About: My experience is ever-growing, as I’ve been working with animals for the majority of my life. I began dog sitting and walking at 12 years old, often for months at a time, both locally and as part of fostering. Throughout the last 10 years, I’ve gained experience with dogs of all age, health, and ability levels. I’ve done a variety of additional volunteer work, having worked at an animal shelter (Shelter Hope), a boyscout camp (Camp Tahquitz) where I co-instructed horsemanship, a rescue barn (The Gentle Barn), and even a primate conservation center (The Gibbon Conservation Center), most of which was done before I moved here for university. I still volunteer with Gentle Barn and the GCC when I visit California, though, and have continued to branch out here in Utah! I’m a student at the U of U, where I pursue a B.U.S. degree in Evolutionary Zoology and an Acting BFA. Currently I’m working on my thesis, which involves working with dog shelters across the state, as I study feeding and eating disorders in companion animals. If you’ve got a dog with eating problems, I’m your guy! Typically, I’m free all weekends, as well as weekly evenings and early mornings from 3:00pm-9:00am. I’m able to do walks or in-home care at these times. I am also available most holidays. I can care for pets in my apartment, and I can assure care in the home of clients. I’m meticulous about details, especially regarding animal health (medication, feeding, walking requirements). I have experience both owning and fostering animals, and I will always treat any animal I care for with the same diligence.

About: I’ve had a dog in my life ever since I was a little girl. I have been to training classes and have three really good boys! One is an English Mastiff, Australian Cattle dog and a German Shepherd Lab Pit-bull mix. :) all very sweet boys with good training I am currently working part time. I have Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. So I am completely available on those days :) On Monday, Tuesday and Friday I can be available after 6:30. I have a fenced in house with a big yard. There is also a doggy door at the house! We have three friendly well behaved boys.

Roxana was wonderful with my elderly chihuahua. He definitely has a big personality and some quirks, but she got along with him wonderfully and was very accommodating of his needs.
