“David was great with our pets! Very glad he was able to watch them over the weekend. He was wesome with communication, followed all our instructions, and sent us daily pictures of our furballs.”

“We couldn't be happier with the way Eren and Luca cared for our two young cats while we were away! They gave them so much love and attention, and were very patient with our skittish kitty, monitoring him carefully to make sure he was getting enough food when he was too anxious to eat at regular mealtimes. They were great about checking in and sent us lots of video and photo updates, making it easy for us to relax during our trip in the confidence that our cats were being well taken care of. They followed our instructions carefully and left our house just as they found it. We highly recommend them!”

About: I provide patient, personalized care for both dogs and cats, making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s routine, personality, and needs, whether that means long walks and playtime for energetic dogs or a calm, stress-free environment for shy cats. I’m comfortable caring for puppies and kittens who need extra supervision and consistency, as well as senior pets who may require medication reminders, extra patience, or gentler care. I also prioritize communication and send regular updates and photos so owners always know their pets are happy and in good hands. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine since I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of time to provide attentive care. I’m able to dedicate time throughout the day for walks, feeding, playtime, check-ins, and making sure pets stay on their normal routines. I also enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to rather than just fitting into my schedule. I always make sure pets are cared for in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, whether I’m in my home or a client’s home. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special instructions to help them feel secure and stress-free. I pay close attention to behavior and safety, keeping pets supervised, ensuring doors and gates are secure, and making sure they always have fresh water, a comfortable space to relax, and plenty of attention. In clients’ homes, I’m respectful of their space and make sure pets receive consistent care and companionship while their owners are away.

“Gabrielle was great! She stayed at our house for a whole week and looked after my 2 Great Danes and chickens. She texted daily updates with pictures. Pups were happy and house was left exactly how we left it. I will definitely use Gabrielle again!!”

“Hands down, Guinevere has been the best dog sitter we’ve ever had. She responded in a very timely manner, kept us updated on how our three dogs were doing and sent many pictures. Two of our dogs normally go on a hunger strike when we leave, but this was no problem with Guinevere there. She even won over our crabby dog! House was left cleaner than when we left. We’re excited to book with Guinevere again in the near future.”

“We really did not want to put our pup into a kennel, so Melissa to the rescue! Meeting her and having her photos and videos of their adventures while we were away gave us that warm feeling of knowing our ‘baby’ was being well taken care of! It was a super experience for us all, and we are so grateful we found Melissa and rover.com - certainly will use them again if we have leave our pup again! Thanks Thanks and more Thanks!”

“Crystal is great with my very senior dog. She is trustworthy and dependable and puts my mind at ease when I am away. I would absolutely recommend Crystal for overnight care in the home.”

“I was initially hesitant to use Rover, but I'm so glad I did! Casey was absolutely fantastic—great communication throughout the entire stay and super responsive to my questions. She sent us pictures, which I appreciated so much! It was clear my dogs were well taken care of and happy. I am so happy to have a responsible and trustworthy care taker for my fur babies. I’ll definitely be booking again!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting for 4 years and have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. I’m experienced with different temperaments, routines, and care needs, and I always provide patient, attentive care. I mainly have experience with older dogs (1 year to senior) and don’t shy away from the many needs dogs require in their twilight years. I primarily have been dog sitting for a close friend with two beagle mixes and can tell you they gave me enough experience to be able to handle the high energy and stubbornness that comes with their breed. I’m a huge animal lover so it’s all worth it in the end when our furry friends are happy and thriving! I work nights full time Monday through Friday 3:30pm to midnight and usually have weekends free. On weekdays I’m available mornings and can provide services until 2:00PM I take great care in respecting the homes of pets and owners when I’m providing care. I strive to prevent messes when possible and make sure pets are fed, watered and their spaces are well maintained and home owners spaces are left the same or better than when they departed.
About: Hi! I’m an experienced and reliable pet lover who has grown up caring for animals my whole life. I’ve had a dog, cat, and hamster over the years, and currently I have a dog of my own who keeps me active and smiling every day. For the past 8 years, I’ve consistently dog sat in my home for a friend while she’s away on vacation, giving me lots of hands-on experience with daily care, routines, and making pets feel comfortable in a home environment. More recently, I’ve expanded my services to include in-home pet sitting, walks, and drop-in visits for friends and family in my area. I work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, so I’m available for pet care before and after those hours. I’m dependable, attentive, and always treat every pet like they’re part of my own family! I make sure to give pets tons of attention and make sure they are properly feed and taken out on time! They’ll never feel like their owner isn’t home!
“Justina has housesat for us twice now (once for about two weeks and once for a weekend) and watched my two pups and cat. She’s done an awesome job, kept us informed, sent pictures, and left the house very clean. We’ll be using her again anytime we travel!!”

About: Im currently a Certified Veterinary Technician. I take care of animals every day with love and compassion. I’m excited to take care of animals in a more fun setting with everyone in our community. I work full time. Pet care would be part time. I’d like to treat the pet sitting similar to most scheduled people who have pets. Typically I would attend my day job and afterwords spend all of the time with your beloved pets. Arriving directly to your pet and making sure they are taken care of. Food, water, potty, ect. I’ve cared for pets in my home by allowing them the leisure of napping, play time, and potty breaks when it’s time . I like to allow pets to just be themselves. I like to also make sure they are monitored when I am present. For dogs during a house sitting I recommend a crate or special area your pet can be that is safe. I usually house sit at the same time as working my day job. During those times your pet will be alone and will need a safe area to be if I am not currently present.
Wescosville pet parents share their Rover experiences
Rachael was awesome!! She sat with our two dogs and two cats including a 13 week german shepherd and a 7 week old kitten all day while we were away! They were well cared for and had a great time. We will definitely have Rachael look after them again in the future :)

This was our first time using Rover and boy did we hit the jackpot with Phoebe caring for our dog. She was on time, communicative during the entire house sitting session, and shared plenty of daily photos of our sweet girl. She made sure our dog got plenty of walks each day, (even in the rain), took her on a car ride (with our prior permission) for a little field trip to sniff some new things, played with her and gave lots of belly rubs willingly and on demand. We felt entirely secure and confident that our dog was in the most loving and capable hands and would without hesitation rebook with Phoebe the next time we need a pet sitter in our home. She tidied up everything before she left and even brought in packages that came during our absence.

Kendal was on time and connected right away with my dogs. She stayed at our home and everything was clean and straightened out when we arrived. We received texts and pictures and saw that our dogs were happy and well taken care off. I will definitely re-book her and recommend her highly.

Brianna was absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of our puppy and the house while we were away. She sent lots of updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our pup adored her and was clearly very happy and well cared for. On top of that, she left the house spotless! I truly appreciate the care and attention she put into everything, and I’ll definitely be booking her again. Highly recommend!
