During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. We had a family trip planned and was faced with the concerning fact we had no one to watch Callie during our 6 days away. After searching through Rover we found Christian, but were concerned about her interaction with other dogs since she did not seem to like other dogs during training classes. During the meet and greet with Christian it became obvious that this was the person that would be best to board with. He took the time to talk to us, give us his background, showed his love for dogs, and detailed what the days and nights would be like. Although he is not a canine behaviourist, his understanding of dog behaviour and social interaction is top notch, and he ensures a safe environment exists for dogs like Callie (not aggressive with other dogs, but anxious) to help break her out of her shell. His interaction with the dogs is wonderful, and there is no doubt she got the attention she needed. I would recommend Christian without hesitation for your boarding and doggy day care needs.

It’s also especially nice that Joanna’s job is flexible so she can stay home with the dog she sits or potentially bring the dog to her office. This is great for dogs who aren’t used to being home alone all day. Joanna was also quite flexible when I had to drop Petunia off a day early due to a change in flight timing, which was super appreciated.
