What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. the sweetest family!!! i felt so at ease leaving our baby for a weekend trip with Maria and her family. she kept me updated with the cutest pictures and treated Olive as their own. i couldn’t have asked for anything more! we will definitely be back and i know Ollie already can’t wait! :) <3
Joanna did a great job watching my little dog while we were on an 8 night vacation. She gave me updates with photos of Petunia having a blast, which were reassuring since we’ve never been away from our pup that long. It’s also especially nice that Joanna’s job is flexible so she can stay home with the dog she sits or potentially bring the dog to her office. This is great for dogs who aren’t used to being home alone all day. Joanna was also quite flexible when I had to drop Petunia off a day early due to a change in flight timing, which was super appreciated.
It's already challenging finding a sitter who is okay with pitbulls. Adding to the challenge, I have a recent puppy adoption - no background information/don't know if there was any trauma, has separation anxiety, never in a doggy play group, and had never been without me or stayed with a sitter. I had the Meet and Greet with Christian and he was very detailed with his methods and purpose when it comes to dogs in his care. He was confident in his abilities and I immediately felt comfortable leaving my dogs with him. Christian provided video updates with his input on behavioral observation, noting when and how the dogs were responding in the environment. Both dogs were very excited when I arrived to pick them up and slept the entire 2 hours back home. I highly recommend Christian for your doggy care.
