About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life and I've never met a dog or cat I didn't love! My childhood dog (Macy, 120lb Leonberger) could be quite the handful on a walk but learning to control such a large dog has definitely helped me with my dog walking experience. I am now a proud cat mom of my beloved Rotisserie and spoil him rotten ♡. I have been pet sitting / dog walking since I was in high school. I have worked in homes with all types of pet situations from new born puppies to homes with seven cats! I really enjoy going on nice long walks to allow dogs to sniff and explore while getting all their energy out! I also love to sit / cuddle / play with dogs in the home or backyard! I am also experienced with reptiles having owned a beautiful bearded dragon, Celeste, for 5 years!

About: Hi! My name is Demetra (I also go by Demi) I graduate from VCU in May 2026 with a Bachelors degree in psychology, and I am currently looking for some part time work. I love animals of all kinds- I strive to prioritize playfulness with safety. I have experience working as a kennel assistant at an animal hospital, as well as dog, cat, and house sitting for extended periods of time. I am about to graduate in May from VCU, and I will have a lot more free time on my hand! About: I’ve had dogs growing up and had to take care of them a lot as well as having experience as a kennel tech over some summers! I’m currently off over the summer while school is out so my availability is very open. I can take care of your pets when ever you need me. I have an apartment that I am more than happy having pets stay in however there is no yard. I am happy to stay with them and house sit.

About: I’ve always been an animal person and have experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles, including my own ball python. I grew up with an Australian Shepherd who can be very anxious, so I’m used to being patient with nervous pets and helping them feel safe and comfortable. I love spending time outdoors and taking walks, and I know the Richmond area well. My goal is to provide dependable care for both your pet and your home, while making sure your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away! I work about 20 hours a week as an esthetician and make my own schedule, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for your pets. Because I set my own hours, I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy, so I would love to fit pet care into my routine. I believe every pet is different, so I do my best to follow their normal routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible. In a client’s home, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection while keeping up with their feeding schedule and any specific instructions you provide. For cats staying in my home, I’ll provide a calm, safe environment where they can settle in at their own pace. Having lived with multiple cats of various personalities, I understand that some cats are social while others prefer their space, and I’m happy to accommodate both! I will stay in regular communication, providing updates and photos so you always know how they’re doing!
