What sets me apart is a lifetime of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to animal welfare. Having been raised around dogs and actively training them since I was young, I understand that every pet has a unique "language." As a long-time foster and volunteer for multiple rescues, I am experienced with dogs from all backgrounds, including those who may be nervous, shy, or need a little extra patience. I specialize in the two ends of the spectrum—the high-energy needs and foundational training of puppies, and the gentle, attentive medical/mobility care required for seniors. I am confident and capable of handling "extra-large" personalities. I know how to maintain control on walks and provide the structure that larger breeds need to feel secure.

As a teacher, my life runs on a well-organized schedule, which is perfect for dogs who thrive on routine. During the school year, I am out the door early but back home by mid-afternoon, ensuring your pet has plenty of evening attention, long walks, and backyard play. Because I’m home during all major school holidays and the summer months, I can offer extended care and more frequent potty breaks during those times. Your pet will benefit from a structured environment where feedings, walks, and 'quiet time' happen like clockwork.

I don't just 'watch' pets; I welcome them into my family. In my home, your dog will have my own friendly fur babies for companionship and socialization. We treat every guest with the same love and attention we give our own. Whether they are lounging around the house or playing in the fully fenced in yard, your pet will be part of our daily rhythm. I believe pets are happiest when they feel they belong, so they’ll have full access to a comfortable, supervised environment where they can feel right at home.
