I'm currently working part-time with a very flexible schedule. Typically not away from home for more than 3 hours at a time during marked available hours. My schedule can be adjustable if coordinating in advance.

A typical day
I often find myself relaxing in a field reading while watching and petting the goats. I explore local parks and new trails with friends' dogs. I relax in my pajamas with a laser pointer and chill music to play with the neighbor's cats. I nap with my coworker's elderly beagle to rain sounds. Adapting to your pet's needs while creating a relaxing environment is the goal, and that looks different for every animal.

Pet care experience
For the last 5 years, I've been volunteering care for a herd of goats on Gillie's Creek Park. I am also the primary farm sitter for several friends' homesteads and a frequent pet sitter for friends and acquaintances. I have a broad range of experience: handling elderly animal care, newborn feeding/monitoring, pet anxiety, unique medication/feeding schedules, and general care for most farm/domesticated animals. I have a deep love for animals and their welfare with a desire to assist you and your pet in any way possible.

Tristan has taken care of my cat a few times and always has gone above and beyond. He even sends me pictures of my cat when I ask! I never have to worry about my cat when Tristan helps out.
I have known Triston for 3 years and he has always been remarkably great with animals. He was essentially the main caretaker for his former roommate's elderly dog Cinnamon, as said roommate often did not adequately take care of Cinnamon. He was so loving and good with Cinnamon that for many months I thought that she was his dog, rather than his roommate's dog. He is also a caretaker for goats at a local animal reserve, and it is so obvious how much he LOVES those goats. I have trusted Triston to take care of my cat, Fiddle, multiple times while I have been out of town, and usually Fiddle really does not like men/people assigned male at birth, but she loves Triston! He always goes above and beyond when he takes care of Fiddle, and also when he takes care of literally anything or anyone (animal or human) else. Triston is such a loving and kind and diligent and thoroughly hardworking person, and I would trust Triston 10000% to take care of any animal.
Hello, I have a 60lb Australian Shepard that is very shy and fearful of anyone outside of myself and my other animals. Triston was very patient with him. Triston was able to embrace him at one point which was amazing. My dog began to gravitate toward Triston, offering affection, which he normally does not do. Triston is caring, considerate and respectful of how I wanted things done in regard to my animals care adn daily routine. Triston is exceptional in all aspects, with my nonsocial, special dog and my other very social dog and cat. I highly recommend Triston!
Triston has farm-sitted for us and has been absolutely wonderful with a wide array of creatures, including chickens, geese, turkeys, goats, and dogs. He is consistent, communicative, and a wonderful caregiver. We would be glad to have him anytime!
