I also have years of experience with puppies and all ages in between. I am extremely comfortable administering medication and caring for pups who have special needs. In this house, dogs really are part of the family and are more than welcome to snuggle up on the couch! I only care for one pup family at a time, so other than my sweet little guy, it’s just your pup (or pups)! Since I work remotely, I have the perfect environment to provide pet care. My youngest child just left for college, so I now have even more schedule flexibility. In my home for day care or boarding, all dogs are treated as if they live here. I have an open concept home, so they can be with me and my pup as much or as little as they choose. I can also put up baby gates if they prefer to be separated from my little guy. I offer a clean and smoke-free home. When caring for your pets in your home, I will adhere to all special requests and respect your home as if it were my own.

Emmanuel was excellent. My boys, Finn and Rocky (both age 10), came back to me in great moods, happy and healthy. Emmanuel sent lots of photos with daily updates, and that REALLY helped put my mind at ease. Finnegan and Rocky were only away from me one other time in their lives, that was 9 years ago when they were puppies. I had a few moments of nervousness when I saw the yard was not enclosed (they are escape artists with harnesses and are used to a fenced-in yard, but Emmanuel was wonderful walking them on their leashes, and he sent me so many pictures of them taking walks with him. Any worries that I had disappeared as soon as I saw him walking them and they were behaving nicely! Would I use Emmanuel again? Absolutely. I wouldn't hesitate AT ALL, because I know my boys would be in great hands, and receive excellent care. As a matter of fact, I have a third little guy at home who is rear paralyzed (Jellybean), and I have never left him with anyone. But I think he would do great with Emmanuel. We could not be more pleased with our experience with Brooke and Jeremy. They took such good care of our two boys, a 8 year old Pug and 1 1/2 year old Pugalier. They have a fenced in yard perfect for playing and bathroom breaks. Both were so attentive and gave us frequent updates with many photos of the dogs having a blast. Will be rebooking for sure!!
We had a family trip planned and was faced with the concerning fact we had no one to watch Callie during our 6 days away. After searching through Rover we found Christian, but were concerned about her interaction with other dogs since she did not seem to like other dogs during training classes. During the meet and greet with Christian it became obvious that this was the person that would be best to board with. He took the time to talk to us, give us his background, showed his love for dogs, and detailed what the days and nights would be like. Although he is not a canine behaviourist, his understanding of dog behaviour and social interaction is top notch, and he ensures a safe environment exists for dogs like Callie (not aggressive with other dogs, but anxious) to help break her out of her shell. His interaction with the dogs is wonderful, and there is no doubt she got the attention she needed. I would recommend Christian without hesitation for your boarding and doggy day care needs.
Joanna did a great job watching my little dog while we were on an 8 night vacation. She gave me updates with photos of Petunia having a blast, which were reassuring since we’ve never been away from our pup that long. It’s also especially nice that Joanna’s job is flexible so she can stay home with the dog she sits or potentially bring the dog to her office. This is great for dogs who aren’t used to being home alone all day. Joanna was also quite flexible when I had to drop Petunia off a day early due to a change in flight timing, which was super appreciated.
