“She was so sweet and caring, my senior dog loved her. Great communication and super calm spirit. I will definitely be using her again. She was hyper aware that he was post surgical and made sure to communicate updates to me regularly”

“We had a wonderful experience with Amanda! She followed the instructions we left, kept our dog on his normal schedule (which was super important to us), and sent us pictures and regular updates. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our pup was happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!”

“Elle was incredibly considerate and took wonderful care of my dog. Elle sent lots of updates of my dog and asked thoughtful questions during our first visit to get to know my pooch. Elle was incredibly respectful of my space and and made sure she understood what was needed to take care of my dog. I would absolutely hire her to spend time with and stay overnight with my dog.”

“She was able to work with my reactive puppy (he can be a lot) and did some training even! He seemed calmer when I came back which was a good sign that he was comfortable with her while I was gone.”

“Paula was amazing! She’s so professional & she made me feel so comfortable taking a weekend away & left me feeling like my baby was loved & cared for the same way I do! They took several walks a day, & I got many updates & photos. I will definitely be booking with Paula again!”

“Kody was fantastic. I would highly recommend Kody. He was great with communication, sending photos and taking care of our sweet puppies. He really went above and beyond taking care my outdoor plants without me asking since it was going to freeze in Austin while we were gone, very much appreciated.”

“Jewel was great with my senior pup, Missy! She even found some creative ways to get her to eat, which I’m still doing because it worked so well. Jewel truly cared and I can’t recommend her enough! I was so nervous to leave Missy behind with someone other than family, but she was great and provided updates while I was away.”

“She was very punctual for the sit and sent pictures of how both of my pets were doing anytime I asked for them. When I got home both of my pets were very relaxed. My dog has a lot of eye care needs and had developed an eye ulcer before the appointed sit, Erica was fantastic through this. My dog needed meds 3 times a day and when I got back his eye was visibly in a better place than when I left. It was really easy to work with Erica and I would definitely hire her again.”

“Leslie is a top notch professional dog sitter and I highly recommend her! While I was away she gave me regular updates on how my dog was doing which included pictures and video. When I got back to my home I was speechless - the trash was taken out, my bed was made, and towels were folded and sorted. I felt very secure leaving my dog in Leslie’s care and needless to say I will be trusting her again in the future!”

“Melondy was great! We booked this trip over a month ago and it unfortunately landed during the weekend of the winter storm and she was still very understanding. Our two gremlins were super happy when we returned and had a great time.”

“Sheryl is amazing! Even our older little doxy who usually doesn’t like people who visit let alone stay has a new best friend. Sheryl is very conscientious and caring of all of our needs and worries of our fur babies. It went so well that now we found her, we plan to travel a bit more knowing everything will be just fine 💜 Highly recommend (even tho I don’t want to share!)”

“Woody is the best! We think our dogs might like her more than us! We always know they are in the best care, getting so much love and engagement. Woody is also very clean, tidy, and takes care of our home, which is always so appreciated.”

“Prior to our international trip we were a little nervous about finding the right sitter for our two dogs. However, we could not be more relieved to find someone as great as Tiffany. We got daily updates with photos and videos showing how great of a time they were having. When we returned, we found the house better than we left it and our dogs were so calm and relaxed. A testament to her great care and attention to them. Will absolutely be reaching out to Tiffany again for our next trip.”

“Michael did a fantastic job taking care of our very energetic pup and older kitty. He was very attentive, sent pics and gave us an update everyday. We came back to some very happy and well cared for pets. We would have Michael watch them again, the next time we need to travel.”

West University pet parents share their Rover experiences
I highly recommend Caroline! She took the best care of Jax, my 10 y.o. German Shepherd. She was very communicative & sent updates with photos twice a day as I requested. There was some rain & thunder one night and she stayed with Jax (he gets scared) the whole time & texted me how he was doing & sent a photo. Having this peace of mind allowed me to enjoy my trip and not worry! This sealed the deal that she took such good care of him! I always get a little nervous with a new sitter & will be using Caroline again for sure! They had a great time together & I can always tell by his behavior when I come home if he was taken good care of, and he confirmed with me that he did : ) My place was perfect as well - she took great care of it. Jax & I are Team Caroline!

Ashley was so great. She was very responsive and great with updates on our animals. You can tell our animals had fun with her. She was attentive and took amazing care of our babies. Even our shy kitty came out to hang! She has experience with pitties, so she knew what to expect and how to handle our dogs.

Paige was amazing with Eddy. She was super communicative the whole time which gave me a lot of peace of mind while we were away. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. Eddy loved her! She was also incredibly trustworthy and left the house spotless, which was very nice to come home to. Would definitely recommend her and looking forward to booking her again!

Yuliia did an amazing job watching our five-month-old puppy and housesitting for five days/four nights in our apartment. She left our place clean and tidy, and she kept us updated with pictures the entire trip, which really eased our anxiety about leaving. Before the trip, she asked good questions to ensure she knew everything prior to us leaving. Our pup is young and a handful, but Yuliia kept her entertained the whole time. She also takes great photos, which is a bonus :) Definitely recommend!

Tiffany was wonderful this past weekend looking after our dog and our house while we were out of town. She was always on time, easy to communicate with, super friendly and took great care of our house and our pup. I highly recommend her and will be booking with her for all our future out of town trip house/dogsitting needs.
