I’ve owned and had a small kennel for show dogs as a teen. Adventures with several 4&2 leggeds and my equestrian enjoyment has produced a wide range of knowledge for the care of your pet. A pet Little or large, cat, dog or… every one is heartily significant and always members of the family. I am thrilled to have found the opportunity to love a pet for their person while they are away. I’ve fallen in love with every animal! I’ve been an Interior Designer and a Founder in earlier years and still maintain some interests. In keeping the experience of a household with and sans kids with four legged members in a comfortable, safe and loving space. Lots of fresh air and sunshine in long or short walks. For walks and drop-ins, Monday thru Sunday I am available all normal hours with your pet for walks and drop ins.I am available with the convenience for house sitting pets in all hours and days booked! I have flexibility at this time to be on site with pets and property for their owners specific requests.. I have some short term responsibilities to tend and be away during a house sitting that is usually 1-2 hours. . I walk in a green belt and family centered pet friendly community! I have trained puppies and cared for some senior guys. Consistently active and vitally fit, I am comfortable with Any pace specific to your pet(s)

In any setting with pets I am professionally warm and competent with the attention they respond to or require! I am an active and creative person. I do not mind having a distinctive personality and I have a tidy way in my work! My clients seem to appreciate me for this! I step in with my roommates pets just because I love them but they are hers and her responsibility.

Iva was great. She even went back and fed my dog after her time was over because my flight got delayed.
This sitter is currently under an active Rover investigation after staying in our home for one night. For reasons still unknown, she rummaged through both mine and my husband’s vehicles and at some point she took our garage door opener and then put it in the wrong car and lied about it all until confronted in-person. Later, she eventually half admitted to her actions but it was all obviously extremely and immediately off-putting. She was only using the garage door behind our house (which we did not give access to) instead of our front door (even though she had a key). She also took the spare key to our home with her instead of leaving it post booking. Very strange things were rearranged in our home/missing - fridge photos were oddly moved around or randomly tucked behind other photos, magnets were completely removed/missing, etc. which doesn’t make any sense but was what happened after her stay. We also agree with the review below that communicating with her was proving to be very difficult. She’s prompt but our conversations were mostly confusing dialog or we’d only get half answers. We literally had to block her on the app so I’d suggest only communicating through Rover versus personal numbers. Other tiny side note - not that we care about age at all - but she’s about 30+ years older than her profile photos which isn’t necessarily wrong but just added to the layers of confusing experiences working with her. I can’t necessarily say this is always her usual behavior but she clearly goes through personal belongings, is dishonest, and difficult to converse with. “Star-sitter” rating or not, I’d suggest either taking your pet to her or finding another in-home sitter.
I highly recommend her to anyone. She is polite and friendly, always sending pictures and keeping us updated. One of the dogs had surgery before we left, and she handled his medications with care and attention. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference.
Did a great job taking care of the dogs, chickens, and koi fish. Also did a great job keeping the house tidy.
Iva was a respectful house guest. The care she provided for our dog seemed to be adequate for our time away. However, the communication was challenging at times and there was some concern of overextended exercise post surgery for our pup.
Iva was soo good with Finn! He got plenty of exercise and snuggles. Iva was professional and communicative. I would 100% have her watch him again!

Schedule
I was in school p/t for updated skill certifications in the health management but I have been in a medical health oriented course load starting when with Rover. Necessary was a discontinued pursuit of that interest to take care of some family and priorities. I continued to be in demand with Pet and Property services and I enjoyed every pet and person from the beginning with Rover. I prioritize my pets and pet parents with some blending of a little enterprise associated with my previous work experience. All of the schedules work well and miss nothing with my Rover services with determined excellence.
