I know what it is like to need a last-minute sitter and I never want price to stand in the way of your pup getting quality care. So please reach out, especially if there are special circumstances! I love going on outdoor adventures with my 7 year old black Lab, Ellie! We especially enjoy hiking, swimming at the lake, and playing fetch at the park. On cold and rainy days, we'll do indoor enrichment activities like hide-and-seek, puzzle toys, or catching bubbles! With my own pup at home, we go to the park in the morning to play fetch and then a walk in the evening. I work a hybrid job and my schedule is very flexible as needed. Am I happy to provide visits/walks for your dog(s) alone, or to bring my dog along if your pup would enjoy some socialization and company. Ellie is very patient and tolerant of other dogs, especially those who are extra hyper or a little guarded at first. I have had many "runners" in my lifetime, so I am extra vigilant when it comes to entering/exiting your home as well as when on walks or at a park. His name is Simba, he loves to say hi and will engage if your pup initiates, but is also very content to keep to himself and takes cues and warnings well. Simba is a free roaming dog and I am happy to keep your pup out and about while I'm home and able to supervise. I also live with a cat who keeps to herself and stays confined to a dog-free room. She will not interact with your pets during their stay. For your pup's safety and mine, I prefer they are crate trained. That way, I can ensure they are safe and comfortable while I'm out. I also utilize kennels as a quiet space for dogs to decompress and recharge separate from outside distractions. However, they will be offered plenty of time outside of their crates, both indoors and outdoors. Dogs are allowed on furniture and beds in my house. However, I can enforce any off-furniture rules to maintain their routine while away from home.

About: I’ve always loved animals and helping take care of pets for family and friends. I’m responsible, patient, and enjoy spending time with dogs and cats. I can feed, walk, play with, and keep pets comfortable while owners are away. I’m not currently working right now so I have a lot of free time to watch and play with your dogs. I’m available most days and can give them alot of attention, potty breaks, walks and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I have a big fenced backyard for dogs to run around and play safely. I also have a friendly Chihuahua that does good with other dogs. I’ll always make sure your pets are safe, fed, happy and getting the attention they need.

“Grecia was amazing and clearly had much experience with dog behavior. My girl is a bit overreactive with strangers and Grecia immediately assessed this and knew how to handle the situation effectively calming my dog and building up her initial trust. I explained that she also has some reactivity issues with new dogs until she warms up to them which she noted and apparently worked on because she was able to get my dog to walk along with hers. I even noticed that my Mei Mei was not going crazy when confronted with a pair of loose dogs at the park on my first walk back with her. Lastly, she was able to take this booking last minute as I had unplanned lengthy work hours for a couple of days and so that in of it self was so much help. I very much appreciate her ability to work with me and the awesome experience she gave. Thank you!”
