About: My family got their first dog while I was in high school and I have been caring for dogs ever since! I’ve cared for friends dogs in the past and now I have one of my own who is just the sweetest gal. I’d love to eventually get a second dog but for now caring for others seems like the perfect alternative. I do have a preference for smaller breeds but am open to bigger dogs as long as they can be gentle with smaller dogs. I am currently hybrid at a very flexible job and typically go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. When I go into the office I go in later in the mornings and spend about 1.5 -2 hrs there. The max time I’ll spend at the office at one point is 3 hours but this is not the norm. Other than that time I spend the majority of my time at home and am able to give your pup all my attention and snuggles. My apartment building has a fenced in dog park where I can take your pup to for potty breaks and safe outside playtime. I also have a balcony with a grass patch for any early morning or late night potty breaks. Pet safety is my number one priority so when I’m not home both mine & your pup would be kept in different rooms with cameras watching them to make sure no one is in distress. I’m also open to doing meet and greets at my place before your pet’s stay with me so that you’ll be able to see what type of environment your pet would be in and how our pups interact with each other. My dog is a 1 year old dachshund who just loves other dogs and would make sure your dog feels right at home!

About: I love small dogs. I spend at least an hour a day at mueller park! Looking for friendly dogs to play all day with my little dog! I provide excellent care and constant updates! I work from home so love the furry company all day long! Can provide bathroom breaks as often as needed! I go the park everyday! I live in a dog friendly apartment where dogs are allowed everywhere! I am constantly watching over them to make sure they are doing great!

“Jose is absolutely amazing with dogs. His dogs are very friendly and sweet and play so well with my puppies. I just moved to Austin and was hopeful to find someone I could trust with my furbabies and Joes exceeded my hopes. He is wonderful!”

“I love evenings with Remy after he spends a day at Suzanne's. He comes home happy and completely exhausted. Consistently awesome - easy to book with, easy to communicate with. I feel very confident leaving Remy with Suzanne - thanks so much!”

About: Over the past 10 years, I’ve dog sat for many kinds of loving dogs ranging from small to big. I love to stay active and making sure your pet is getting the top supreme care it deserves! I’m currently working from home so my days are extremely flexible. I can accommodate more time for your dog which means more playtime and walks. I pay close attention to their needs and provide them with the right amount of exercise and love. Every dog is different so it’s important to understand what needs are necessary! I work from home so my schedule is extremely flexible. Depending if your dog needs more time with me, I can arrange to do this! Every dog is different so I make sure your dog gets the best care based on his/her needs. Whether it’s more cuddles, playtime, walks, or alone time, I make sure to pay close attention and understand your doggies personality.

“Asha was so warm, and excited to meet my pup! I instantly knew she’d be in great hands. Got plenty of updates throughout the day to see how things were going and I am happy to report a very tired and happy pup :)”

About: I grew up with animals and have been volunteering at shelters since I was a child! I've been caring for my dog for 8 years and have done it all - administering medication, caring for her while she was sick, taking long walks, and giving her lots of love and attention. ❤️ I've watched friends' puppies, senior dogs, and cats. I work freelance so I'm flexible on weekdays during working hours. I can accommodate weekend hours with reasonable notice. Message me and we can work something out! I have a small senior dog who prefers other small dogs. We live in an apartment building with a dog park and plenty of green space.

About: Dogs have always been an extension of my family. I’ve had them my whole life and currently care for my 18-year-old chihuahua mix rescue, so I’m especially mindful of senior needs and giving pets the patience and love they deserve. I work from home, live in a pet-friendly apartment with a dog park on-site, and I’m just a stroll away from dog-friendly cafes and parks, perfect for pups who love fresh air and social time. Whether your dog needs play, snuggles, or a little extra attention, I’m here for it all. Pet care is part of my everyday life; it’s second nature. Since I work from home, I build my day around walks, outdoor breaks, meals, and quality time with my senior pup. I’m used to working with a pet nearby and love having that companionship throughout the day. Whether it’s a quick potty break or a longer walk, I’ve got the flexibility to give pets the attention they need. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or theirs, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment. In my home, pets are welcome on the furniture, dog fur doesn’t scare me one bit. I have a cozy space, an on-site dog park, and the flexibility to give them plenty of attention since I work remotely. I follow each pet’s routine closely, feeding, walks, meds, playtime, and always keep pet parents updated with messages and photos. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure pets feel secure and comfortable, sticking to familiar routines to reduce any stress.

About: I have a deep love and special connection with animals of all kinds, that started with the dogs and cats of my childhood. I will make friends with your pets quickly, and always ensure their utmost happiness.I am keen on attention to details and perseverance in the face of challenges. I am currently picking up gig work while in between industries. I have reliable transportation and a very open schedule. I am available to work consistently in Bastrop, Travis, and Caldwell counties. I can do shorter term work in Bexar and Hays counties. I am happy to maintain the comfortable and perfect situation you already have set up for your pets. I am careful to follow all rules you have in place.

“Super friendly and attentive! sent me updated throughout the day and even some pictures! Was very commutative and sweet! Would definitely schedule again!! Thank you so much!!”

About: My day job at the hospital I work at is to feed my patients, groom them, clean up their poop, take them on walks, etc. I can’t wait to treat your pet with the same level of care :) I have had pets throughout my childhood, and have always taken a very active role in their care. I love animals and I am heartbroken that I am not at a stage in my life where I can commit to my own pet, but I would love nothing more than to spend time with yours. Additionally, while I am new to this app and have not professionally pet sit before, I have pet sit for my neighbors and friends countless times throughout my life. I work 3 12 hour shift a week where I will not be able to care for a pet. However, since I can work any three days of the week, I can care for one pet with no work commitments for as long as 4 days. My schedule varies, but please reach out and I would be happy to plan something. I'm mostly just doing this because I want to hang out with animals and without committing to getting my own pet, as I will be starting grad school next year and will not have time to care for a pet once that happens. In other words, if I'm caring for your pet it's not because this is a job for me. It's because I really want to hang out with your pet I have every intention of spending all my time and effort on them.

From the moment they met, my dog took to her instantly—she has a natural way with animals that puts both pets and owners at ease. Throughout her time with my dog, Daniela went above and beyond. She followed all care instructions to the letter, kept me updated with photos and messages, and made sure my pup stayed happy, healthy, and well-exercised. Collin E.
“I can’t recommend Collin enough! Not only is he passionate about caring for animals, but he’s also incredibly patient and understanding of their needs. My cat is pretty grumpy, and he’s wary around new people. He gets anxious easily, so I tend to not bring him around others for extended periods of time. I recently experienced long-term power outage from a hailstorm, and I let Collin watch the cat while I figured things out. I was pleasantly surprised to see how fond my cat became with Collin! It’s clear that Collin does a fantastic job in bonding with any pet he watches, and my cat has since always been happy to see him!”

West University dog parents share their Rover experiences
Blythe was the best. Genuinely could not have asked for a better experience. She was super accommodating, and my dog (who is sometimes shy/anxious with new people) took to her right away and settled in quickly. I got photo updates throughout her stay, and Maple seemed super content in all of them! She left happy and relaxed and I already booked my next stay with her

Janie was amazing, i have a v young puppy and it was my first time leaving her but Janie was amazing and i was totally confident leaving my pup with her. My puppy needed extra attention being so young but janie followed the crate, schedule, snacking and potty steps .. she was really a LIFE SAVER. will definitely use again, my puppy left all smiles for her care. janie was also super flexible to pre meet me and show me her space which is always a plus!

Jose is the awesome! He takes such great care of my dog Ford—I totally trust him. He’s super attentive, sends me video updates (which I love!), and even works on basic training with the dogs. Ford is always happy to see him, and I can tell he’s in great hands. Highly recommend!

Cassandra and Jason took good care of Zamin and sent updates. The pictures are so adorable… everything went smoothly. I had requested a same day care with them as I made a last minute trip to Austin and needed a place for my pup for a couple of hours. They were really quick to respond and accepted, the booking process went smoothly. Thank you so much!
