About: I've grown up around dogs my whole life, whether my family's, friends or neighbors. With all the responsibilities including dog walking, bathing, feeding and so on! Alongside this, I also over the last few years was able to gain professional dog care experience working at a local cat/dog boarding and daycare center, and was able to get to care for dogs of all sizes and breeds! I am currently a student athlete coming home for my summer break, looking to work a part time job hopefully and keep up with summer trainings and workouts for my sport. Other than having to make sure to schedule around my team training and game schedule, I am pretty open and flexible with fitting time in to my daily and weekly routine! Back at home my family has a fenced in yard, and my dogs are currently crate less/don't use kennels aside from a new puppy my family just recently adopted. For a long time we did utilize kennels for all of our fur babies if we were out of the house for longer periods of time. All of my own dogs need to be on a leash when we take them out for walks in the neighborhood, adventures around town, or up at my family's cottage.

“Lynn is great! She always helps us out on short notice and our dog loves her.”

I have been watching animals for family & friends for years along with all the animals on the hobby farm growing up. Fun fact: I’m born and raised in Minnesota! I just recently moved here. I will be working from home so I have plenty of time to hang out with your babies throughout the day! Lots of walks and playtime. I have a little dog who’s friendly with all animals! About: I have been taking care of pets for about 10 years professionally, but have had pets my entire life. I have experience with dogs, cats, and domesticated farm animals! I am happy to help with any and all aspects of pet care! I work as a nanny during the week but I am available to provide care before and after my nanny jobs. I am happy to stay overnight with pets to make them as comfortable as possible while their owners are away. I prefer to care for animals at the clients home. I find that the animals are much more comfortable that way and able to stick to their regular routine!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. Love them especially senior ones who need extra love. Currently have a Greyhound named McKenzie. I’m retired and work part time a couple days a week. If I know in advance I can adjust my schedule to fit yours. Thanks. I would not be able to care for pets in my home. My Senior Greyhound likes to be alone. I can sit at yours though.

About: I’ve always had a pet as a part of the family since I was a kid (cats and dogs) and have loved pet-sitting for friends and relatives over the years. I work part-time nights 10pm-6am, but my husband is home and we always work as a team. Between the two of us, someone is always home. I still have lots of free time to love on pets, go on walkies throughout the day and car-rides/park adventures. I have a very friendly dog in the home who loves to play and cuddle. She is crate trained, if your pet needs some extra space in the house. We go for multiple walks a day, as I have an unfenced yard. I live in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and a dog park nearby. I have a spare bedroom which can be used for crating space if needed.

About: Hi, I’m Angela! Although I haven’t had a pet of my own (yet!), I’ve lived in a house with both dogs and cats for years — and I was the go-to backup for walks, feeding, playtime, and cuddles. I’ve also helped care for pets while friends or housemates were out of town, and I genuinely love spending time with animals. Since I moved into an apartment with my fiancée last year I’ve been looking for a way to spend more time with animals so I hope to have the pleasure of taking care of yours! Whether your dog needs a midday walk, your cat needs a check-in while you’re away, or your pet just needs some company and care, I’ve got you covered — with lots of love and attention along the way! I work 2 days a week and my classes are primarily in the mornings so most afternoons I am free to care for your fur babies! I’m also a big night owl so feel free to request me as late as you like! Mondays—free anytime other than 2:30-5:30 pm Select Tue&all Thur—free after 12:30 Every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday—free all day Please contact me and I can work around you :) When caring for pets in their home, I focus on keeping everything familiar and comfortable. Luis C.
“I’ve known Luis Campos for years, and I can honestly say that pets adore him just as much as people do! Luis has an incredibly calming, patient, and loving energy that animals instantly connect with. Whether it’s walking an energetic pup who needs to burn off some steam or snuggling up with a shy cat who just needs a little TLC, Luis always knows exactly what each pet needs to feel safe and happy. One of the things I love most about Luis is that he’s truly an animal person—not just a dog lover, but a cat lover too! He has a cat of his own and treats all cats with the same gentleness, respect, and affection. He understands their unique personalities and knows how to make them feel comfortable and cared for. He’s responsible, detail-oriented, and treats every pet like they’re his own. I’ve watched him care for animals of all kinds—and he always goes the extra mile, whether that means making sure they get their favorite toy on walks or sending thoughtful updates to their humans. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and genuinely passionate about animals, Luis is your guy. Your pets will be in amazing hands—and they might just fall a little in love with him too!”

Westland dog parents share their Rover experiences
Carissa is very pleasant and patient with my new puppy. She's trustworthy and teaches my pup new tricks. Very flexible with scheduling.

We needed a last minute request for a walk while on vacation and Kerri saved the day, giving peace of mind to us. We got a lot of cute pics and a video of the fur babies enjoying their time outside.

Linda S is a superb dog walker. We have had other dog walkers from Rover and almost all of them have been very good, but Linda S is outstanding, the best of the bestRuthie really loves her and when she comes to the door, Ruthie can hardly wait to see her. Ruthie needs a lot of exercise and Linda S walked her farther than any other dog walker we have had. They almost always walked more than 4 miles and one time she walked her 5.2 miles. We are very grateful and we will book her again whenever we need a Dog Walker in the future.
