitely book with her again when our little buddies need looking after.”

“Grateful for Deb’s care for our cat while we were away for a week. Despite our cat being rather anti-social and always hiding from new people, she always had a picture of our cat to share with us when she visited which was great! She left our cat’s space neat and tidy too.”

“Anabella, took such great care of Dre while I was away on a work trip. It was comforting knowing Dre was being walked and well cared for while I was away. She is also an excellent communicator! Matt”

“Wen did a great job with Moonbeam....she made sure to document and take care of my sweet cat. She was also very organized and took care to make sure she had the details needed.”

“Jennifer did a great job taking care of my cat while I was gone for the weekend! I was so nervous to leave her since she gets insulin injections, but Jennifer did a great job with them and was always on time! Lola definitely enjoyed her company. Will rebook next time I have petsitting needs!”

About: Since childhood, I've been surrounded by dogs, dog training and field trial competition. I've cared for dogs, cats, pigeons, fish, hamsters, gerbils, and horses and I enjoy each creature's personality and gifts. I've worked in the hospitality industry my whole life and now, I'm looking forward to spending my time with my family, my animals, my crafts and travel. Part time pet care allows me to do all of that! Taking care of other folks' animals is a pleasure for me. Our beloved pets simply want activity, love, and care...and FOOD! I'm very comfortable with senior pets or young animals, and can adapt to each animal's need for interaction. I'm experienced following detailed instructions, administering medications, and adhering to schedules and routines. I also like hanging with your animal -- sometimes a pet wants to know there's someone there for them. I love taking photos of animals and sharing them with their pet parents! I am semi-retired and focus my time on my family - husband and twin teenage boys, our 2 dogs, 1 cat, many chickens, and houseplants. I have time throughout my day to take care of indoor and outdoor animals. I'm flexible and can care for your animals solely at your home or, for dogs, I can bring them out to walk on our local trails. I have a large minivan with kennels inside so your dog will travel comfortably and safely. I keep my cell phone off when I drive and I travel directly from your home to a walking trail/area. I never mix errands with dog walking and prefer to walk dogs without earbuds/headphones so I am aware of our surroundings at all times.
“Excellent service Fantastic with the cats lots of attention! They usually hide from strangers but they come out when Meredith check in . They truly like her. Thank you sooo much Meredith for taking good care of my cats. I feel relaxed and confident they are in good hands!”

“I booked Amanda for a drop-in visit for my two dogs and she was AWESOME. I appreciate that she really spent the time to give them what they needed, even cuddling with them which was so sweet! Overall, she's super reliable and would definitely book her again in the future should I need a sitter.”

“Shannon was wonderful! Communicative, gave frequent updates, and was very kind to my cat. You can tell she is a lover of animals and I really felt at ease using her to watch my cat. Would recommend 10/10! Thank you!”

About: Hey y'all, I grew up with dogs and had a dog of my own until recently when she passed. I've also spent time on lots of friends farms for fun, doing chores, and farm-sitting for them. I have experience with goats, pigs, cows, ducks, chickens, turkeys, dogs, and cats! This means I know how to interact with lots of different personalities including wary and hyperactive animals. I'm also not afraid of handling messy situations. :) I moved to the Triangle for a paralegal job at a non-profit that works on cleaning up coal ash across the southeast. Years ago I left that job to run a small business and farm. I love my work and living in Hillsborough, and am grateful for a fully flexible schedule! I pet, house, and farm sit a couple of times a year and would be happy to do so for you! Honestly, this is a bit of a selfish endeavor as I would like to be able to spend more time with some floof friends. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Thanks! Jenna I work full time as a self-employed farmer, but my schedule is extremely flexible. I live in town and lease land less than ten minutes away. It is my habit to work early in the morning and later in the day, coming home for the middle portion of the day to avoid the heat. I'm easily able to tailor my schedule to your pet's needs! My apartment is a very lucky setup. I effectively have a private entrance to my place, two fenced areas for dogs, as well as being a two minute walk from a park and public dog park with two additional fences areas. Also, I live alone but have two bedrooms, so the apartment itself is spacious.

“Matthew was a fantastic sitter. He took care of dog like it was his own. He consistently checked-in and gave detailed updates. His positive and calm demeanor were perfect for my moody dog. I will definitely use Matthew again.”

About: I have two dogs, a Cairn Terrier and a Black Lab. I have dog-sat since 2019 and cat sat since 2022 and I can clean up accidents, give medications, and give them baths or just give them a walk and some attention. I have a pretty open schedule. I can be away from home from 6AM-10PM. I would like to be notified at least a day prior to know if there are any changes, unless there’s an emergency. I can provide a fenced yard, lots of love, and treats (if they’re allowed to have some). My goofy black lab loves meeting others and doesn’t care what size or age. My Cairn is small, very curious, and always tries to show who's boss.
