A typical day
Depends on the pet and what the owner has asked for. Some days we’ll sit and do 30 mins of belly rubs or play fetch. I like playing shaping and discrimination games if we’re unable to be outside. For cats, we’ll play with toys or get some cuddles in. I’ve even used my phone to play cat tv with kitties that were skittish or didn’t like to be pet.

Pet care experience
I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and currently have two dogs and a cat of my own. My family has had dogs of many breeds and sizes over the years—from labs to bullies to chihuahuas—so I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and temperaments. In high school, I provided pet care for several families, and I bring that same calm, attentive approach to every visit.
