I told Kristin and she suggested I bring Mimi over to play with her other dogs. I did this three times before we left her. Two of the times I left her I just dropped her off so Mimi could play without me there. I think it helped. If she is available, she is definitely will be our go to every time we leave! About: Hi there! For as long as I can remember I’ve always been in love with dogs. I’ve recently moved back to Utah and bought my first home! It gets lonely at times, but I am not in a space financially for a dog just yet, which means I would love the opportunity to take care of yours! I live on my own, no roommates, no kids, and no other pets, so you can look forward to a focused and attentive visit! I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for a long time and have loved every minute of it. Most of my experience is with medium to large dogs, but I am also good with small dogs. I’ve worked with chill dogs, but also very aggressive dogs, so I’ve pretty much seen it all. I can’t wait to have a dog in the house! I currently work from 7:30-4:30 during the weekdays, but it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house so when I have a dog over I will take my lunch break at 12:00 and come home to play with the dog and let them out and make sure that everything is okay! This might not work with smaller or younger dogs, but my job is pretty chill so if they need the extra attention, reach out and I will try and work it out if possible. I don’t work weekends and am a homebody to a fault, so most of my weekends are spent at home hanging out. You can also expect nightly walks once the temperature outside has cooled down. I have a fully fenced yard and live right next to a park that hardly ever has people! I live in a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is super chill! I grew up fostering dogs that were training to be service animals, so while I am not a certified trainer, I know a few tips and tricks, but I also know how to follow specific instructions based on what your dog needs!

About: I’ve always had animals in my home growing up! I have dog sitted for neighbors growing up. In highschool, I interned at an animal clinic and helped the animals in need. I want a future in helping animals find the care they need. I know that this place is the first step into finding my career. I am working full time, but I am at my house around 6pm or earlier Monday-Friday. If your pet needs to go outside in the afternoon, I have resources to help me with that. If I am dog-sitting your dog, I will walk it once I get home from work and make sure they are cared for! I have 1 dog and 2 cats in my home. My dog can be crated if needs be. The cats roam around inside the house. I have a fenced yard, it is under construction as of right now, but I will make sure your dog has access to a yard that he/she can get their energy out in. I love getting out on walks with dogs to help them get exercise and to also help my own mental and physical health. About: As a life-long pet owner, lover, and caretaker, I am well-equipped to take in your furry friends and passionate about giving them a warm, safe place to stay (and play). I’ve had pets since I was a child — some of my fondest memories involve wet kisses and long, sniff-filled walks around the neighborhood. In addition to providing my family pets with basic care and love, I’ve watched and cared for dogs in my community since I was a tween. Neighbors enlisted my help to walk, feed, and check in on their pets while away, and I happily obliged any time I could. I’ve also cared for my own pup (a Golden Retriever) since I was 18, allowing me to adapt and grow with my dog over many years, homes, and chapters of life. Additionally, I lived with an experienced dog trainer for nearly five years, learning about dog behavior, care, training, and safety. I’ve lived with multiple dogs at once, and have experience with reactive pups who need more space and patience than others. Long story long, I am but a person who loves animals, is passionate about pet care and wellness, and wants to keep your pets safe and sound while away from their human families :) I currently work from home as a freelance content creator and musician. Most of my time spent away from home is flexible and lasts (at most) 5 hours (with a few exceptions). I enjoy spending time with dogs, and try to be home as often as possible when watching pets to ensure they are comfortable and safe. I have a large, fenced yard with plenty of room to explore, sniff, and play! I have one 11 year old dog — a sweet, social, pet-friendly Golden Retriever — to keep your pup company. His name is Simba, he loves to say hi and will engage if your pup initiates, but is also very content to keep to himself and takes cues and warnings well. Simba is a free roaming dog and I am happy to keep your pup out and about while I'm home and able to supervise. I also live with a cat who keeps to herself and stays confined to a dog-free room. She will not interact with your pets during their stay. For your pup's safety and mine, I prefer they are crate trained. That way, I can ensure they are safe and comfortable while I'm out. I also utilize kennels as a quiet space for dogs to decompress and recharge separate from outside distractions. However, they will be offered plenty of time outside of their crates, both indoors and outdoors. Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds in my house. However, I can enforce any off-furniture rules to maintain their routine while away from home.

About: Hi there! For as long as I can remember I’ve always been in love with dogs. I’ve recently moved back to Utah and bought my first home! It gets lonely at times, but I am not in a space financially for a dog just yet, which means I would love the opportunity to take care of yours! I live on my own, no roommates, no kids, and no other pets, so you can look forward to a focused and attentive visit! I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for a long time and have loved every minute of it. Most of my experience is with medium to large dogs, but I am also good with small dogs. I’ve worked with chill dogs, but also very aggressive dogs, so I’ve pretty much seen it all. I can’t wait to have a dog in the house! I currently work from 7:30-4:30 during the weekdays, but it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house so when I have a dog over I will take my lunch break at 12:00 and come home to play with the dog and let them out and make sure that everything is okay! This might not work with smaller or younger dogs, but my job is pretty chill so if they need the extra attention, reach out and I will try and work it out if possible. I don’t work weekends and am a homebody to a fault, so most of my weekends are spent at home hanging out. You can also expect nightly walks once the temperature outside has cooled down. I have a fully fenced yard and live right next to a park that hardly ever has people! I live in a very quiet neighborhood and everyone is super chill! I grew up fostering dogs that were training to be service animals, so while I am not a certified trainer, I know a few tips and tricks, but I also know how to follow specific instructions based on what your dog needs!
