About: I have walked and pet sat for many years for friends, family, and coworkers. I myself have had dogs and cats all my life so know how important it is to have someone you trust take care of your babies. One of my dogs is senior so I am used to lifting him (50 pounds) and providing medication with meals when needed. I will treat your pet like my own and look forward to meeting them(: I have a full time job so can provide availability before or after work hours. I have more availability on the weekends and am flexible. We can discuss what exactly you would like for your pet and go from there! If they need to be walked I can walk them in your neighborhood or local park. If your pet needs some extra love and attention I can check on them so they are content and play with them so they are entertained!
“Deb is always amazing and Athena (Weimariner) loves her. The most this system will allow tipping is 30%. Next time I'll tip you directly instead of using the tip system. You rock.”

“Loved having Kate out to take care of Annie and Leo. Kate came out a couple weeks ago to meet them and us and she’s a real pleasure to talk to plus our dogs got along very well with her. My husband and I have no hesitation in hiring Kate again or recommending her.”

“Jennifer did a great job taking care of my cat while I was gone for the weekend! I was so nervous to leave her since she gets insulin injections, but Jennifer did a great job with them and was always on time! Lola definitely enjoyed her company. Will rebook next time I have petsitting needs!”

“Rosa is a great sitter. She took perfect care of our pets, including our very sick kitty with special medication needs. She is prompt, energetic, and communicative. We will use her again”

“Wen did a great job with Moonbeam....she made sure to document and take care of my sweet cat. She was also very organized and took care to make sure she had the details needed.”

About: I’ve had animals of many kinds from tiny to huge growing up. I’d normally house sit for family and friends until I decided to join the Rover crew. I enjoy house sitting as I’ve realized pet are usually more comfortable in their own homes. I have the ability to bathe, walk, feed, and of course play with your pets! I am a part time college student doing majority of my classes online. For the time being my schedule is an empty open book waiting to be filled! I have a huge soft spot for making your pets the happiest they can be while they are with me! If they enjoy the car, cuddling up for a movie, stores, parks, or even just being in the backyard you name it and I’d love to make it happen! They will always be my #1 priority and will be in the best hands.
“Brianna was wonderful! Her update are great - above and beyond. it truly seemed like our cats didn't even notice we were away! Brianna will be the first person I call when I travel.”

“Britney was amazing! I knew she would ensure my cats were taken care of while we were out of town. She sent me a bunch of photos (which we appreciate) and took the time to gain the cats trust.”

About: I have extensive experience providing care and support, whether for people or animals. I’m naturally compassionate and attentive to the needs of any living being, and caring for others has become second nature to me. Since I complete my college coursework online, I have a highly flexible schedule and am available most of the time outside of regular rest hours. I prioritize safety and responsibility, ensuring pets are never left unattended and always have their needs met. You can rely on me to provide consistent, dependable care.
About: I enjoy animals of all kinds, and I understand seeing pets as family members. I have been primary caregiver for many pets over the years, from aquarium fish to parrots to large dogs. I have (with professional guidance) trained puppies and cared for elder dogs. My work schedule is generally flexible and mostly remote, so I believe I can accommodate most needs. Advance notice always helps but I can likely handle last-minute requests as well. I am not able to host any pets but I am available for pet-sitting, check-ins, and dog-walking. Above all I try to care for people's pets as they would. Information about your pets' routines, dietary and medical needs, training, etc., is always appreciated. I am alert to what pets communicate about their needs and feelings. I generally believe in positive reinforcement and addressing issues before they become problems.
About: I have been taking care of different types of dogs since I was young. Friends, family and others have relied on me to walk, feed, and watch their dogs over night in their own home. I’m currently working part time and I am a part time student, but they are different days so I have plenty of time with your pup or pups! I am free for walking, playing, and watching dogs in your home when it is needed. I will follow any instructions you give to me to safely walk and take care of your animals in your home or neighborhood, this includes backyard, front yard, and anywhere else I am given permission to take your dog.
Wilkerson Acres cat parents share their Rover experiences
Our regular sitter of over 10 years was unavailable so we met with Amanda and two other potential caregivers. While they all were quite competent, there was something special about Amanda…and we hired her to care for our 14 year old cat. Amanda had big shoes to fill in following our regular sitter, but she did an outstanding job! We would hire her again in a heartbeat. The only downside was the cumbersome communication through the Rover app.
